Great location, friendly staff, parking available, good selection of things for children to do, some books and board games and a pool table in the lounge/bar area. My daughter enjoyed the karaoke there in the evening too. Breakfast had a good choice and something for everyone, even myself who is gluten free. Staff were very helpful and accommodating throughout.

We stayed in April and found the rooms were very very warm in the evening, we had the radiators off and window slightly open and still found it very hot. A number of other guests said the same too. The karaoke was great fun but it was very loud and when it was time for us to get some sleep we found it difficult due to the karaoke being on quite late (past midnight at the weekend) We didn't mention this or complain as we wouldn't want to spoil anyone else's fun but it did make it difficult to get to sleep so maybe something to bare in mind if you're not much of a night owl!

The rooms were lovely, clean and comfortable beds. The staff were amazing, friendly, and very attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was delicious, and there were plenty of options available. Bingo every night was a good laugh. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

For me and my son, everything was perfect. Unfortunately, the few steps from the elevator were a bit much for my mum, but she managed. If I had realised, I would have tried to book ground floor for her, but we'll know for future.

Mattress wasn't the best seemed to have a dip one side of the bed, but was clean! And bathroom could of been a cleaner round the back of the toilet seat. Overall it was lovely.

On arrival everything seemed good rooms very small but looked clean we went as a family and had rooms 27,28,29,30 plus a family room as had a 8week old baby with us.

The infestation of bed bugs found in room 28 and 19 and when reported to the manageress she was not at all interested and became verbally abusive, when showen the picture and videos brushed it off as just something that happens telling us it happened 3yrs previous, my grandson was so badly bitten on his back in rooms 29 and 30 we sent him to another hotel my daughter was staying in... Manageress was not interested in looking at the bites... Just said she couldn't see any bugs in the rooms but was heading up to spray rooms, I told her I was going to report her hotel to environmental health... Her answer was you do what you want they won't do anything anyway.... What a horrible woman that shouldn't be dealing with the public.

Great little hotel. Clean with comfortable beds. Great breakfast and staff cant do enough for you. Bingo and karaoke most nights with reasonably priced drinks are a bonus. Can’t say enough about the place. Love it!

Rooms slightly dated but spotless.

Ideal location bus and tram stops directly outside. Lovely hot water and exceptionally clean bedding and towels.

Curtains did not darken room as very thin. Breakfast time of 30mins very limiting during the week.

In prime location for all attractions.Free car park real bonus.Rooms clean and comfortable excellent breakfast.Staff extremely helpful and pleasant not our first stay and won't be our last.Well stocked bar with reasonable prices and karaoke and bingo if you don't want to venture out and a lovely outside area to sit in when the weather permits

Breakfast was perfect with a good choice of piping hot food & assortment of cereals, yoghurt fruit juice etc.

There isn’t anything to not like otherwise I wouldn’t keep coming back to the Blenheim Mount

The location was great for our trip. In-between everything to explore. Trams and buses very close. The room was facing the back yard area,carpark but exceptionally quiet. The hotel is a deserving hotel. Really enjoyed our weekend stay,even the bar and breakfast was a delight.

Nothing to say about it. Nothing to dislike. Everything was recieved at top to make our stay a positive memory.

Everyone SO friendly. Very well organised / professional in all areas. Staff go the extra mile to be helpful.

My only complaint is that the bed wasn’t too comfortable. I think mattress needs turning or renewing.
