room was clean, warm and quiet despite being beside a busy junction. comfortable bed and good shower and w.c. TV with freeview. not sure about wi-fi as i didn't need it and forgot to ask at check-in. no cooked breakfast but host ensured there was plenty of fresh bread, ham, cheese, cereals, marmalade, various jams, yoghurts, tea, coffee and juice available. nice clean kitchen/dining area. checked out by simply leaving key in small office under the stairs as host wasn't around. small macdonalds and shops right opposite.

wi-fi wasn't mentioned so it is not clear if it's available.

Room was very clean, beds were very comfortable. Very nice clean en-suite. We didn’t have breakfast, felt uncomfortable going through cupboards and fridge looking for food. Located on a very busy road, difficult to park at peak times. We stayed one night and would highly recommend. Vivian and Marie were very helpful over the phone.

I loved how we were greeted by 2 lovely ladies! We had a tour of the place and she helped with parking. The room we stayed in was beautiful too, very cosy, clean, warm and they went the extra mile with storing food for guests in their kitchens. Had essentials like shampoo, conditioners etc not a lot of b&b's have these so it was great! The area was great also, the shopping centre is a 2 minute's walk down the road and across the street is a retail park! Loads of options and it was a 20 min drive to the city. Enjoyed my stay!

The property’s location was very good as it was close to establishments and it had a peaceful, quite vibe. There is also a very close bus stop that will take us directly to the city centre. The rooms and shower were clean and the kitchen as well. We were given the opportunity to use the kitchen as much as we wanted where the owner had left breakfast meals, bread and cold cuts in the fridge for us to take. We can also take some towels and tissues situated along the hallway when we needed a new one to use.

Location was good - plenty of shops close by, which was good as I could buy food for my evening meals and cook in the guests kitchen so I wasn't living on takeaways. The dining room had a very good selection of food for breakfast, was well laid out, clean & tidy My room was comfortable, clean, had good storage, Wi Fi was good - I quite enjoyed my stay

Was a lovely room with a very comfy bed.

Next to a very busy noisy road and was a little further from the city than I had expected. The room looked as though it had recently been renovated however it was not quite finished, missing skirting in bathroom and just inside the room door there were cables hanging down.

Viv is good company, very welcoming when she' there! Breakfast is free to choose whatever - as much as you like - any time and tea/coffee/hot chocolate are available any time I also wanted to book an extra night - no problem

I'm not very good at monitoring Emails/text-messages so I didn't know until I arrived at 3pm that check-in is between 1pm and 2 pm (when Viv comes in to load/unload the washing-machine!) No shaver-socket - caused me a minor problem.

While the accommodation was on a main road there was no noise from traffic in the room. Vivian was very pleasant and welcoming.

Would have liked a cooked breakfast ( it might have been my fault and I missed some small print in the initial) booking, however there was a good choice of breakfast cereal, plenty of juice and bread to make toast and a good selection of spreads to put on the toast. Didn’t go hungry.

The selection was very good. the quality was also above average for a B&B and nothing was too much trouble for the landlady. A residents kitchen with a microwave was available for the convenience of guests.

Access into the building would have benefitted from better steps up to the front door. The property had a garden, which would have been pleasant to sit in but was a little overgrown

.The girl that met me when I checked in was lovely her names Tina, she was friendly and really welcoming..I then met the owner Vivien she was friendly and so nice. I was staying alone and was made to feel so at ease and safe. I can't think of anything I didn't like, room was clean, bed was comfortable, I slept through the night. TV had most channels and free WiFi, which is good if you wana stay in your room during the day or night. I'd definitely recommend here!!
