We stayed in the unit with 1 bedroom and 2 toilets near the Retail Park. We’ve been traveling for 5 months FT and this is one of the best appointed and comfortable flats we’ve lodged. The bedding, towels, appliances etc were high quality and everything was supplied including disinfectant wipes, tissues, first aid kit etc. When I was searching for places in Glasgow, Edinburgh and Falkirk this was the least expensive for what was offered. The location was really good as well. I wasn’t thrilled about staying in Falkirk but fell in love with it. It was really easy to get to Glasgow, Edinburgh, Stirling, etc. (Side note: when using ScotRail with a group of three or more get your tickets on the train because it’s lower cost than using the app ahead of time.). The unit we stayed in was 5 minute walk to a large retail park with a cinema. 10-15 minute walk to the Grahamston train station, 35 minute walk to the Kelpies and canals, 20 minutes to Callendar Manor/Park. Communication with management was a little slow before the stay but very responsive while there. We were there during Christmas and they even had a tree set up!

Make sure you know the location of the unit you are assigned. There are multiple units in Falkirk.

Comfy bed. Well equipped kitchen. Outside space with garden furniture, off road parking, good size TV. Overall had a light and airy feel to it.

Reed diffuser was too strong, we had to put it outside. No instructions for the hob or the bathroom tap. We worked them out eventually but were close to calling the owner for help. The bed was a bit too long for the room, making walking round it difficult. The photo of the property on the websites were misleading, there seemed to be 3 different options

Beautiful apartment in a nice and quite neighborghood. Just 15 minutes walk from a bog shopping park with everything to buy and eat. Private garage and a beautiful private garden

At the instructions that owner sent us there was a wrong 4-digit code for the key box and we also couldn't reach the owner at whatsapp (message and calls). Finally we met the owner after about 40 minutes and we got in.

Very compact.Beautiful clean, tastefully decorated,small private garden. Extremely comfortable bed.Very conveniently placed for Kelpies and the wheel.

Self catering so I expected a mains oven. Couldn’t use some of theM&S meals I stocked up on. Television difficult to use.

The accommodation is a large cabin in the garden of No 9 and was very comfortable and well equipped including Netflix on the large TV and a good supply of kitchen equipment. It was close to the town centre (top tip turn left when you reach the end of the road the property is in and walk up to the top of that road and turn right for a much pleasanter walk passing some beautiful houses). There is a private parking space behind slightly fiddly gates (if you look on Google street view these aren't shown - the gates replace a hedge that is in the street view). The response from the property managers to my queries during the stay were very prompt and helpful. I would have scored 8.5 if this had been an option!

Minor niggles - there are single steps into the bedroom and shower room which could do with a bit of contrast so you don't fall off / over them as often as we did - the glass coffee table looks nice but is vicious to shins! One morning our car was blocked in but the neighbour's visitor saw me looking exasperated and came out to move their car immediately!

The area was great had everything easy access to visiting places the good thing we was visiting friends who live in Falkirk so that made it easy for us with not been there before we will be back

Nothing at all how can you not like the carmel apartments they are fantastic

Such a beautifully quaint studio, everything that my dad and I needed for our time in Scotland was available. We had such a comfortable stay, especially coming back after long days of exploring and sightseeing, it was the perfect place to wind down and relax at the end of the day. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Was very well equipped and the bed was very comfortable.

Minor comment - I thought a little over furnished - large pieces. eg side tables - for a small area. Also the large statue could have been in a less prominent place - was in your face as soon as you came through the gate almost gave me a fright.

The property was very clean and in an ideal location. Shops are only a walk away and some nice walks through Callander park and House area is just down the road. Managed to get good weather for our weekend so the chairs and table outside came in good use.

We were slightly confused at our first arrival as most of the images for this ad are for the main building that is at the front when you arrive however we were around the back in 2 rooms. As we are a young couple we had more than enough room for the 2 of us and everything was fine we were just confused when we first arrived as we felt the images are not really what you are getting.

It's difficult to find the words, we were called on the way to hear that the place we were supposed to be staying at no longer had heating. These things happen, and I was called and told I was upgraded to one of their best apartments. Myself and my partner walked in and could not believe our luck, the apartment was beautiful, had lovely gardens, wonderfully decorated and had excellent facilities. I don't think I've ever stayed anywhere that has chocolate on the bed, so that was always welcome. Paid for Netflix, washer / dryer was an added bonus and we didn't want to leave. The host was helpful and everything was well explained. We will definitely be coming back and we miss it so much already. A huge thank you from us.

Some instructions for the washer / dryer would've been really useful (we had to guess / google a bit!) But honestly apart from that, there was nothing else. It was just a lovely time.
