Beautiful room in a superb and lovely location. Restaurant and bar were great and all the staff brilliant and attentive throughout the duration of our stay. Scott, the manager, was great in getting us checked in and ensuring we were happy - which we were! We ate lunch in the restaurant on the day we arrived and the food really was great. Definitely worth booking a meal here during your stay. Would absolutely return and would absolutely recommend. Thanks to all for a brilliant and comfortable stay.

I wouldn't say there was anything we didn't like about the stay or The Farmhouse as a whole. Somewhere to leave luggage is something I always like, especially as we always arrive by train, and quite often want to venture out and explore without luggage whilst waiting to check in but wanting to make the most of the day etc. Here didn't have the option for this. Looking at the space, there certainly could be some some of self managed locker system perhaps?

Lovely, spacious, very clean & warm room, friendly and helpful staff. Super convenient location right in town with a big car pack at the back. Room well equipped. Attractive building and good food - loved the gluten free pizza option. Excellent wifi & spacious shower.

It was very noisy at night on the evenings I stayed from the pub courtyard and surroundings so I couldn't relax peacefully in in my room, the noise was above the TV. Also I could hear everything from the room next door, even the people talking.

Located in the middle of an attractive high street with parking to the rear. A busy pub and restaurant separate to the artfully designed bedrooms , some of which have a fairly steep stairs but others at ground level. Giving me a quiet night. Ideally situated to explore North Kent.

The Wi-Fi was adequate but not high speed. The controls to the high windows could have been better signed and clearer . The licensing hours could have been longer. But maybe the staff think not.

We stayed here for a wedding near by. The Farmhouse is a beautiful place. It has what looked like a beautiful indoor restaurant, seperate more informal bar area, then a gorgeous courtyard with a sheltered area and these amazing Adventure Shacks with wooden tables and benches and blankets and cushions, lighting and you can connect your music via Bluetooth. Drinks menu is vast and cocktails were fab! The rooms are fab, in keeping with the Farmhouse theme. They have coffee machines, WiFi, spacious, TV and comfy beds. The guy that recepted us was so welcoming.

The small quaint village is busy and the hotel doesn’t have its own customer parking however RingGo Parking is available behind the hotel. It’s free between 5:30pm and 8am and then if you need to it’s just £3.70 for 4 hours outside of these times so not a negative really but just something to consider.

Really love the boutique feel to the place. There's only 4 rooms so you feel very privileged to be there. We had a really nice meal at the restaurant and enjoyed a few drinks in the bar. Staff were friendly and polite! Location was great for us as we were attending a wedding at Bradbourne House nearby, so it was a short taxi ride.

There wasn't anything we didn't like, it's just that parking is a little bit of an issue if you are driving. Also there's no real reception area for the hotel side of things so we felt a little guilty asking for more coffee, milks etc before bed when the host was looking after people in the restaurant!

Lovely comfortable room with a super comfy bed. Loved the atmosphere of the bar and grounds. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again

No breakfast! Although you can get breakfast locally as the Farmhouse is on the main road. Rainfall shower! The shower was nice but I think disposable shower caps would have been helpful as a lady with long thick hair. I did improvise and made a turban from a carrier bag!

We travelled with 8 of us , so booked all 4 rooms. It was nice that we had the whole area to ourselves made it more private. Rooms decorated lovely and clean bathrooms. Handy to not have to carry keys around as all coded doors

Velux window in The Sty didn’t work which made the room quite hot. Wi-Fi not great.

the Pen room was clean and comfy, staff were very nice and helpful

No windows In the pen Room. nowhere to hang or put your cloths, not very accessible for a wheelchair or elderly person with a walker. very expensive for what you got, definitely not value for money. The dirty cups were not removed and teas and coffees not replenished each day, was advised by staff you had to ask for theses things when required. I’ve had better service at a premier inn

The bed was comfortable and the room compact, but well furnished and equipped with large smart tv. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and well equipped. The food in the pub/ restaurant was first class with a fresh menu each evening.

As per previous reviews, there is little sound-proofing and there is noise intrusion from other rooms and particularly from the pub garden and outside dining. Silent from 11pm. Did not bother me but would upset those seeking peace and tranquility.

It wasn’t that we didn’t like.. but it was slightly weird having a room on the ground floor facing the court yard whilst people was the other side of the door drinking, we was there for the purpose of the pub and surrounding a restaurants so it wasn’t a issue, the pub closed at 11 and there was no noise after that!
