The rooms very spacious , comfortable and modern. Breakfast excellent with plenty of choice. Very friendly and welcoming staff. The hotel great location - minutes away from Lanyon Place Train Station as well as being practically "next door" to the Waterfront Hall and shooping in the City Centre. Would highly recommend!

Room size and amenities were very good. Initial room overlooked the river which was great. I wish we could have kept it. Our air conditioning didn’t work and attempt to repair it failed. We were given another room on same floor with a working a/c but the view was not as nice.

The food selection was limited and $$ for the meal provided. The grab and go could have had more choices. I emailed a question in advance on whether there was a shuttle from the train station. I got an abrupt answer that it was a 2 minute walk. Having not been here before my information regarding this was limited to maps which may or may not have been accurate. What would have been helpful was directions especially including the short cut ramp.

The Hilton Belfast is a beautiful Hotel in the midst of Belfast city, offering a modern entire with all amenities that one might need. We truly enjoyed our stay, especially because of Christine at the breakfast buffet and bar, who treated us and every customer with extraordinary attention and care. She was the one which made our stay so special, as she had a huge passion for the Hilton Belfast and for explaining us when asked about Belfast City. Many thanks Christine for making this stay unforgettable, you are a true treasure for the Hilton Belfast!

We had a great stay at the Hilton. On every occasion the staff went above and beyond. When our dog hurt his paw, and we took him to the vet we returned after breakfast had finished, the staff found coffee and breakfast for us. They asked about our dog and were always friendly and helpful.

We had a meal one evening in the restaurant. There were several young staff waiting on. We ordered some wine, which we later found out was out of stock, but the staff member did not come and tell us this, instead just ignored the fact there was none in stock.

Everything. My daughter and I were staying for 1 night to go to see Lizzo in concert. The staff were so friendly, approachable and helpful. We were looking for somewhere to go for lunch. The staff member grabbed a print out of a map of the city and wrote on the back of the map 3 or 4 suggestions for places to go for lunch. She also showed us how to get to one particular place. The staff also made a real effort to make a connection and chat to my daughter (11 years old). The location was so central. I'll definitely be back again, maybe with the hubby for a little couple time.

Everything on Hilton Belfast was great, there was a glider station nearby, very close and nice walk to the Victoria Square Shopping Centre. There was many bus stops nearby too (all of them take card). And nearby the st Georges Market. Its also nearby the Lanyon Place Station; offers services to Dublin, Londonderry/Derry, Newry, Portadown and Belfast suburbs. Parking was in the hotel for 25 GBP

Lovely big room with sitcom which came in handy as had a surprisingly warm day in Belfast. The bathroom was very clean (nothing worse than a grubby bathroom!) and the shower gel and shampoo provided were very good. Staff all super friendly and helpful. The hotel is a bit of a walk (15 minutes) to the centre of town but St George’s market is round the corner so win some, lose some.

Cocktails in the No.4 bar were lovely but expensive for Belfast.

Location of hotel was very central, the city view from our 10th floor room was amazing, the breakfast selection was of good quality and plentiful, and that's about it for this four star hotel in the heart of Belfast.

The cost of local car parking at a discounted rate of £18 was terrible. The hotels evening menu had a total lack of choice, and £19 for a basic plain everyday burger is criminal. The magic service charge , which we discovered at checkout was again excessively greedy. The restaurant staff were useless, I asked for a bitter shandy and was given a lager shandy, it was enforced upon me, which I refused, but was later charged for. We only went one night out of three, we now fully understand why the restaurant was empty.

Near to all facilities. Lovely room overlooking the river and the Samson and Goliath crains. Room number 215. Quiet through the night so could get a good night sleeps which we needed after our very busy days out around Belfast. Breakfast was everything you could need and more. We asked for our 4 rooms to be near each other and we were all kept on the same floor. So thank you Hilton hotel from the 4 welsh couples.

The weather, it snowed the first day, sun the second day, freezing cold the third day then hammered down with rain the last day. But through all of that we loved Belfast, the people we met were all friendly to us.

The staff were excellent... helpful and friendly. The hotel is extremely stylish, modern and very clean. Certainly exceeded my expectations in terms of the decor, lighting and presentation. The breakfast was also first class- Had everything you could expect, cooked breakfast was excellent and the restaurant room also very nice.

I chose the hotel because it said it had parking, however the parking is in a multi story next door, which is fine, but I still got charged £18 extra for only 10 hours (overnight) parking. I would have expected complimentary parking or at least discounted based on the price of the hotel.
