The view was amazing and staff were great helped me with making sure I had facilities that met my needs as I have motility issues. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Every thing was supplied and only had to take food for breakfast to cook plates , cutlery, pots pans and utensils supplied. Washing machine available and a dishwasher also. My room was ensuite and a bedroom also with a separate bathroom. Iron and ironing board supplied . A very comfortable stay.

Slept in and called to say we had just woke up and didn’t mind having to pay a late fee but the member of staff was quite rude but the lady that greeted us for late check in went above and beyond to accommodate us to our needs due to our late arrival which was out of our control. She is an asset to the company and also a service with a smile on arrival.

I cannot tell you how perfect this apartment was, we travelled with my 88 year old mother in law for hospital appointment and it was perfect, spacious, immaculately clean, warm, cosy, plenty of channels on tv, bright and comfortable, and the little things like milk, sugar and biscuits this company have gone above and beyond at a reasonable price, I would highly recommend. There was a lovely fella at reception who gave us great advice and was cheerful and helpful even though he was busy working, a huge asset to your team.

Nothing, everything was great

The property communicated well with regards to collection of keys etc. Upon arrival at the Cordia Serviced Apts, it wasn't easy to get parking on the busy road so that we could figure out how to access the underground carpark. We phoned the complex and the door to the underground carpark was opened. The apartments are very clean and spacious, wifi was excellent and the location was ideal for our needs. Tesco supermarket being situated 30 feet from the complex was super handy!! The underground carpark is very secure.

Unfortunately the lifts were broken for 3 days of our stay. Walking up the flights of stairs to our third floor apartment was not very pleasant, thankfully the lift was fixed before we left.

We were upgraded from a two bedroom apartment to a three bedroom as we needed twin beds for our teenage children. Lovely and clean, spacious & a great location for travelling into the city and out n about with a bus stop outside, a big Tesco's next door & easy access to the car park. Great welcome pack for £25. Would highly recommend. We had lovely views of the city. Quiet. We used the oven and microwave but not other white goods. The manager was friendly and nothing was too difficult. Book in advance to get a good price. Lift wasn't working but felt with an upgrade & 10% discount we were happy to stay. A lovely city to visit & everyone was so friendly.

The beds weren't that comfy, mattresses were quite hard. . having a flat sheet on the top is a nice option in the summer. It would be nice to have a pod coffee machine in the kitchen. A small bin in the bedroom is also useful. some door stops to keep doors open are nice, too

The property was absolutely beautiful. The apartments were really spacious and had all the facilities you could possibly need. The communication was excellent- my messages were responded to really quickly and efficiently and I received messages to keep me informed and to make everything really clear. The staff were so accommodating and as our flight in to Belfast was in the morning, we arrived to the hotel a lot earlier than check-in. The staff worked hard to get our rooms ready for us earlier so that we could check-in earlier which was massively appreciated. The property is incredible value for money and we wish we could’ve stayed for longer.

Unfortunately, the lift was broken for the duration of our stay but we had been messaged before arriving to warn us about that and were offered a full refund if we wanted to cancel on the day. We decided to stay anyway but there were a lot of stairs to tackle. This was beyond the hotel’s control though and they were very helpful and accommodating throughout.

The personal touch was wonderful. I booked the apartments as a last minute plan for my daughter's birthday and was delighted with the choice to have flowers and Prosecco (along with a card from the staff) as a surprise when we walked into the apartment. The staff were very friendly and they thought of everything to make our stay 'a home from home'. We will definitely stay again and would definitely recommend it as a comfortable place to stay.

everything was great, really good location, supermarket & shops right next to apartment. it was very clean, reception staff were extremely efficient and friendly. right on a bus route too, very handy for city centre but also not so far that you can’t walk in and out. close to Olympia leisure centre (behind football stadium) where we used the Thermal spa experience.

one very minor issue was the lack of water pressure from the shower. But it wasn’t a big deal at all and did not take away from the stay. apartment was super

Location is absolutely perfect and the underground car park is a great bonus. Apartments are very spacious. WILL stay again soon. It's probably the best value in Belfast. Tesco is right beside you and there's plenty of bars and restaurants all around the property.

I have stayed here multiple times in the past with no issues. This time tho I Was charged a 100 pound deposit and now have to wait 3to5 days for the money to be released back into my account.

Stayed in 2 bed apartment with 2 children - ideal set-up. Cot was provided ahead of arrival with linen. Apartment was exceptionally clean and well serviced, everything you need in kitchen and beds were very comfortable. Really appreciated having 2 bathrooms, one with a full bath. Underground car parking made coming and going so convenient. Building is right beside a tesco supermarket and plenty of cafes in the area. 10 min drive from city centre. Would definitely recommend and hope to visit again!

The apartment has everything you need. Very spacious and comfortable and the parking was great. There are 2 electric car chargers. There were cloths for washing up and tables for the dishwasher.

The pillows on the bed were terrible. There was only a tiny saucepan and a very large saucepan. A medium one would have been nice. There were some noisy neighbours on 3 of the 4 nights but my toddler slept through it. Unfortunately my husband and I didn't.
