Fabulously helpful staff! Many thanks to Charlene,George Maria, the chef and particularly JJ and Ellie (who all -so patiently and thoroughly helped with my rather odd dietary /drink needs and have obviously been well trained about allergies and ingredients so well done 👏 Greene King /Hungry Horse) who all made me feel very welcome. Very, very clean room. 👏👏 well done fab housekeeping team!! Tea/coffee /kettle as promised Comfy bed with extra pillows Good tv and lots lovely hot water in nice bathroom with good shower. Nice shower /hand gel and lovely thick towels. 10 out of 10 without costing the Earth!

Room (first night) was cold BUT George brought me a fan heater and closed a slightly open window I couldn’t reach -which solved that swiftly. 👍

Easily assessable to our family in Houghton Regis. There are a few changes in the Dunstable Town Centre 20mph zone. Comfortable and clean, breakfast included everything we needed. Restaurant on site, so we had everything covered all in one place, perfect.

A little tight with tea and coffee facility in room, packet of tea, coffee, sugar, milk per person, were available. No reception staff. Staff are from the restaurant. Also, the soap dispenser for the shower was empty, just enough for one person. I used my own travel size. Sign of the times with eco. I prefer travel size bottles to choose whether you use or take with you, to use on travels.

Everything evening meal was lovely fresh hot when served to us , highwayman very accommodating as I have osteoarthritis and can't do stairs they have always managed to give us a ground floor room. We have been coming to highwayman since before covid and hope to able to come even more times health permitting

There was only 1 thing that was annoying and that had nothing to do with any of the staff there, people who go into their rooms just let the door go ,it's slow at first then 4inches from closing it bangs shut, if only people would lightly hold it it would bang andwake others up ,

The location was perfect for a "snooker club" visit. Lovely room although cold as the heating is broken. We were provided with a fan so that was really great service. The water was hot and the shower was a good pleasure. Nice clean kettle and really lovely comfortable bed. The breakfast in the attached Greene King pub is such good value and is delicious too.

The heating being broken and getting to the room ro find they left the windows open. It was freezing. But wecwere provided with a heater within 5 mins of asking.

breakfast is expensive for what you get , the room was a little to small but warm and comfortable the bed and pillows were very good , the bathroom was very small but not a major problem shower was good and had good pressure not keen on the dispenser for shampoo & body wash , have stayed here many times and always had good WIFI but this time the WIFI was not connectable not sure why ? all thing accountable the room etc etc it was a little over priced especially when Breakfast was not included in the price

the location is good the bed is comfortable and the room is clean , and the fact you still have to go into the pub lounge to ask the bar tender that you don't want a drink you just want to book into the Hotel and can some one come over to the Hotel reception to book you in

Radiator in bedroom not working so very cold although the bed kept us warm.We checked in the afternoon but had to attend a family funeral and did not get back to late in the evening I am not sure the out of hours number would have helped.We had the thermostat on high but still not working next morning even though other radiators in hotel were working.Could not find heating wall controls in room.

I like the way the rooms have been refurbished. The room we stayed in was very nice size .bathroom was bigger than the other room we stayed in on our last stay. Room was on the top floor, so a lot quieter, very clean, and the bed linen was very clean and crisp 👌 comfortable room

Not to keen on when arriving. You have to go to the pub to ask a barman you want to check in .there is a sign saying to ring the bell for assistance. But the bell has been removed 😕

the staff were great from the time I booked in till the time I left. The room was of a great size for me and my onsuite was a god send. I parked my care in a dedicated disable zone just outside the door which was very convenient. To finish off my stay the breakfast was wonderful and I will be looking to stop with you again when the time comes.

The only problem I had was the shower cubicle, a bit on the small side for someone of my size, but as it was for just the 1 night I put up with it.

Staff were very busy but able to answer all questions. We needed assistance to deal with a medical emergency , staff arranged transport to hospital and followed up to ensure we were ok.

Bedding was overly warm with no ability to adjust as there was no separate sheet provided. Also the bathtub was very slippery and it was noted that a tub mat could be requested. I feel that in the interest of safety a non-skid mat should be mandatory.

The rooms are beautifully decorated and spotless clean plus the staff are so friendly and helpful. The food is fantastic and every day has a different deal e.g Friday was buy one burger meal get one free and drink was very reasonable buy one bottle of larger,cider etc get another for 1 pound. They have plenty if seating areas and a lovely area for outside with plenty of parking spaces if your driving so all in all a great stay and would highly recommend 😀
