It's not a luxury hotel if that's what you like but very comfortable, neat and clean. A little old school in its interior but we don't mind, actually quite liked it 😉 standard English breakfast very well stocked but don't expect extra, two small lifts, push chair had to go in two rounds, tilted bottom and a car seat separately, into the lift, basically two people size, and only 🤣 but made it work, it wasn't massive deal to us, Very nice and helpful staff, I must say we felt very well come by the receptionists which is a great start when you come with kids after a tiring journey. Thank you 😊

Fresh, clean, crisp bedding. Comfortable bed & pillows (although a little firm). Staff very welcoming at check in (although could have offered more info on WiFi, breakfast times etc). Beach at the bottom of the road & town centre only few minutes drive away, excellent value for money.
Quite a worn out property, very basic, lot of wear & tear visible. Extremely old radiator that I could not turn off, unfortunately had to have both windows open so was woken by outside noise.

Needs updating. Corridors had odours lurking, like cigarette smoke. Also thought our room when first entering smelt cigarette smoke (although on door was a "no smoking") and being a non smoker really noticed it !!!!! From our view under our room windows there's an outside building which looked rather shabby and derelict. Bathroom sink plug rusty. Behind radiator under window the paper ripped off and looked a mess. Didn't use the facilties. But what we paid was value for money
The smell in corridors. Husband has a blue badge for parking and at the hotel we did manage to park in the only disabled parking bay at the hotel but on our return to hotel there was another guest who had parked in the disabled bay and did not display "a blue badge". I do find this very annoying when guests park in the disabled parking spaces and do not display a blue badge. We do appreciate that hotel does advertise limited parking spaces. Although there is off road parking in front of hotel but can run expensive.

Overall comfort of the room was OK. However, there was no information about the services provided by the hotel or meal times I the room.
My toilet was too close to the side wall, so a little uncomfortable whilst using it. (Rm 5) Only real negative aspect of my whole visit was lack of WiFi in the room. WiFi was available but only in public areas. No good when you need to work from your room. Although breakfast was very tasty and ample amount, it could of done with being a little hotter.

the staff was very helpful and happy to help. the beds are a bit too hard and the pillows but that's only my opinion. my husband was happy with his bed. I'm use to a soft bed and pillows. the room was clean and tidy. it does look much from the outside just needs a good painting. which I think they are doing as scaffolding was up. I was that happy I would return as it was good value for the money that I was charged. the only thing I was unhappy about was the £5 parking charge I had to pay. and also the swimming pool was closed but there again that was chargeable. the rooms are cheap but all the add on's mount up if you wanted to use them.
the charge for parking and if the swimming pool was open you had to pay for that. and had pillows and beds. the gardens were uncut. just needs a good gardener to sort out the gardens.

Having got over the fact that there was no room for us and the staff found a place for us it was brilliant. Being put in the Penthouse suite was brilliant. It was only a shame we were only there over night.
There was much Stress when were phoned up to say there was no room for us and we would need to contact Booking.com to sort it out. Not good considering the staff sorted it in the end so could have done that in the beginning

They changed our room 3 times because of the smell of cigarettes in the rooms which was disgusting (hotel is for non smokers in the margin). Breakfast was very greasy and reheated- didn’t taste nice. Thin walls that you can hear snoring from upstairs for all night. Dirty carpets and mouldy shower. You pay 5£ per day for parking which has no space left when you coming there. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!! For this price you can find something much better. Very disappointed, because on the photos it looked good in real life is just disgusting place.

Stayed here for a weekend, not sure why the place has so many bad reviews, it’s a budget hotel in that you get what you pay for. Staff were very friendly, beds were comfortable, rooms were nice if a little outdated (though who really cares?) - so what more can you ask for? Location was also great being just a 5 min walk to sea front. Would have no problem going back in Bournemouth again.
Wasn’t a lot of room for parking so had to go about a 2 min walk away, hardly an issue but the only “downer” I can give it.

Good location for the town and beach. Spacious rooms, good showers although the bath was useless. Comfortable beds.
Insufficient parking. Cars were blocking the fire exit doors on more than one occasion during our stay. This was worrying. Did not like people smoking near the entrance outside and sometimes we could smell cigarette smoke in the corridors upstairs.

Large , spacious room with a good sized ensuite . Shower was awesome . Excellent location . Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly .
Furnishings were dated , room needs a renovation to bring it up to date . Unfortunately the bed was terrible , super hard and lumpy - we didn't get much sleep due to being so uncomfortable . Spoke to other guests who made similar comments.
