The biggest advantage of this apartment is the LOCATION and the EQUIPMENT. It is located in the near of everything important, if you come to see Edinburgh. Apartment Complex has no reception and you will receive the access codes on the day of your arrival. We got ours around 11:00 AM and check-in time was at 3:00 PM. Check-in process was clear and easy. We've met a manager lady, she was lovely and reminded us, that in case of need, we can just contact her. Fully furnished apartment, everything what we needed was there.

The only minus is the noise as it was already mentioned across the other reviews. But it is something you have to expect if you are in the city center. Everything is close to you, but you are close to everything and if the tourists in nearby pubs are noisy, you will hear them. But ear-plugs were provided and IT HELPS A LOT. Overall, it was a minor disadvantage and we would gladly come back again.

the location is amazing and very very very near to the royal mile with very reasonable price. the managers (both of them) are very nice and helpful, they allowed us to check in early and check out late with no difficulty. the space is nice and enough for 4 adults easy. the bathroom is so clean and the beds are so comfortable the kitchen is very useful just be aware that there is no lift to use but i think this is the nature of Edinburgh building and the building has an access controlled door we were able to keep our baby stroller on the ground floor as other families did and nobody did anything to them. restaurants, markets and shops are very near as well.

The staff are very accommodating and quick to respond. I didn't get the lady's name when we checked in but I'd like to thank you very much for your quick response and kindness. I'd also like to thank Alex for being accommodating when I couldn't put the keys in the box. Thank you! My parents had a lovely time

No washing machine. Everything was great! I just have to put something in here. I normally bring very little clothes so a washing machine would have been nice but the rest was great.

Fantastic location. Short walk to the major tourist sites, grocery stores and restaurants. Street parking either around the corner or at the parking station across the road. The kitchen is well equipped with the essential items.

The sofa bed was a little uncomfortable. Would have been nice to have some storage space in the bathroom particularly around the sink or even hooks behind the doors.

Very spacious and comfortable rooms. Well equipped living area for our 2 night stay. Very quick to answer queries and requests via text. The whole building was very secure, from outer door codes to using the room key to access the other internal door leading to the apartments. The location was absolutely fantastic, a quick and easy walk from Edinburgh Waverly train station.

Would not be accessible to anyone who had difficulties with stairs as there was no lift. The living room window let in a bit of a draught as they are older windows.

it was modern and clean. The host was very accommodating and replied to my questions promptly. it was situated in a good location just off the Royal Mile.

it was quite noisy at night as we were in a suite opposite a number of bars which were playing music until 4am. We were supplied with ear plugs and luckily I am a good sleeper. I slept on the bed settee one night and it was very uncomfortable. The rest of the suite was of a good standard so I think the settees need to be upgraded.

Great central location. Spacious rooms and a really nice size bathroom. You will be hard pressed to find lodging this size at this location. Full kitchenette was a huge bonus to fix up breakfasts and late night snacks. Even though it is no-contact, staff was super responsive. The restaurant on the ground floor belong to the same establishment so, in a cinch, you can pop in there to ask for help.

They are upfront about two things: stairs and noise. It was no surprise. I didn't mind either but my friend did. We booked knowing these were common complaints and accept that we made the decision. If you are a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, location may be an issue. More so during the Fringe with all the events taking place all right around the building.

The location is very convenient as it it very near to the major attractions in old Edinburgh, halal restaurants, convenient and grocery stores. It is also a few minutes walk away from the train station. The room was well equipped with a small kitchenette and dining table, sofa and TV though we hardly use this TV.

The room space was a tad too small and no lift access. Our room was the 3rd floor from the ground. Luckily we didn't have too many things nor big suitcases. Our room was a corner room and very near a pub. The music only died down after 5 or 6am. So much for a quiet night. Buy it only happened for 1 or 2 occasions throughout our weekstay.

Everything was amazing starting from the owner and the manger how they were helped , can't forget the house keeping she was so helpful and met all our needs . The location is super fantastic everything around and in the heart of the city centre . I will definitely be back there .

Small things like toasters were not provided but that was not a problem, TV was not working properly. Again this small thing can't ruin the whole experience .

the bed was very hard and uncomfortable and sheets rough and scratchy. The mirror light didn’t work, and difficult getting ready in mornings without any counter space-just a sink. no place to plug-in the hairdryer in bathroom had to dry hair in hallway. No A/C-but there was fan and we opened windows-nice breeze, but noisy partiers could be heard most of night. No elevator-49 steps to our apt.-it was challenging with luggage-
