This B&B was EXCEPTIONAL! From check in to check out it was beyond all expectations. Greeted by warm, friendly and helpful hosts. The room was immaculate, the beds comfortable, every thing had been thought of to make the stay a wonderful experience, mini fridge, large TV, great shower, the little well thought out touches, everything was perfect. The breakfast, wow, that was another level, clearly the hosts had put a lot of thought into getting thing right. I travelled with a friend with complex dietary needs, she never ate so well!!! Never have I seen such an array of choices at breakfast, just incredible and the cooked breakfast was cooked to perfection! The bar area is lovely, welcoming and well stocked. The location is fantastic, quiet street just off the seafront with promenade,, bus and tram stops within meters of the front door. Very much look forward to revisiting.

The hotel itself is beautiful - clean and with so much character to all the bedrooms, breakfast room and bar area. The breakfast was as good as I've had anywhere - and they were so accommodating for any special requests. Delicious and filling. The staff were lovely - made us feel really welcome - and helped us out with anything we needed

The only downside was that our room, whilst lovely, was very small. It was more suitable for a single person than a couple. However I think I would still rather stay there than a larger but worse hotel. We saw a number of the other rooms and they were much bigger and just as nice.

All of it! From 1st walking through the door. Stephen+Denise are so welcoming+made us fe totally relaxed. The accommodation is pristine+absolutely loved the decor. Lots of little extra touches,which we have never experienced before. Can't recommend this place enough. Absolutely loved it+didn't want to leave. Distance to the front perfect too,without being in the middle of it all. Great location. Loved everything. Thank you so much for making this a memorable bream for us. We will be back. Xx

The whole property was immaculate throughout,cleanliness was outstanding,the facilities in the rooms were all useful and all worked correctly.The owners and there staff were very friendly and helpful and would go the extra mile to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible,The breakfast options were amazing and the cooked English breakfast was delicious and very ample.

Stunning B&B with welcoming owners and staff. Our room was beautiful and decorated to an up to date taste. Thought it was a fab idea to have a mini bar as that come in handy. Breakfast was amazing and so much to choose from. Such a friendly atmosphere and nothing was to much to ask for. Perfect location as it’s in the middle of everything, Already recommended to friends and clients and we will definitely be staying again!

Brilliant B&B. Very friendly hosts. Everything was spotless and the room was very comortable. Plenty of choices for breakfast in addition to the substantial and tasty full english. There were a few nice additional touches eg extra teabags to take to the room if needed.

The only downside is lack of parking but this is only a slight issued, park outside and take the bags in, then move the car! No problem

Lovely hosts, room was really nice, great decor throughout property, really nice finishing touches in the rooms. Minibar, soft drinks, snacks, coffee machine, tea station, spare toiletries. Lounge and bar area was very nice. Breakfast was wonderful, something for everyone, five star!

Everything was great.Staff were nice and attentive.Room was comfortable and spacious.Location was good with a tram stopping at the end of the road.We enjoyed it very much.Breakfast was good and plenty of choice.A short walk from the beach.

The property is just down the road from the sea front, wonderful, welcoming people and the room was perfect for what we needed. They thought of everything to even include a toothbrush with a mini toothpaste! Highly recommend this place and will definitely be going back!
