This was a lovely stay. We booked last minute from the road. We were welcomed with a friendly face and our room was upgraded so we were more comfortable. the room has been tastefully updated and felt like luxury! Parking was easy, restaurant on site, lovely staff and a beautiful room. thank you for having us Castlecary House Hotel

Good facilities in a great location for our needs! Big bedroom with a double and single bed. Has potential for 2 x doubles or a king and a single bed.

Food in the Cary Bar was excellent as was breakfast. Would definitely stay here again. Great value for money.

It was our first night in Scotland and we were very tired from the seven hour plane trip. The staff at Castlecary House Hotel were very friendly and checking in was very easy. Our room was beautiful and the bed very comfortable. Everyone at the Castlecary House Hotel were so very friendly and nice to us. The Castlecary House Hotel has its own bar and grill and we had dinner there. We had fish and chips and it was delicious. The following morning we had our breakfast and it began with sweet rolls, breads, juice, and cereal and then a delicious English Breakfast prepared and brought to our table! It was just too much; more than we could have ever expected! What a wonderful bed & Breakfast in Cumbernauld, Scotland!

Nothing! There is nothing to not like at Castlecary House Hotel.

The staff were very nice and welcoming, the room was nice and very good value. We had dinner in the restaurant which for me was a delicious steak pie. The menu was good and staff were polite.

Just some little things - there is a glass panelled door in the room that is no longer used and leads outside, the glass has been patterned and there is a net curtain but I think there should be a blind on there too. Also, the bathroom blind was rolled up to the top and is the same colour as the walls, I didn't realise there was a blind until the next day. I would stay again though

I loved the restaurant the chef was amazing; eggs at breakfast were perfect ...breakfast arrived exactly as I had requested because I am on Slimming World food regime. The meals in the evening were lovely and really good value for money. I appreciated not having to find a separate place to eat after long days at work.

My room was lovely and very spacious however the shower screen was inadequate and the floor flooded the first time I showered. The only way to use it was with the shower head at shoulder height which was difficult to wash my hair! The coffee at breakfast was terrible and I would have rather had one out of your coffee maker rather than the jug coffee that was provided.

Nice and clean, large room for 2 people. Staff were very attentive. Good breakfast. Will be back !
