Everything about this hotel is phenomenal! Both, my son and I have stayed here quite a few times. We are always made to feel welcome from the moment we arrive. Jan and Graham are lovely, genuine people and can’t do enough for you. The rooms are lovely, modern and spotlessly clean. The beds are really comfy, and plenty of tea, coffee, sugar and milk etc. There is also a good selection of good quality biscuits, topped up daily. A lovely little treat with a nice brew at night. The breakfast is amazing. A good variety of cereals, cereal bars, fruit, fruit salad and fruit juices. They also make the best-cooked breakfast too, made to order. I seriously can’t rate this hotel highly enough! I highly recommend it! Gill & Oliver

Nothing, this hotel is perfect.

Me and my partner loved everything about it, Janet and her other half are absolutely amazing made us feel like it was home I feel like there my new nan and grandad! Looked after us and made us laugh, also gave me paracetmol and plasters for the amount of walking we did haha Loved every second of being here the beds are amazing not had a better night's sleep in years the rooms are just perfect we was in room 4 which they allowed us to upgrade to at no extra charge with it being quiet, amazing breakfast and more selection like cereal bars,cereals, lots of diffrent drinks,tea,coffee.. we liked sitting out front on the bench in the mornings after breakfast to. Also the fact it's litterly a few steps to the front by far the best hotel I've ever been to CANT WAIT TO BE BACK !! 10 out of 10 recommend thankyou for the most amazing and welcoming time and making us feel like family you made our experience the most memorable we will ever have❤

Can not fault a single thing, spotless inside and out , amazing people , fantastic location

Very well maintained, and very good value for money compared to other options in Blackpool at the same time. We initially went for another hotel but when we arrived there it only had one room left with window that wouldn't close so we had to cancel, get a refund and look for something else. Luckily we found Seagull Hotel, which for a bit extra was incomparably better and had breakfast included as well. The owners did a great job with this one and I would greatly recommend the hotel.

The room was on the smallish side, but again, very welcoming and well maintained, very good for a weekend trip (had the family one). The bathroom was right across the hall, but it was for our use only (had a key). Again, very clean and very well maintained, so not a big issue.

Ideal location with two car parks in close proximity. The hotel itself was decorated to a high standard, rooms were immaculate with super cosy beds and soft linen. The bathroom was unusually large for this type of property and very fresh and modern with lovely hand wash and shower gel included. Plenty of towels which were soft and white. The breakfast was first class and cooked to perfection, and the owners were warm, friendly and nothing was a hassle. Brilliant value for money and we will definitely revisit.

Being picky the TV could have been bigger and located better, not overly ideal for my husband who suffers with reduced vision but didn’t affect our stay.

Can’t fault anything at all. Everything was perfect from checking in to checking out. Even went beyond to the extent of putting birthday sprinkles on the table for breakfast for my partner. Location ideal basically in the middle of the main strip of sea front when you come out the street. Breakfast was spot on and happily catered with a plate of just a few items for myself being a picky eater. Everywhere clean and tidy. Double room was just what we needed for 2 nights.

Janet and Graham are absolutely brilliant we have had a fantastic time here they are both very friendly and so helpful they can't do enough for you the food is amazing the hotel is just amazing all the rooms are spotless Janet and Graham are always making sure your all OK and always makes sure everything is always clean and tidy they go above and beyond for you I would recommend this fantastic hotel to anyone especially all my family and friends

This is our 3rd year staying here for the illumination always stayed in room 1 which is cosy but also practical. with the usual tea/coffee, hairdryer with added touch of mini toiletries in bathroom and a mini fridge. Since new owners they listen to feedback and now throw on bed and a small heater if little cold in night. Always a friendly welcome and perfect location with a car park on the road so ideal without having to carry luggage far. Breakfast is lovely full English and also have other options available now on the menu. highly recommend and will definitely stay again however recommend book early as always in hot demand

This little hotel is a must if ur staying in blackpool, fabulously run by a lovely couple, the rooms are outstanding, very clean, beautiful interior and very welcoming on arrival, breakfast so many many options and cooked to perfection, the owners are so lovely and make u feel so at home, theres a lovely bar where u can get drinks etc at a very reasonable price, will certainly recommend this hotel to family and couples, and hope to visit again soon

Nothing everything was perfect for us

Originally booked for 2 nights with my daughter (extended our stay an extra night it was that good) Summary So glad I booked this hotel, was made very welcome, price was brilliant for area and location. Hosts went above and beyond to ensure we had a brilliant stay. I personally will be back again and look no further when I do. Will also recommend to anyone reading this and friends and family. 10/10 Breakfast Continental breakfast was available on top of a full English breakfast served with Tea, coffee and toast. Never had to wait long. Hosts were brilliant chatting away making you feel at home which was nice. The Room Immaculate cleaned, no dirty it was spotless Room can get cold after 9pm but portable fan and electric heater is provided. Great room size for price. Hairdryer also included Lots of storage Location Centre of the promenade Ideal if you have kids (saves long walks) Parking No parking on-site but crystal parking 1min walk away is £7 for every 24hrs.

Lovely guest house, great couple welcoming and friendly and Jan is so funny love her sense of humour and friendly morning breakfast service top class. Fab breakfast cannot complain at all fresh and best thick bacon nice and lean, delicious full English on warm plates too. Great tea and coffee, tea in a pot perfect, fruit juice, crispy toast served in a rack. Top breakfast and the hotel is spotlessly clean. We had room 4 and lovely room and been decorated and new furniture since these pics. Tea, coffee and nice biscuits, tissues, shower gel, hand and body lotion, hair dryer, good wooden coat hangers plenty too, plenty of storage and a sea view. Also a mini fridge. 10/10 we will be back love your attention to detail and thank you again
