Return guests - comfortable room, delicious breakfast & garden is very pleasant. The Breakfast staff were fantastic - professional & accommodating. Would like to mention Italian Male staff member (not sure of his rank) working in the Restaurant was well mannered, very attentive & most apologetic for any inconveniences we encountered - thank you.

Disappointed with dinner. Children's Menu Pizza bread was not edible. We had the steak & it was delicious but felt the extra fancy meat on the plate was too much - not necessary. We feel this Hotel does not cater for children & should maybe Adults only !!!

It would be a good idea to let customers know a wedding party is booked at the same time as celebrations went on till 3am in the morning. We got little sleep till then.

The Green House is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in and I cannot wait to return. True boutique luxury, eco-friendly and superb value for money. I loved the country house vibe with lots of cosy nooks to relax, read, drink tea or English champagne. There are so many brilliant little touches like fresh milk for your room to make hot drinks and delicious biscuits and water supplied too. I stayed for two days as I was attending an event in the local area and had the chance to sample the excellent restaurant, bar food nibbles and yes, that champagne! The thing that really made the stay first class was the incredible staff - friendly, responsive and unobtrusive. Thanks for making me feel for warmly welcomed.

Very large and comfy bed and pillows. Lots of storage space. Tea and coffee facilities were great. The hotel is a 9 minute walk from the beach. Breakfast was delicious, with buffet and cooked options. Can't fault it.

I would have liked to have milk in the room, rather than having to ring down to reception (who then brought up a flask with fresh milk). But ringing down isn't an issue - it's just that you're left with a flask of milk that you'll need to give back for a refill, and I don't want to waste any that I'm not using.

We have stayed there on several occasions, and to be honest, it never disappoints. The staff are always very welcoming and friendly. The rooms are very comfortable and even if you go for the basic one it's better than some that we have stayed in for a lot more money. The cooked breakfast is fantastic, and if you have the full one, you're set up for the day. And try the Strawberry Daiquiri. It was gorgeous. Ten out of ten from us, keep up the great work.

Nothing really springs to mind, and you would just be finding fault for the sake of it.

We had a lovely greeting at reception. The room was lovely. There were two large glass water bottles, which you could get refilled at reception. Also they provide fresh milk in a small flask daily for you. A great touch and better than using the usual little pots. Breakfast was great. Food cooked to order if you wanted. Very friendly staff. The location of the hotel was great. It's literally less than a 10 minute walk to the seafront. On our last night we decided to have our evening meal at the hotel. Fantastic food and again excellent service. Would highly recommend

There was nothing we didn't like

The whole experience was marvellous. All the staff were very friendly (especially on Reception) and went above and beyond to help. The breakfasts were very well cooked and presented , with plenty of variety and the general cleanliness of the whole hotel was exceptional.

The only very minor issue was the TV didn't have the BBC 1 channel. Ordinarily, we wouldn't bother about watching television on holiday but it was the Platinum Jubilee weekend and we would have liked to see some of this. We didn't think it was worth raising with the hotel though, as the rest of our stay more than made up for it.

I came to the hotel at night, took taxi from train station, it costed me 8pounds. the room was clean, comfortable and stylish. as I came at night it was freezing outside, I came to the room and luckily found water, tea bags and kettle. the location is good, the sea is just 10 min walk, but the pier is in a walking distance, not to far. I didn’t have time to go there, just went to see the sea and saw the pier in a distance. also it was good distance to work place, and to the train station. I liked the place. I didn’t go to breakfast as was in a hurry.

Room was fantastic , breakfast was really lovely great choice and freshly prepared. Two minute walk from the beach

Only downside no heating control in room so woke early as too hot although window did open so problem was solved

The property is stunning from the curb and equally as good inside with a warm atmosphere. Decoration throughout is well kept and fresh including the room and en-suite. Room was extremely comfy, clean and very cozy. only one criticism is that an extra full length mirror would be beneficial especially when you have two people getting ready at the same time. Easy access to beach and town and although close to a main road you can’t hear any noise at all. Staff were extremely polite and helpful. We will 100% be returning.
