stayed for couple of days good facility’s upstairs and down stairs. kitchen area with everything you would need. clean tidy warm cosy. concierge 24/7 super customer focus, super helpful. on leaving day I had issues with a change in my travel plans. so had to do a lot emails & phone calls taking 3 extra hours. the staff insisted I use their facilities while I did this supplying tea coffee and even offered their personal soups while I was working on my changes in plans… nothing was too much… 100% genuinely happy to help… Amazing. Thank you all for making me feel just like a family member….

I liked that all the necessary shops were close , a good friendly pub & a tube station . They need to change the website though stating breakfast is included because its not. All the staff were very helpful & a big hello to Mario there from 🇨🇦🇨🇦 one of the best hardworking fellows ever ! I wish I could find out the history of the place as it looks quite old n charming

Maybe a bigger fridge - some people buy & take up much space 😃

Walid was very welcoming I appreciate the fact that I got to see the room and decided if it was good enough for me shiam was there at check out she didn't hassle me about my check out time or tried to get me to leave they were always pleasant checks in with the guests to make sure privacy and comfort was met I enjoyed my short stay and I will definitely be coming back here whenever am in the area ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

Great location close to the center. Many stores around, very friendly staff, recommended!!

It was a bit noisy after 10 pm, woke us up once in a while, nothing it cannot be fixed. But for the rest it was quite pleasant staying for 4 nights.

The room has enough space for three people and a shower cabine, the beddings were clean and we had additional towels after demand. We could use the fridge in the kitchen and had coffee and tee at will.

With the window open it was a little noisy during the night. When we closed the window it was hot with the hot weather we had at our visit.

The room was cosy and comfortable. Even though the place was very busy, there was no waiting for the shared bathroom which was well kept and presentable. The staff were more than welcoming and the personification of friendliness.

Loved how nice the place was and the staff was very nice and helpful was only staying 2 days but they helped me out when a need rooms for a week and the place is very nice and have a big kitchen so you can cook your own meals would defo be back there

Nothing a loved everything

I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting London for a couple of nights. Located on a quiet and calm street outside of the city centre but within walking distance to train and bus stations with great connections back to the City, it allows you to enjoy London's busy streets during the day and get quality rest at night. The host is absolutely incredible, going above and beyond to accommodate to your needs, ensuring everyone's comfort and safety comes first and doing everything in his power to make your stay as delightful as possible. The bedding in the bedroom and bathroom facilities could be kept to a higher standard as far as cleanliness goes.

Friendly quiet hotel and very central. They accomodated a single person well and he was able to rekax yet also look round this area of england safely and quickly
