we had a good welcome, our room was very clean big room on the top floor and very Quiet. breakfast was excellent very good choice of both hot food and Continental, garden was pretty and nice to sit out in , Nice comfortable bar to lounge in overall very good

A little disappointed that we only had one change of towels and restock of tea and coffee in a weeks stay from Sunday to Friday even though the receptionist did explain that the towels were late delivery this didn’t happen until Tuesday and that was the only refresh we had

The location was excellent and the hotel was clean and generally comfortable.

Our room appeared to be above a delivery area so we were disturbed at around 5 am each morning by the noise of vehicles and almost raised voices. additionally whilst the bar staff were very pleasant the bar prices were on the high side. finally we were not notified of a cooked breakfast not being available on the final day.

Beautiful modern hotel in a lovely neighbourhood full of green trees and lovely plantation. The lady at the reception was super nice and helpful, I think her name is Maria and she even opened the breakfast area a little earlier for me so I could be on time for my work appointments

The walls in the room were a little dirty with marks of various stains and the shower head needs a proper clean

There were problems with service in the breakfast room. One day everyone turned up for breakfast at the same time and also, at the same time, more guests arrived for a conference and wanted breakfast. There was only one man to book people in, take them to their tables, take their orders, bring their breakfasts and bring out more coffee, hot water, milk, sugar, bread, butter etc. all of which ran out. He asked for help but was given none. The manager, sat behind reception, said someone had gone sick. Had people arrived at different times things would have been easier and we would not have spent more than an hour and a quarter in the breakfast room on two occasions the other being when they took us to our table and then forgot about us.

absolutely nothing!!! everything was great 1 very minor - room had a shower and I personally love a bath. still an amazing shower !!!

Lovely hotel, in a very convenient location with parking available. A comfortable room with large bathroom. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were helpful and polite and a very easy check in. On checking out, we were offered the chance to leave our car and/or some luggage at the hotel to pick up later, which was a lovely and helpful offer although we didn't actually require it this time.

Our room was up at the top of a LOT of (some narrow) stairs. Fortunately we weren't taking a lot of heavy luggage, which would have made it difficult. I would suggest informing people in advance if they were being allocated this room and/or offering assistance with the luggage. Having said that, it wasn't a real problem for us.

Breakfast was very good, especially the porridge. Fresh, fragrant perfume in the main areas of the hotel. Appreciated the air conditioning as well as the heated towel rails. My room was quiet and bath/ shower was lovely. Dinner in restaurant was amazing. Delicious food. Wonderful chef. Fantastic service throughout my stay from Simon who worked so hard and made all guests feel welcome and comfortable. David on the front desk was extremely helpful and efficient.

Better quality bread for breakfast …. Seeded? granary? Also some good quality thick cut marmalade? (jams and honey too)

good location, just out of bmouth centre but not far so fairly quiet but still within walking distance. Really modern and clean hotel, nice staff.
