Staff are amazing they are always friendly, accommodating and pleasant. The Hotel was full to the brim however you would not have known this!

Beds normally good size my husband who is is 6ft 4 who every it seemed like a small double this time! Very disappointment you got rid of your vending machines bar prices was well over priced a small bottles of Prosecco 20 cl £10 plus we expected it to be more pricey but this was not Champagne. Beer was flat (but replaced). Small bag of walkers crisp and a twix £3.60 very greedy prices. Breakfast not as good as previous years !! We have been to your hotel 7 times now since the first week you opened we have family in the area but prefer to stay with you!

Room was clean and of a good standard. Quiet hotel. Good location for the event we were attending. Breakfast was lovely - help yourself buffet that had everything you wanted. The public areas were very clean and tidy also.

The rooms were very expensive - I believe they were over priced. We paid over £270 for our room but our friend paid over £360 for his. When we got back to the hotel around 11.30pm, we were told the bar was not open (it closes at 11pm) even for residents. Our key cards didn't work first time so they had to be re-done. We were then told they had given us the wrong room number.

. We were located on the 2nd floor which was great. First impressions really good. Bright & welcoming.The lifts were clean as was everything else. Bedrooms etc. Beds very comfortable! Staff were very helpful & pleasant. . Breakfast also very good, everything you would want really. We were there two nights, the holiday Inn express was a stop over for us while we visited family & suited our needs to a tee. I would definitely stay again.

a complimentary bottle of water in the bedroom would be good .

Excellent breakfast, surprised and happy that it had a bar and 24 hr food. Front desk personnel, wonderful, cheerful and helpful. Did note for a newish hotel some decor looking a little worn. Paint in shower on the ceiling peeling in corners. Using a flat paint will not hold up in moisture areas. The flat roof trim above the front doors could do with a power wash. These are nitt picking observations. Will stay again when visiting family thanks

A good selection of food to get you going for the day, sausages little dry (still nice) but depends what time go for breakfast. Area was kept clean and tidy. It's good you can go for more if hungry. Staff nice and friendly happy to help always a smile from them, room was clean, shower good I had a good 3 night stay and would stay again.

Bed was a bit hard for me and my wife other than that good.

Our room was exceptionally clean and spacious, as was all of the hotel.

The food in the restaurant in the evening was the worst meal I’ve ever had. The staff did explain the menu was minimal due to supply issues. No burgers, no fish, no sausage and mash or lasagne. I opted for cottage pie which when presented looked like a dollop of adult Cow and Gate mush. I think when they saw me originally salivating over the menu as I was hungry she must have thought I was incapable of feeding myself but mushed my food up for my wife to spoon feed me. I say in jest as at least the staff were pleasant. I’d never been so pleased to have a bag of Wotsits that my wife had packed. The breakfast next day however was lovely.

Really nice room but the kitchen staff and desk staff were very friendly. Greeted us hello and goodbye when ever we were met by them and the kitchen staff were soo friendly and patient dispute people coming to them and tell them that there was food running out at the buffet for breakfast. The staff were fully aware but there was nothing more they could do. But they remained calm and patient and were really professional throughout.

Mainly the staff were incredible, very attentive, accommodating and going above and beyond in every way possible. The room and bathroom was big and spacious and comfortable. The dining area was clean and everything seemed convenient.

My only issue with the room was there was a lot of fabric (a fabric sofa, carpet and part of the wall) which always worry my regarding their cleanliness.

Absolutely lovely hotel staff very nice and helpful big shoutout to the lady who works in the restaurant I believe her name is Kim so nice and helpful couldn’t do enough for you our room was lovely as well nice big bathroom with walk-in shower. Breakfast was really nice as well. A massive thank you for accommodating our early checkin as we had a funeral to attend.

Absolutely no issues it was all good.

Room was comfortable,spacious and clean. Breakfast was nice and hot and as I was the first one there everything looked fine.

Unfortunately as I was the only one there in the breakfast area on the 23rd. The two waitresses had nothing to do and one of then chatted non stop to the other waitress. So by the end of my breakfast I knew her Christmas plans, what her husband did for a living etc. I didn't want to mention anything as it was Christmas after all and the season of goodwill to all :)
