The apartment met most, but not all of my needs for a long-term self-catering stay.

The curtains were not black-out and let in light quite early. There were no bedside reading lights. The apartment is right by the front door and on occasion I was woken from my sleep by the front door being slammed quite hard by other residents leaving the building. The occupants of this building should be asked to have consideration and respect for others who do not appreciate, and should not be expected to tolerate anti-social behaviour.

The staff was very friendly, professional and helpful. Everything was extremely clean and organized. Very good breakfast for the price. Location was good. Only a 15 min walk to the train station and there are buses even closer. By the way, never rent a car if you go to London unless you want to be out of London itself. Car rentals have an expensive insurance you have to pay and you need to pay $15 per day if driving in central London and not even mentioning parking.

I actually liked everything, except we were not given towels for shower, only for the floor.

Nice clean room which has recently been refurbished. Good cooking facilities, was able to make a number of meals in the little kitchenette. Daily removal of rubbish if wanted. Easy walk to the train station. Nice communal additional kitchen/dining/lounge area if you wanted to use it where all day breakfast of pasteries, cereal, fruit, yoghurt, juice is served. Little store available on-site same prices as supermarket. Lovely attentive staff. Dealt with a noise issue we had really quickly and professionally, brought me a bigger pot to my room so I could make soup :) Nothing was too much to ask for. Coop 5 mins walk, I think there was a mall on the other side of the station but we didn’t need to go there.

Not a lot of restaurants nearby, did like going to Boxpark which is next to the station though. It had a great vibe with lots of good quality street food eating options. The room did get quite warm but a good fan is supplied.

This was the best by far for me, I travelled down from the West Midlands, not knowing what to expect, but I can truly say I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms were spacious and well equipped. A small cooking area with up to date gagets iron ironboard, hair dryer, a perfect compact bathroom. TV Wfi a very comfortable bed. Loved the idea of it having a gym area with the right amount of modern equipment. Laundry area a well spacious very clean kitchen are which provides all day breakfast, it even has a convenient ship on its grounds. What more could you ask for. Never had any issues regarding parking, shops were very close by within walking distance. Nice quiet road. Definitely would recommend staying here to anyone and will definitely be staying here again if ever I'm in that kneck of the woods. Perfect

Excellent reception and ease of checking in. Loved that the room allows you to cook etc for yourself and the two small bottles of water were a welcome addition. The continental breakfast offering was adequate and good enough to set me up for the day

The TV in my particular room was round a corner and on a fixed wall bracket so couldn't watch if from bed, forcing having to sit on a dining table chair. Didn't like the regular smell of weed and noise that came from people hanging around on the road outside the property in late evening.

The property offers free onsite parking. The rooms are a decent size & comfortable. Noise from surrounding rooms / hallways can carry through the building. This was not an issue for myself but was for the person I was staying with. The breakfast is basic & is in an open plan kitchen / dining area. I used this area to work from after my 11am checkout which was a bonus. The property had decent wifi throughout. Good value for money.

Only thing which was a slight factor for my guest was sound carrying through the building. He would prefer a hotel. For myself, this was more than suitable for an overnight stay.

Access to town centre, parking, facilities, friendly staff. Spacious room. Quiet. Wide variety of goods to purchase on site. All day breakfast available. From Croydon originally so very surprised to find such lovely accommodation in that area. No-hassle check in and check out system. Will definitely visit again!

Cleanliness could have been better. Toilet lid was dirty, rug was not cleaned. Need one or two more pans and a frying pan in the room. Water went cold during shower, upon investigation realised the boiler/tank had been turned off. Our room was an upgrade so maybe staff forgot to turn on or check for cleanliness before.

Really cute rooms, equipped with everything you need. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate me and even allowed me to pick my room. They have a shop downstairs and there is usually always someone on hand to help with whatever you need. Parking is available. It’s walking distance to east Croydon and lots of bus stops. There’s breakfast food available in the kitchen common area for the most part of the day which was handy if you fancied a snack.

You could hear absolutely everything, very thin walls.

While planning to travel to London , accommodation was one of my difficult task . After a lot of browsing finally stumbled on Westciti Apart Hotel as it matched my budget and location criteria. Greeting I received from the staff was great,felt home . Mr Ali also helped me move my heavy luggage to the room in 2 nd floor which was such a sweet gesture. This place was perfect for my Son and myself , it was comfortable, wi-if was great and most importantly felt safe . Room was neat ,breakfast was available till 9 PM and laundry facilities were also provided . On the whole my stay here has been peaceful and stress free. Thank you to all who helped us here !

The hotel was easy to find and not far from the bus stop. The outside looked well kept and provided free parking. Although we inquired regarding disabled parking (there is none... but ample spots to park), the friendly staff had anticipated our needs from our prearrival question and provided us with a ground floor room. 10/10 for that gem! The room and hotel had that lovely, freshly cleaned smell. The twin beds were dressed simply to match the grey and white colour scheme. The room had a kitchen area with every detail thought of for 2 peoples use. Washing up liquid and paper towels were provided. I didn't see coasters but used the placemats instead, a small detail but we didn't want to leave coffee cup marks on the furniture. The styling of the room made you want to give it that type of care. The mattresses were very comfortable. My father and I rested well throughout our stay. My father complimented the facilities daily. An iron, hair dryer and fan were also provided although not used. There were clear instructions of how to use the stove top and to our surprise the room was topped up with tea, coffee and milk daily. Our bin was also emptied each day like magic. The room had a shower that was easy to control to get the right temperature and set for that perfect stream of shower water. The dispensing soap was handy in the shower and didn't dry out the skin. Spare toilet rolls were also provided eliminating that embarrassing ask at the reception for more rolls! Appreciated :) The hotel has a great breakfast and lounge area. The range of breakfast choices available helped greatly when we needed a little snack after returning from a long day in the hospital. Staff reminded us that they were there to help and that there was a gym and laundry! A great home from home experience with the added bonus of staff 😀 It was such a relief to see my father so relaxed and at home at the hotel.

That I had to leave that cosy bed!
