Carol is an excellent host and the house is beautifully presented. The room was clean, stylish and comfortable. It's not en-suite, it's a double bedroom with access to a private bathroom, so a walk across the landing from room to shower but our host left us in peace to enjoy our stay (there's only one guest room). We stayed two nights. The breakfast was great, continental but with the option of a cooked breakfast too of bacon, scrambled eggs, lovely toasted bread and cherry tomatoes, fresh tea and coffee and a soundtrack of the sixties. This is a great spot to stay, just outside the centre of Belfast, we could walk or taxi if we wished. Would recommend. Also, there's a cat.

We were greeted by a lovely lady called Carol, who immediately made us feel at home. We were running slightly late, so she made us a cup of tea, and we sat in the dining room and chatted. The whole house was amazing, with lovely well thought of touches, also in the bedroom and bathroom. The bed was mega comfy. Well, what can I say about the breakfast. Total amazing selection to choose from, then a delicious cooked breakfast. We will definitely be staying here again.

The all property is a delight to be in . it has character and taste . clean . comfortable with a lovely vibe that accompanies you throughout your stay . Honestly , we didn’t know what to expect and we loved it !! Carol is friendly and looked at all the details to make your stay a beautiful memory of Belfast . The room is gorgeous and so is the rest of the house . Breakfast was amazing and beyond . We were especially excited when special delivery of freshly made croissants landed in our plates. A massive thank you and will look forward to return !

Amazing host Carol was very helpful from the start to the end. The place has a very cosy atmosphere, great location next to the park in the residential area. We felt very welcomed, Carol prepared salivating breakfast(s) and in the end gave us a lift to the station when all taxis were taken. Thank you for everything ❤️

We had a wonderful overnight stay in Carol’s home which was so inviting and comfortable. Carol paid great attention to detail and was very helpful, generous, and accommodating, even running us up the road for food. Would love to stay again when next in Belfast.

The appearance of the terraced house didn’t reflect the facilities inside, it was spacious, beautifully decorated, and quiet. Carol, the host, was very welcoming and attentive. The private facilities were lovely and the breakfast was great - the scrambled eggs were ‘to die’ for.

Carol, the owner and host really went out of her way to look after us. Her home is gorgeous and full of beautiful and eclectic pieces. Her breakfast was outstanding and you would be paying top hotel prices for anything to match.

There was nothing that we didn't like

Outside a home like everyone else but inside it's stunning. A lot of boutique style furniture which compliments this Victorian building perfectly. Carol has chosen the most stylish colour to compliment the high ceilings and furniture. Elegant and delightful.

It was a high-quality B&B. The whole house was clean and the decor was in keeping with the house. The breakfast was amazing and Carol was a really good hostest. There when you wanted ,but also giving you your own space.
