This was my 2nd time staying at the Alexander hotel,As with my 1st stay a nice stylish trendy plain white decor,Very comfy double bed,A big tv in my room,Nice spacious ensuite room and hot water shower,Easy to find along the prom just at the top of a side road,Friendly hosts,Anything needed just to contact the hostsThank you.Would stay again here.

Noisy people coming in and out banging doors talking loud ! shouting ! Tv on very loud ! coming from another room whilst trying to sleep.

Clean , comfy beds and Shah was very helpful and changed our room upon request due to noisy neighbours.

Walls are very thin so you can hear other guests in other rooms. Seems to be typical of a lot of hotels/guest houses I have stayed in Blackpool.

Staff were friendly on arrival, the room was lovely, clean and comfortable. It was about a 10 minute walk to the Central Pier, so the location was excellent.

There was an issue with another guest making a commotion and disturbing people in the early hours of the morning, but it was sorted out very quickly and professionally by the staff and they were very apologetic.

The beds were very soft and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and there for anything we needed no matter how little. Highly recommended for future holiday goers.

The room was excellent sea view lovely and clean

Having to be out by 10am, after a night out and having to drive next day would prefer 11am checkout, but that's my personal preference

Tea and coffee provided. Good bed and pillows . Wouldve had the offer if breakfast at £5 pp but we were going for a big lunch . Roon small but adequate for weekend break

Hand towel stained. Didn't complain as only there 1 night so not a problem, plus toilet dirty (yellow marks !) behind seat where it joins cistern.

10 out of 10 !..Outstanding Friendly staff smart designed rooms and hotel Really nice b n b hotel,A very nice family run hotel/b&b friendly polite owners family compared to other hotels I have stayed in where the owners have been grumpy not very welcoming and friendly unlike this hotel couldn't fault the friendly staff,Important Covid 19 measures masks worn taken as soon as you enter the hotel,Health important taken by the owners,Nice smart decorated through out the building,My room I was really impressed with spacious ensuite,It was really nicely decorated in a neutral white plain painted room,Enough clothes hangers,Other hotels I have stayed in,A proper sized ironing board none of these small tiny boards what are useless I have been given in previous hotels and a good iron to use as well,No horrible looking wallpaper carpets wardrobes to be seen,The best bed I have slept in ! of all my stays in previous hotels I have stayed in,A smart design looking double bed not your average standard bed and a comfy mattress,More of a luxury bed you would choose for your home not what you would find in a hotel,A brand new hotel on the market first person to stay in this room,Brilliant central location half way between the town centre and the pleasure beach at the top of the road located easy to find,A good price for a single traveller for 2 nights,I will book again at your hotel for my visits to blackpool,One of the family members offered me some food they had made but I had decline as I am a fussy eater,The owner even let keep my bags in the room on my last day whilst I went around the town centre shopping,Respect the hotel and the owners look after it like it was your own home,And you will get the same respect back from this new family just opened hotel,Thank you for a very nice stay in your hotel I was very happy customer with everything about the hotel room staff neatness tidy quality of the furniture bed and decorated smart. the staff are so polite feel like your at home , bedroom was clean and close to the promenade and the piers , we didn’t have food as there are so many options close by fairly cheap and the rooms are really nice any problems a guy called Marian said he would sort it was great for the price I paid I will be going back.

abit noisy from the streets near the hotel but apart from that nothing

it was clean, a good location, and I certainly would recommend it to others. they changed our room after a few days when they had a vacancy, because we were right up at the top of the house, and my husband and I are both disabled, and they didn’t know.

The rooms were not serviced at all during our stay, when we could ask for supplies, but they never went in to clean.

Excellent value for money as room has everything you need, very clean and clearly looked after. Owners asked if they was anything we needed in the room and not only was check in easy but also entry to the hotel convenient even if coming home late.

The weather Haha, was wet and windy for most of the weekend and I'm sure if they could the owners would have tried to make it better.
