The bed was so comfy

It was very cold, luckily there's extra blankets in the room but I still felt the cold. I had a room at the front of the building and a lot of noise came in from outside - you could hear absolutely everything

Overall VERY happy stay and it did everything we required. Floorboards are a bit creaky especially when someone gets up in the middle of the night for a pee! But no complaints at all. Just one little note, online it says breakfast till 10am on Saturdays and Sundays but it is 9:30am. Luckily we made it just in time BUT there is a sign in the lobby saying 9:30. When waking up we checked online and thought we had extra but yet again no complaints, we would come again!

Room was large, as was ensuite secure plenty of tea and coffee bed was comfy free car parking close to town centre

curtains only just covered windows and weren't very dark bedclothes were clean but very heavy on the conditioner smell, quite overwhelming breakfast didn't start until 8, and we had to leave shortly after. only saw one member of staff and he gave us necessary information, but wasn't particularly friendly or welcoming. Visitor book was very effusive, so presumably other members of staff were a little more welcoming

Hotel was clean and comfortable. All facilities expected nowadays were there including USB charging sockets and Netflix on the TV. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice little garden in which we were able to spend time relaxing in the rare UK October sunshine. No British style cooked breakfast but boiled eggs and toast were available . Plenty of cereals, croissants, yoghurts, jams, fruit, juices etc.

Space in the rooms was adequate but limited - no where really to put cases apart from in the wardrobe.

The Hotel was very nice and staff were extremely friendly. The room we stayed in was clean, bed was comfortable there was a selection of tea/coffee and biscuits in the room which was nice. Plus, you could book breakfast - which was continental but very filling with an array of choices.

My only disappointment was the parking. If we hadn't arrived early we wouldn't have been able to park at the property. The spaces were limited so it would have been good to know this ahead of time. As one of the reasons for booking there was the fact that parking was available. Having said that we were fine in terms of parking and were able to leave our car until we left.

Fantastic location, 2 min on feet to the railway station, quick journey to London. Couple of lovely streets nearby with bars, restaurants and shops. Very clean, good continental breakfast, helpful and welcoming staff. Free parking on site, good WiFi, spacious rooms and comfy bed :) We made a last-minute reservation and were very happy with our choice

The rooms were close and on the top floor, no lift. It was great to be able to open the window. The hotel offered en-suite bathrooms and also offered continental breakfast which was excellent. There was onsite parking and it was very close to the rail and tram services as well as bus links and the high street where there was good shopping and restaurant options.

Nothing, it met our needs.

The area is quiet, calm and very safe and the hotel is just around the corner from the train station. The woman who works at the hotel is very friendly and nice, and there is a cute garden in the back to sit in for a bit. There is breakfast included in the stay, it’s not much variety but it’s nice to have as an option.

It’s more of a bed and breakfast type of feel, which isn’t my thing but it’s nice if you’re into that. It is quite far from the airports and often time the train is quicker than a cab because of the location. Most importantly, there is no elevator so you must be able to take the stairs.

Great little family run hotel. Friendly staff, very welcoming. Beautiful building and gardens to the rear. Great location a few mins walk to Beckenham Junction station and the high street where there are lots of lovely cafes and restaurants. As a female travelling alone, I always feel safe and comfortable here.

The shower tray filled with water when using and took quite a while to drain away before another person could use it. Next doors toilet continued to run after flushing, very noisy and for a quite a long time and could be heard through the wall - worse during the night.
