Love this hotel staff are very friendly beds are amazing so comfortable and the pillows aswell you sank into them was amazing. Room size was good for us two bathroom a little small but still nice and clean and had everything we neeeded. Dnt judge a book by its cover might not look great outside but it’s great inside really is! Not had the breakfast but might next time we go! Located in a great place as the tram stop is only across the road.

Bathroom a bit small not a lot of room

Location good, just off the seafront and tram stop not even 5 mins walk. Really clean, comfortable beds and host very friendly and helpful. No full English option available for breakfast here and too late for us at 9.00am (we like to be up and out early to make the most of the day) so we had ours at a cafe round the corner. For the price we paid for the rooms it was excellent value, it exceeded our expectations and we would definitely stay here again

Street is residents parking only but there is a car park a little further up the road and parking is always a problem at Blackpool anyway. Car park not too expensive in my opinion so not an issue

Lovely and clean place to stay, felt like staying with family.. visited with my 9 year old Daughter, owner was welcoming and pleasant. First time staying in a B&B so only criticism is that towels were not changed daily, however we were only there for 3 nights over Easter so unsure if this is standard for a B&B to not change towels for short stays (not an issue if so), great location, will stay again. We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. Fantastic staff, very clean hotel. Room was a good size for a double room with tea and coffee available. Staff went the extra mile for breakfast, was cooked to how we like it cooked. Nothing was a problem for the staff regarding everything we had requested. Definitely would recommend this hotel to others. Its a great location of the hotel to, very close to the sea front.

Nothing really to complain about at all. Great hotel, great service, great price. Would definitely stay hear again. We had to park away from the hotel as the road was full when we arrived but we managed to park the car outside the hotel on our second day with a permit.

Gorgeous room we alway here when we come to Blackpool we stay for a week for our honeymoon and we stayed in a bigger room this was was amazing

Just dnt like the look of the outside which is a shame as it’s beautiful inside

The staff were very polite, helpful and professional. The hotel is quite big which surprised me as it doesn't seem like it from the outside. The room and and en-suite bathroom were immaculately clean and the bed was very comfortable, I had good and undisturbed sleep. When I have previously stayed at hotels on the Blackpool seafront, the noise from rowdy pedestrians and the traffic disturbed me at night, the Mardonia Hotel is slightly away from the seafront and very quiet and peaceful. In the mornings, the hotel serves fresh home-made waffles for a very reasonable price, they were delicious and probably the best waffles I've had outside of Holland. I would recommend anyone visiting to try the Biscoff waffles!

Nothing, my stay was perfect.

We stayed in the Superior Double Room and would give it a 4* rating. Room and bathroom are spacious, well decorated and bright. Bathroom is excellent. The shower could hold 4 people, its that large. The whole bathroom area is clean, modern, bright and welcoming. Bed was clean and well presented, with crisp sheets and 4 good pillows. The bed was a litte soft for my personal taste,as I prefer a firm bed, but it was comfortable non the less. Tea, coffee, kettle and condiments were in the room with added extra of a chocolate kitkat...nice touch. Hotel slippers and bathrobes are in the wardrobe much like a 4* hotel would provide. An iron and ironing board were hung on the wall outside the room giving easy access, and no need to ask. A hair dryer was in the dresser draw, and a fan was available in the room for use if necessary. There are 2 easy chairs and a small table positioned well, beneath the window for relaxation. Owner is really friendly and facilitated all our questions happily. There is no food apart from snacks ( crips, biscuits) or drinks allowed in room, but the owner was happy for us to use the dining area to eat and drink any food we brought in. Excellent location for the beach which is a 2 minute walk away. If you like walking, the train station is a 35 minute walk away, along the stretch of the beach. We had a lovely stay, and would definately return to this guest house and recommend it.

There was nothing I didnt like about my room which was excellent. I do however feel the the property needs "Curb Appeal". The properties on the whole road are not well presented. The owner should do a lot more to make his property more inviting, as the frontage and entrance dont reflect the great rooms he has. It would also give him a better picture of the property front to put on website.

Convenient Location as its between Blackpool Pleasure Beach and Tower end of Blackpool, Staff Very Friendly and Helpful, Nice Warm Shower and Great room overall very happy to of found this place as another option.

Breakfast was between 0900-1000 would of loved it to been at least 0830 as we usually out doing stuff around 0900 onwards.

There was the option of a continental type breakfast, if which we declined. There was a car park nearby which was handy. Rez the manager was friendly and happy to help. Contact was made via text if needed andcreplyscwhrrebpromot and helpful.

Room was smaller than I would have liked (but it was clean). With the weather being inclement at times, we wanted to spend time in the room, but it was rather cramped. There was room downstairs to sit, but would like to gqve my privacy.
