Our room wasnt ready when we arrived (we arrived early) but because we had travelled so far, we was given another room that had already been cleaned so that we could get settled. The room was very clean, had a tv and the shower was really good. We just needed a base as was out most of the days and our room was perfect for that. Bed was comfortable. Had a little game room with pool table which was nice. Owner was always lovely and always willing to help if needed. It is a stones throw from the sea front so not far to walk. Just great all round.

We couldn't always get a good signal on the internet but that wasn't a major issue for me but was for my 11 year old daughter 🤣

I was a bit worried about coming to this hotel after I had booked just because of the look of it on the outside... I'm glad I booked. From the first point on contact with the manager she was lovely very polite and very respectful. We then parked the car up and booked in to pay again the lady was fantastic very polite and chatted away with us. The room I had was very clean and well presented. The price we paid for this hotel wasn't much at all but it was worth every penny. And again the manager was outstanding couldn't have asked for more very welcoming very polite and also chatty. I will rebook for this hotel

the staff where all absolutely lovely, the parking was close to the property which was very convenient, breakfast was really enjoyable and there was a lot of variety offered. the room we stayed in was big and very clean, the shower was really good also.

the only negative part of our stay was the fact that the lock on our room door was extremely difficult to lock from the outside, also, it may it would have been more accommodating if breakfast was from 9-10 instead of finishing at 9:30am.

I really liked the staff. The lady on reception who greeted us was really lovely and made our stay feel welcome. My daughter and I really enjoyed the buffet breakfast. Was delicious and definitely worth the money 😀 We both enjoyed the comfy beds and the cleanliness of the room and whole hotel as whole.

The WiFi was not great in the double/and 2 single bed rooms. We had to sit in one of the single beds to watch Netflix via WiFi. I did not like not having a shower curtain while taking a shower. The water went on the floor.

All the staff are always so friendly and helpful in every way possible, the room is of a decent size with a very comfortable bed. This is the 2nd time I've stayed here and it's right in the middle of south and centeral pier so it is very easy to walk to either and not need to move, very convient.

If you book through booking.com you aren't guarenteed a parking space sadly even if you ring to reserve, luckily I've got a space both visits but some may not.

It was a nice little room, felt very comfortable, location was fantastic, not too far from anywhere. Also the man who was on the desk serving when we got there did 110% for us showing us around and where our rooms where, couldn't have been anymore helpful and he deserves so much recognition!

Small car park and charges for damages - we weren't charged but having to pay £50 incase we did any damages which we weren't aware of until we arrived at the hotel took us by suprise.

I booked to stay in the deluxe double room with my partner arriving 2nd of august and checking out on 4th of august. We arrived at 3pm and the room was ready straight away. Lovely welcoming from the staff, always saying hello when passing. We payed £124 and it was definitely worth the price. The room was lovely, the bed was huge and super comfy. 100% would come again. Lovely and quiet hotel, just what I needed for a short last minute break away. Tv was much larger than I expected too which was great when relaxed & watching movies at night!

The room was basic, but very clean. The reviews on here must be for a different hotel because this was very clean in the bedroom and bathroom, and the actual hotel.was clean too. Breakfast was served between 9:30-10am and after the first morning, the guy in the kitchen remembered our orders so felt personalised. But a range of continental breakfast and cooked breakfast available. Overall, very satisfied with our stay.

The bed was slightly uncomfortable but still got a good night sleep. Only saw one consistent member of staff the whole time, and no one on desk when came to check out but that is only something small at the end if a 4 day stay.

Nice room and bathroom. Comfortable bed. Very clean. Decent breakfast and choice. Great location. 100% value for money in my eyes. Best of all, exceptionally pleasant owners. Couldn't do enough for you. I absolutely recommend this hotel.

The staff are very friendly and overall a decent place with a nice bed. It's in very good walking distance to all the different attractions. The breakfast on the morning is definitely worth paying for as it's very good.

There wasn't a lot of space to put things in the bathroom apart from behind the taps on the sink
