The owners are lovely helped park the car, honestly best hosts we had a takeaway and they gave us plates and cutlery (no food facilities on site so was not expected) they opened the bar when we were the only ones there Lovely rooms quiet spacious clean comfy beds and pillows yes you get two Shower was lovely and towels supplied The hand wash and shower gel was amazing smell and a lovely touch Coffee and milk in the room and lovely

Silly thing and just for awareness not really a complaint but the plug is on the floor level so be aware if your not able to bend

Clean. Photos advertised are correct. Room larger than expected with a small sofa, which reclined - bonus for putting your feet up with a cuppa at the end of day, while kids played/colored in (nice bit of floor space between end beds for kids). Bathroom small, but perfectly good. 2 x lamps. 2 overhead lights with separate switches, good if you wanted one side of room dimmer. Plenty of storage with a wardrobe,  chest drawers, plus 2 x beside drawers. Full sized kettle, good mugs and a good fan. Location - Heard a few people coming home at the end of one night (maybe for 15 mins, it was not noise   just people talking outside) the rest of the time was peaceful and we left the window open all night. Few seagulls in the morning. Ha ha. Bed firm but good - and everyone had a good nights sleep. Pillows were also a bit firm, would have preferred a little softer, but they were OK. Plus I never asked for softer, so maybe they would have changed them. Hosts very welcoming and friendly. I would definitely stay again.

Very small bathroom, but it still worked perfectly.

We had an issue with other accommodation so booking.com arranged this hotel for us. The gentleman when we arrived knew the situation and was very welcoming. The hotel was clean which is the main thing and the bed was very comfy.

Sachets of coffee, teabags and sugar were supplied as there was kettle and cups in the room but no milk. It was quite late at night so no one was there to ask.

In short, the owner looks a bit like a gangster 😂 but he is very nice and helpful I recommend this hotel because it is really very clean I have been to Blackpool many times but here it is really good and there is a parking lot greetings to the bald guy who knows how to run a business

Very clean / basic but very comfortable ,, location was perfect ,, ended up staying an r star night ,, Hugh and his wife were lovely and very helpful ,, would definitely recomend the sharn bek ,, thanks again Shirley and steven ,,,

Wonderful warm welcome, great location (we wanted to stay within walking distance of a music venue where we were going to a gig - Waterloo gig goers it is a 10 min walk) very, very clean room and bathroom. Comfy bed, lots of tea and coffee. Exactly what we wanted ! Great value for money and it suited us that no breakfast is included, as we are never up in time for breakfast !

My only minor criticism is that there was no full length mirror in bedroom... I had 4 outfits to try on !

The hotel is run by a lovely couple, they go out of their way to make sure you are happy with your stay. We drive a Ford ranger so it does not fit on their property, they managed to sort out parking 2 mins away. It was my parents anniversary, they received a card and chocolates in their room. We will be returning.

We arrived and the environment was a little stressful so to speak with people arriving at once but soon settled once sorted. There was nothing I could fault.

I've paid a lot more for a lot less elsewhere. Staff were kind and accommodating. Room was clean. Don't really need much more. Did the job, thank you.

Fair bit of light bled through window, minor issue for most I'm just a light sleeper. People in room next to me thought it was normal to start playing loud music in the morning, not hotels fault though, they clearly advertised themselves as a quiet place which was why I stayed. Nobheads will be nobheads.

By the THE BEST hotel we have ever stayed in! Room was fresh & clean with crisp bedding. Owners are a delight, showed us how to use everythink on arrival. Amazing, simply amazing. Definately will be checking Sharn Beks availability on next visit

Elaine and stu were fabulous hosts made us feel very welcome nothing was any trouble allowed us to keep the car parked their until we left later on the evening after check out ,the beds were very comfortable would highly recommend and were already planning our next stay .
