The location of this hotel was perfect for our needs, with the sea front, beach, pier and town centre all within easy reach. The hotel was also spotless and maintained at a very high standard of cleanliness. The room itself was a good size and whilst not ultra modern, it was very comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and provided great service, being polite and professional at all times. The restaurant was also good, with very tasty food options.

The bathroom lacked ventilation, so got very steamed up and needed the door to be propped open. Additionally, only one towel rail for a twin room so difficult to suitably dry towels after use. Was a little pricy, but was to be expected during Air Festival weekend.

Staff were relatively friendly and helpful, the place is fairly modern and comfortable and in a good location for restaurants, shops and beach in Bournemouth

There's probably not enough staff on, over the weekend, there were only 3 people cleaning all the rooms and food was quite slow coming out the kitchen. I've heard there are shortages all over in the hospitality industry, but prices are high and I miss basic things like the pre covid information booklets in rooms and room service. Also silly open showers and the usual lack of towel rails so lots of unnecessarily wet towels

The room was clean and tidy. The location was extremely good and central for our needs. The breakfast was delicious - fresh, hot and tasty. The staff went above and beyond and we couldn't rate them highly enough!

The toilet in our room took some flushing - it didn't flush on first pull. The kettle was located on the table near the TV but there were no plugs there to use so we had to use one of the bedside tables.

Central location, very clean and modern, great with air conditioning. Liked the little touches with soap/ body lotion. Very good facilities in the room. The staff at the reception were very welcoming.

Price of parking was very expensive at £15 per day. The shower head came off while I was having a shower after my family and I arrived late night, only to find out that maintainance is unavailable during those hours. Unfortunately had no choice but to use the broken shower hose with a lot of difficulty as I was only staying the night and was checking out in the morning.

The staff were outstanding the customer service we received was amazing, we were made to feel extremely comfortable, and nothing was to much to ask for, definitely going to be returning.

my only gripe is the extractor fan in the bathroom, the staff did let us know that it runs on a certain times but its not ideal when you need to use the loo and when showering it gets far too hot and steamy we had to leave the door open to quickly remove the steam, so maybe if they reconsidered the extractor fan timings it would be 10/10

Room was spacious, good tv, comfortable bed, bathroom clean and satisfactorily functional, staff pleasant, efficient and helpful. Breakfast fairly standard but decent range of food and generous quantities. Garage had sufficient space and security.

Bathroom and particularly the shower could be bigger. We found the thermostat difficult to adjust though we recognise that might well have been our technological deficiencies. Slightly irritating [though understandable in today's world to pay £14 a night for parking. Must add these weren't significant problems; they reflect the functional nature of the hotel and it's none the worse for that.

I liked everything! The staff was amazing, friendly, professional, excellent! The breakfast is amazing too, location, etc… all excellent! I highly recommend the hotel and I’ll be back soon for a weekend in a bit warmer weather. There’s a lot around the hotel for a fun: beach is a walking distance (10 min ish), pubs and restaurants as well. casino, etc! Amazing! Aya, Nicolaj,Maria, Abdul, Sergio (Greek guy who speaks so many languages including Portuguese) and the Indian young man (apologies, I don’t know how to write his name), they are excellent professional and helpful people! I loved them!

My body didn’t really agreed with the mattress. Sometimes it takes time for me to adapt but didn’t have that time as we went for two nights only. Furthermore, they should have fridge in the room. This really unique thing to point to. Still highly recommend the hotel as there’s other things to balance the absence of the mini fridge in the room.

Very cosy and a homely feeling. The staff made us feel really special. They were all helpful, friendly & pleasant. Couldn't have asked for anything more.

I can't think of anything that I didnt like but if I had any criticism it would be good if everything listed on the menu were available. We were made aware before we ordered our evening meal that a couple of dishes were not available but this didnt affect our order.

Close to beach, bus stops and town centre Location was excellent. We came by car due to train strikes and car park was great. As expected from our previous stays, room was great for family of 4 with sofa bed.

Once checked in, our bed sheet had some sort of stain on, asked housekeeping for a new one but they forgot and had to wait for next day before getting a new one. Room safe on check in also wasn’t working, had to wait till following day for maintenance to fix.

Room clean tidy and spacious, breakfast very good and apart from an odd food issue in the evening which eventually was refunded. Good place for a group party to meet like we had for a couple of nights. Only negative was not coupling up our one night stay into two nights which we paid for the extra night at the hotel but was able to stay in the same room so this was just a blip of the booking desk. Overall a good stay thank you

The price of the alcoholic drinks eg £5.30 for a pint of lager and £3.00 for a cappuccino!
