Great location with on sight facilities. Loved the water sports on our own lake. The restaurent and kids play area was a great feature. We disnt have to venture out for anything.

The outer area of the lodges were very dirty with a lot of cob webs and spiders. Would have preffered if the engrance area of the lodges were jet washed as our lodge must have had a wasp nest near by and all was onnthe door and inside when opening windows. More lighting would have been ideal along the walkways. Very dark when going out of the lodge. Couldnt see anything and needed our mobile torch light to see where we were going.

Lovely resort and the facilities are great. Views around the resort were very tranquil and good for wildlife. There were loads of attractions in the area that we enjoyed for instance in stately homes and gardens, wildlife oasis, towns. The Lake District is within easy reach as is Hadrian's Wall and Scotland - so plenty to see and do! We visited Sizergh Castle, Levens Hall and Holker Hall. All were fantastic and within 25 minutes drive. Also the Wildlife Oasis highly recommended for children.

Our bed was a bit uncomfortable but we were informed by the receptionist that the apartment (where we stayed) were being upgraded. the lodges have already been upgraded. So I don't think this will be a problem in future.

We loved our Pine Lake family Holiday because the Resort and Loges are lovely and clean, plus the site is well looked after. The staff were lovely and friendly plus there was plenty to do on site as a family. The location was good too if you wanted to go off site and do things. We would definitely go back again and I would recommend it to anyone. It most definitely gets 5* from us.

▪️The resort advertised fishing, but we were told to fish in the UK we'd need a license, so my 10 year old son was so disappointed. I think the Resort should be able to have a license for their guests to be able to fish on site while staying there. ▪️I think in the lodges it would be nice to have a restaurant menu in the information pack ▪️ It would be nice to see the lodges have more information about the water sports like times and prices put inside the information pack.

Everything was lovely here. Lots of little extras in the lodges very clean and well kept really good value for money. High quality. Lots of things to do. The boys loved the watersports centre the tennis the swimming sauna and gym and crazy golf plus the arcade. Beautiful setting. Very peaceful

While we appreciated the singer in the club (good voice and personality) and enjoyed the charity bingo, we felt it wasn't really a cabaret as advertised. The singer could at least have got changed for the cabaret session....it looked like they were filling in. Maybe they were!

Really nice place! we really enjoyed our stay, we enjoyed swimming, crazy golf, arcade games, table tennis, pool table, water sports. The bar and restaurant was reasonably priced! No crazy prices! really nice food. It's also nice to see that the resort supports various charities throughout which I think is great. The staff are so friendly and really go out of their way to make your stay a great one. Thank you pine lake resort ☺️ we liked our stay so much we've booked for next year!

Pillows not very comfortable not a problem went out and bought some, would recommend bringing your own.

The cabin was beautiful, recently renovated and well equipped. All beds vere very comfortable and had actual duvets. Large sliding door to a patio with the view on the lake, even though our cabin was in the third row from direct waterfront. There was a pool and a playground for kids with minigolf. We made a reservation for a dinner in the resort restaurant and had 45 minutes wait. We got golf clubs and balls from the receptionist even though it was after hours so we could have some fun with kids while we waited for our table. We used the water sports centre - rented inflatable couch ride pulled by a motor boat - it was super fun. There was a live performance by a local singer who offered a repertoire for audiences of all ages, we had fun watching small kids dancing and danced ourselves too. Staff was super friendly and followed up by text message to check on us and quickly resolve any minor issues we had. Overall a great experience.

The only drawback is that the Pine Lake is not available for swimming. If there was a small beach where we could get some tan while kids could use a safe splash the place would be simply perfect.

Nice lodge by the lake and close to the water sports and bar. Well equipped kitchen and decent outdoor furniture. Friendly staff and good customer service.

The lodge was equipped for a family with a disabled family member, which fortunately our family do not have. This meant we had a lower bed in the twin room, bathroom without a bath, low shower and a very low basin which my 6ft 2in husband struggled with. The kitchen was also adapted so the sink was low. We could not park our van at our lodge due to ramps which we fortunately did not require. The fridge was not the best, shelves in the door struggled to hold heavy items. Also we did not enjoy our meal in the restaurant so did not return.

Great location for enjoying Lancashire and Yorkshire Dales, but lots of great facilities that spending time just relaxing at the park was very enjoyable. The lodge was spotless, well located by the lake edge and had everything included that you might need. We enjoyed using the leisure facilities, especially the swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Had lots of laughs over the mini golf and relaxed with a drink at the club whilst soaking in the sun and the beautiful views across the lake. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and the grounds well kept, but in keeping with the rural surroundings.

The spiders on the balcony! The outside seating area could have done with a bit of a clean prior to arrival to remove the bird droppings and the masses of spider webs. I appreciate the loveliness of a rural setting, and the beauty of nature, but prefer it just a couple of feet away from were we were sitting x

Facilities within the cabin were brilliant with soaps etc provided which was really handy. The kids activities such as face painting and swimming (with floats etc) were all free which was fantastic. Views and wildlife were stunning- rolling hills and swans. Peaceful location yet a short drive to Carnforth center with a big tesco, coop and aldi with a lovely little street of charity shops and big book shop. Only a 15 minute drive to a busier Morecambe sea front with bigger arcades, beach, Market or other activities and cafe's. Little shop in reception really handy for necessities and treats. Water sports were brilliant (staff went out of their way to accomodate and were really friendly) the bar and seating area in the waters port cabin are great too. All the beds were really comfy- even the sofa bed! There were a lot of 2p arcade games- good for keeping the costs down. The puddings in the restaurant are delicious- especially the chocolate brownie. Cabin was cozy and really well laid out.

The park is only good for 3 and under. They need a bigger park for bigger kids really. The crazy golf is tiny, needed upgrading and would probably be better replaced with a big kids park. The kids arcade and activity room needs a good clean. The restaurant can get a bit samey if you're staying for a few days. The cushions on the sofa bed were awkward- kept falling off when used as a sofa.

Arrived at the resort and we were greeted promptly and efficiently by a member of staff on the reception. Check in was very swift and friendly. Our lodge was lovely nice and roomy, very clean and comfortable, considering we were a group of 6 adults. Beds comfortable too. We had fabulous views over the lake and there was loads of swans with their sygnets and ducks too. Our stay was for 2 nights we ate in the restaurant and the food was excellent with a good choice for all, reasonable prices too. The pool and jacuzzi you could book for 1 hour and they had a time slot for adult only swims and times for the kids to go in with inflatables. We enjoyed the watersports and again it wasn't too pricey. Overall we had a wonderful stay and we will be back. Just loved everything from the lodge, facilities and a beautiful location.

We could not fault a thing.
