I really like this hotel the staff are very friendly helpful only had breakfast but it was ok have already booked for next year ithe rooms aren't to big the location not to bad on the sea front its a bit of a walk to the shops to get to the lifts you have to go down at least five stairs so you have to be able to walk a little bit

Location is great. Staff helpful & friendly. Entertainment is great. Bar prices are fare pretty much the same as the local bars.

I booked a sea view for a special occasion £124 for 2 nights room only, which was quite small with double bed pushed up against the wall, not very good for people in there 60s having to crawl over to get in bed. Bathroom very small, had to sit side on using loo as my knees touched the wall. Have stayed at this hotel several times with no issues but just a bit disappointed with this room this time. Having said all that the hotel has a warm welcome & everyone is friendly & did enjoy our stay.

For £50 for the night I wasn’t expecting much. I was delighted with the hotel. The staff were lovely, extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and spotlessly clean. Very well decorated and the bed was extremely comfortable with good pillows. The shower was red hot and powerful. We paid a £10 supplement for breakfast which had a good selection to choose from. We had the full English which was lovely, well cooked and good quality coffee. For £50 I really don’t think you’ll get any better in the uk. We will stay here every time we come to Blackpool from now on.

There really isn’t anything to complain about. If I’m being picky I could say the lifts are tiny (2 people at a time) and need speeding up a bit but I am being picky here.

everything about the property was amazing. not to mention the staff where all bubbly and happy. in other places I’ve stayed in Blackpool staff weren’t happy or bubbly. but here at the royal seabank hotel the staff was amazing. the hotel rooms where beautiful and comfortable one point I didn’t want to get out off bed the beds where so comfortable. the entertainment also at night is great bingo,singers and just great experience in Blackpool. I will definitely be going back with my kids. it’s family orientated witch I love. 😁

Friendly staff very helpful the shows acts position where hotel is based . Beds made daily clean freash towels beds comphy quite even when music on in our room . Secure car park locked at night

Lift to many stairs down stairs to go in lift out of lift down few steps then up few steps when come again I would have lower level as walking for me is very painful . Cobwebs on ceiling . A plastic glass behind bedside table dirty after been cleaned telly Ariel dodgy left my fleece at hotel wasn’t happy but realy had a great few days for my husbands birthday got there Monday till wed 5th dec till 7 th dec room 24

the hôtel was loverly, quite easy fir disabled access for my friend, rooms very comfortable, location was very good and so close to to everything. all staff friendly always welcoming and work very hard. the evening entertainment was very good and breakfast in the mornings was also very nice. we had a lovely long bankholiday weekend at royal seabank hotel and would recommend.

room to hot. had a little fan in the room but dint really make much difference.

We had a lovely room with a Seaview which we did not expect so nice unexpected upgrade. We were able to reserve private parking and the instructions to find it were clear.

Unfortunately we could not get the subtitles on the TV to work, and we really needed these. Not enough to bother reception with as only there for one night. Tv also bit small for size of room, only the bed to sit on and squinting a bit to see it from there. A bath would have been lovely, but the shower looked fine, although didn't use it.

This was the 2nd time I visited this year and again it was amazing. The staff are very kind and welcoming and the room was spotlessly clean and cosy. The whole hotel is clean and nice. I will definitely stay again

The WiFi doesn't work in the room and the breakfast was a let down. I paid £10 for breakfast, for £10 I was expecting a serve Yourself buffet but instead it was a breakfast the size of a 6 year old meal and to be honest it was way below standard. The glasses for the juice are miniature so not suitable for adults. It is very tight fisted with servings and I had to go and get a breakfast elsewhere because I was still hungry! I definitely wouldn't dine there ever again. For the price You pay for a room a small breakfast should be included
