The room was very nice, despite the scaffolding. When i called reception because of the noise in the corriodrit was dealt with promptly. The staff at sign in and dinner were helpful and courteous

The evening menu was rather disappointing but the meal we selected was very nice. Breakfast was a disaster: delay taking our order which arrived over 30mins later . The cooked breakfast consisted of half a mushroom each, half a tomato and a small spoon of baked beans, an egg, sauage and a rasher of bacon ... the toast had to be self made whilst the meal sat getting cold on the table, thankfully the staff memebr realized this and made a slice for us.

Everything was lovely on the whole. Staff were very polite and attentive, the location was excellent and the facilities were fantastic. The bed was very comfortable and it was nice and warm. I was pre-warned about the building work, but never heard a peep from it. I didn’t use the facilities (spa and pool) but were shown them, which was good. The food served at dinner and breakfast, although both minimalistic, was very tasty and delicious

I booked a double room, but it was two single beds and mattresses pushed together with a double duvet, so I sank in the middle of the bed… the “buffet” breakfast was served by a person who if I’m honest was tight with the food and it made me self conscious asking for 2 sausages and extra beans, especially when the rest of the breakfast you just helped yourself, I also didn’t feel as if I could go back for more… I was on the ground floor and could hear everyone running around upstairs, so the floors aren’t very thick

The location was great. Staff friendly and helpful. The restaurant was ok with fair quality food.

The hotel is undergoing renovation, so woken up at 7am by workers on site. Breakfast was not the best, very busy when we got down at 8:30am and had to wait 30 minutes for our breakfast. Others in our party got down at 9 am to find out that breakfast finished at 9am, which I've never heard of before.. Staff were nice, but the cooked breakfast was hit and miss. Breakfast restaurants was very small but hopefully all will improve once the renovations have been completed..

Parking available and free. Reception staff very friendly. Lovely spa facilities and the treatment room was so relaxing. Sue did our massages which were the best we ever had. The breakfast was a little cold and not a great selection, improvements needed. The bar closes at 10pm which is a shame as when resident in the hotel it’s nice to have a drink a bit late after you’ve been out for dinner. The terrace was really nice too watching all the golfers. Will definitely return.

We loved the facilities and the staff were extremely helpful. It's got a nice relaxing vibe in the hotel, and we felt happy being there.

The works to extend are obviously a bit of an issue, noise, and scaffold, but it has to be done, and I'm sure it will be even more lovely when finished. The breakfast service was slightly confused, a young man serving behind the counter who was really sweet, but it meant there was a queue as he had to top up the trays often from the kitchen. Maybe could do with someone to help him with that. Overall, the breakfast was tasty, and we enjoyed it.

Facilities included in the cost and ability to use pool facilities (and gym had we been minded) before and after our room booking. Very helpful staff and lovely countryside location. Pleasant river walk from the golf course and a short drive into Bury. The hotel has a modern look, so no red brick and is being extended as noted in the hotel details. This was not a problem, even though our room (206) overlooked the site as the work takes place during daylight hours and was not particularly noisy. Using the Air Con, electric radiator and heated towel rail, we were able to set the room at a comfortable temperature.

The corridor from the pool and gym back to hotel is a little cool if you have just come out of the pool facilities, but this is minor and the only negative I can think of.

Excellent, really friendly staff. Lovely breakfast, but perhaps if breakfast could be served through to 9.30am, instead of 9am, that would work better for guests on a leisure break. Dinner menu was a little limited but what they served was very good. Very comfortable bed and our room was very clean, spacious and overlooked the golf course. Great location with lots of parking and just 7 minutes from the town centre by taxi. Getaway Taxis are very reliable but do pre-book.

Night porter very helpful when we checked in later than expected, rooms good size clean and tidy as you would expect breakfast over looking golf course very good looking around hotel has nice indoor pool area with steam room sauna and jacuzzi well appointed indoor gym and an outdoor gym as well.

Hotel is going through development at the moment so some views hidden by scaffolding but never really heard builders general disruption kept to a minimum just something to be aware of.

lovely hotel overlooking golf course and a nice view from our room . Hotel is very modernised and is very clean and very welcoming . we had one night and wished we could have stayed longer . building work going on but didn’t spoil our stay . We will definitely return even if it’s just for another excellent massage done by Sue , a very caring kind lady . she made me feel totally relaxed . We will booked again as we have been to a lot of spa hotel and found Allsaints to be the best so far .

Huge modern rooms with large beds and and workspace. The bathrooms were finished nicely with robes and towels provided. Good choice of tea in the room with the kettle. The location is idyllic. You have a golf course on one side and woodlands on the other. Waking to the sound of hundreds of birds was lovely.

The hotel is under construction. The only view from the room was construction. The shower curtain was too light so when the hot water was turned on, it lifted into the shower and stuck to your body.
