I thought the room was lovely and comfortable. Little dated but still a great stay and location wise couldn’t be better.

I would of given it top marks if I hadn’t been moved three times at breakfast. lots of people had designated table numbers on there check in card and mine was blank which meant I had people coming to my table saying I was in their seats. Very annoying and unnecessary in a huge room to have assigned seating. Also intimidating when your a lone traveller having people tell you your going to have a knife in your back from sitting in the wrong seat. This comment came from a coach party old man that I thought should of known better.

Had a back room.. view wasn't good but the room was ok wish we had booked the front , breakfast was only 1 hour time scale was expecting it to be 2 at least but breakfast was amazing, was disappointed that check in was so late in the day half the day had gone and had to sit around till 4, check in at hotels I've been to before was 12 o'clock checking in and the latest was 1pm,staff were great and friendly and the show at nights were really good

Only one hour breakfast time 8_9 should chang it to 8 till 10 then we could of had a lay in, didn't like sitting around till 4 o'clock to check in I think it's far to late specially as we arrived at the hotel at 9am

Staff were absolutely lovely, my son is in a wheelchair and the waiter at breakfast couldn’t run over quick enough to help us, really friendly and the receptionist was nice and very helpful. The price was bang on for what the hotel is like, it says it’s only 3 * but we enjoyed it. Very clean and tidy I’d definitely go back. Evening entertainment was ok but we decided to leave not long after getting there.

When you go down to the bar there’s a massive pillar in the middle of the entrance which is nowhere near big enough for a wheelchair to get through so my son had to get on the floor and try to drag himself past it so we could fold the wheelchair to get in. The bed was so so, a bit uncomfortable but I overheard someone in the lift say theirs was alright so might have just been mine and not every bed! I was expecting a continental breakfast with it being such a big hotel but the choice was cereal and a small English but I don’t eat those, I did email the hotel and ask prior to going but I didn’t get a reply so had to chance it.

Beds comfy and very clean. Staff lovely.

Coffee in the room was Maxwell House. We knew this from a previous stay so we brought our own. Breakfast could do with having mushrooms

we wanted a triple room but had a double and a single in one room but we managed fine, I stuck my two younger sisters in the double, the room itself was lovely with a sea view, as requested, and I would love this room again if we needed the same.

Nothing, everything was perfect. the room was very clean and bright , the view was great as we asked for and received, and the staff were really pleasant and helpful nothing was too much trouble for them.

The friendly staff, the evening entertainment was very good, breakfast was tasty and the free parking helped a lot.

No fan provided in the room had to bring our own. Unfortunately, our room wasn't a sea view, the view was walls and 2 windows which had bright lights lit all night. (A suggestion, signs from the bar to the toilets, there and back. The seating area outside needs updating with maybe some false grass or decking, with a border. The lights to the seating area at the front looking out needs to be duller and during the illuminations, light up the building outside with some cool lighting).

Hotel was great comfortable good food good entertainment good location.

The hotel catered more for alpha coach parties than the individual or couples or families travelling on their own. The coach parties went out on trips everyday which is good we didn't mind that they were getting out and about but there was nothing going on in the hotel for other guests who wasn't with the coach parties. The bar didn't open until 5pm. So when we came back from a day out there was nothing for us to do until tea at 6pm that's if you're having evening meal or the entertainment at 8.00pm but finished at 11pm. Other than that a really nice stay.

The hotel is in a great location right on the promenade with a great sea view. The room had a comfortable bed, was quiet at night, very clean and modern with kettle , hair dryer and working TV. The bathroom had a powerful walk in shower . In all I'd definitely stay here again.

The room was excellent but the smell of paint spoilt our stay a little. Breakfast was fantastic and all the staff on reception and the bar were exceptional.

The smell of paint and the staff In the breakfast room some were a little off with their attitude. The paint we could not sleep we opened the windows but the wind was too high left a little earlier than planned.

Amazing staff who allowed us to park in the car park for an extra day and we're very accommodating when I lost the room key. Efficient breakfast service. Totally reasonable costs. Perfect seafront location between the pleasure beach and the arcades.

The room was roasting when we entered, had to turn off the radiators and open windows. No other problems.
