Location, was excellent for central Bath and for an older person with walking difficulties. The breakfast was excellent, the on duty staff was very welcoming, smiling and happy to greet the guests. The room was small and the bed not so comfortable for us, and not comfortable pillows. We did have a River view. The was a drain smell in the bathroom. The room was not cleaned during our three day visit!

The long wait for the room to be ready. At check in 1600 only one receptionist for a queue of guests! Thirty minutes later to have a room key that didn't work. But was sorted by the room checker on the floor allocated. Small things but this is the Hilton!

Location just a walk away from all Bath City has to offer for our short stay. The buffet Breakfast was very good. Room was well equipped, quiet, view to the river and Pulteney Bridge lovely. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The lobby and lounge seating areas were very clean and comfortable.

The room pillows were a little uncomfortable, prefer firmer pillows. There was a drain smell in the bathroom occasionally. The bathroom shelves could have been dusted. Great size room.

only one towel was provided when they replaced and housekeeping was unavailable when we tried to call and request a second one. otherwise a lovely stay.

Comfortable mid-range hotel close to the city centre. There is underground parking right next to the hotel entrance called Podium. The carpark entrance looks as if the carpark belongs to the hotel but it is independently operated. £15 for 24-hour parking so you just leave your car there during your stay and walk to all the usual attractions. Don’t go in and out willy-nilly or you will probably trigger hourly parking rates. Honestly, it will be hard to attempt street parking which always has time restrictions. Park at the first basement level so that you can use the ramp to exit when. dragging your luggage. No lifts. Or you can drop off and pick up luggage at the hotel driveway.

Nothing for a mid-range hotel.

Not enough storage for our 4 night stay. Window was stuck slightly open so that we could hear the seagulls on the flat roof throughout the night. Bed wasn't that comfortable and wasn't changed on day 3 as stated. House keeping was the bare minimum & on one day the bed wasn't even made. We ordered room-service one evening at 8.50 pm & were told to call back in 15 mins, called back and were told it would be a 30 mins wait (which was fine) however the meal arrived in just over an hour. My steak wasn't well-done, so I asked for it to be cooked, only to be told the chef had now closed the kitchen & they could offer me a packet of crisps or a cookie!!!! I will add that we weren't charged for either of our meals.

Location was good. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice.

Unfortunately the aircon was not working and although they provided a fan for the room, it didn’t quite do the same job and the room was a little stuffy and warm. We did have a window which was only able to open a small way so didn’t give much fresh air. Also the shower door was broken and not able to close it. Having said that, once I pointed this out to reception staff in the morning, it was fixed by the time we returned late afternoon. The car park was a public one and the charges were £15 per day which added an extra £30 on our stay.

Love the location and the style of the property. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to another interconnected room so my girls had their own room which was fabulous for them. The breakfast is very good and had great choices

We arrived after 4 pm and the second room that we were given was not even cleaned and it, so we had to wait even longer for this but the staff were good and cleaned it up quickly. The parking underneath the hotel is a public car park that is used by all hotel guests and someone was sick all over our car. It’s not the hotels fault but it has put me off a bit in parking my car there again esp as we had to come home and take it for a car wash!

We had a family room. The extra bed was more like a 3/4 size which was lovely. All beds, bedding and pillows we’re comfortable. There was ample cupboard and packing space for the 3 of us and room to pack our luggage bags to the side. When travelling internationally, it is a pain to fall over your luggage! The windows were able to open a little to let the summer heat out, but I wish it could have opened a bit more. Great block out curtains. The view from our room on the second floor was stunning. Bathroom was spacious and the shower and bath were both comfortable sizes and great water pressure. Ample hot water

Great central location, bar area and restaurant really lovely and nice views out to bath and the river. Friendly and helpful staff, room really nice and clean. Breakfast was really good too and nice touch of a free drink for my sisters birthday.

Cheaper parking underneath hotel would have been nice. Although the room was super clean,stylish and comfy, we did miss a few things like a bin in the room, tissues and complimentary water, also shower tray for toiletries was broke. But this wouldn’t stop us returning, just a few things I would have expected with a Hilton and for the money.

All the staff we spoke to were super polite, helpful and nice. The bar staff were very accommodating with out drinks order and gave us the additional glasses we asked for with ice without there being any kind if issue The wait staff at breakfast were informative and helpful with my husbands nut allergy. We requested additional pillow (there are never enough when you travel with extra people in the room) these were delivered promptly The location is superb - Within walking distance of everything you needed Breakfast is REALLY good - great choice and well presented

The biggest negative would be that the sofa bed was only really big enough for one child rather than them sharing and isn't really big enough for an adult so this caused slight issues of who was getting the bed - This could be clearer on the room description The hotel doesn't have a pool - which you know in advance of course but would make a nice little addition Some hiltons offer a members lounge which this one doesn't which again would be an nice addition especially for the cost of the rooms
