Staff was very friendly Parking was a bonus

Breakfast was bad Not even fresh coffee but sachets like in the rooms. OK for the room but not for breakfast.

The location was perfect and the free parking with manned security was fab, also there is free parking on the roads outside as it’s like an industrial estate. Clean room, lots of free toiletries and plenty of coffee and tea, plus a fridge and hairdryer. Although it’s on a builders industrial estate, there’s a few retail parks about with Costa, KFC, Nando’s etc, and a Morrisons a 10 min walk away. But as I was in for the night, I had no problem ordering food to the hotel. It was a pleasant stay, lovely staff - I left before the complimentary breakfast but I’m sure that would’ve been sufficient anyway :)

There was a wedding going on which meant around midnight there was a lot of noise running up and down the corridor outside my room, but I suppose that couldn’t be helped.

Shower was lovely and powerful. I liked the little touches like provision of cotton buds in a vanity box Breakfast was hot and had a selection of yoghurt’s although would be nice if there was gluten free options. Staff were nice and polite.

It was my birthday and I requested a nice room but I didn’t really like the room. Room was squashed and at 5ft tall, I still kept hitting my toe at edge of bed as it was too close to table. My boyfriend had to move the chair so we could manoeuvre around the room. Cracked tiles on floor in bathroom too so wasn’t impressed.

Room was very clean and nice, the bathroom was lovely also. The bathroom didn't lock but I was alone so it was fine. The AC was fabulous In the room also perfect for sleeping and just the day time whilst its hot outside.

The only thing that I feel that could have been improved as the plug sockets some of them weren't firmly in place so it felt quite dangerous. The Tvs are super small but I guess it doesn't really matter, who sits in room and watches TV these days when most people are equipped with laptops and smart devices.

The bedroom and shower-room were clean. The bed was quite comfortable. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The TV was in a good position and worked well. The room was quiet, except on Friday night. The heating system worked well and the thermostat was easy to adjust. Parking was very convenient, in the road at the front of the hotel.

The hangers were out of my reach, so it was very difficult for me to hang up my clothes. In the bathroom, there was no suitable place for me to hang the towels after use, or to put my toothbrush. I felt that the rooms were designed for tall men and not small women. I would have preferred to have had breakfast in a dining-room than from a box that I had to collect from Reception.

We were only staying for one night but the staff were friendly and the room was very comfortable. Unfortunately we had to leave very early so couldn't take advantage of the free breakfast on offer, I definitely would next time.

There was a party going on till quite late in the banquetting section (which we were right next to) but I guess it's to be expected it is London after all, I imagine if we had complained the staff would have found us another room. overall I enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend the hotel.

We paid £67 only for a Friday night stay for a double bedroom with breakfast, the room was clean, the shower was great, mineral waters were provided in the room, as well plenty of toiletries. The breakfast were very generous, they even served halal sausages. The parking was easy, you can park on the street or there was a gated parking provided by the hotel as well. All the staffs were friendly, from the check in, breakfast and checkout, everything went smoothly. We definitely would return again if we are back in Croydon.

There was a false smoke alarm last night at 10pm when were were asleep, it happened twice. maybe someone had cigarettes in their room. But It’s nothing to do with the hotel’s fault, so I wont blame them at all

It was a great price for Greater London: we walk a lot and were happy to walk to East Croydon & Purley to get trains during our stay. Every member of staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty although served in a big function room which was odd at first sight but not a problem. We arrived on a hot day and there was a problem with the air conditioning in the room but they sorted it out, very cheerfully, in a few minutes.

There is no bar, to our surprise, and the surrounding area is a bit drab. The staff, however, helped us find a bar nearby and we found found several- including one at the Hilton - less than 10 mins walk away. Taxis at night from East Croydon were a bit expensive but Uber was more reasonable.

Reception staff were very polite and friendly, my compliments to them they are fantastic :) Breakfast box prepared for eating in room or takeaway, includes toast, little (turkey I think ) sausages, hash brown, egg, mini croissant and pain au chocolate, banana and yoghurt, butter and jam. Tea, coffee and juice was available. It was delicious! Room very clean and cozy, rain shower with razor, soap, shampoo and body wash and a clean soft towel. You could control the heating as well which is very convenient. Really beautiful decor throughout, I bet the weddings here are amazing!

I enjoyed my stay and will certainly return. Many thanks to the staffs (Zamin, Matilda, Mary and Shania) they were professional, polite and always eager to help. The room service were all nice and professional too. All the staffs made my stay worth it, everything was perfect for me.

The toilet water system sometimes takes time to fill up, I had to fill it up manually when urgently needed. However it wasn't that bad and will fill up on it's own after some time. The bathroom was clean and spacious.
