Spacious- 3 generous bedrooms, master with ensuite. Quiet building with lift. Great value for money. Host met us at the unit and was very friendly and welcoming. Enough crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils supplied in the kitchen. Cleaning supplies also supplied. Beds and lounge were comfortable. Strong fast wifi. Effective heating. Washer/dryer that works well. Close to bus stop for number 11 bus, which takes you to Princes Street. Would definitely stay again.

Spaces on the tired side, loose tiles in ensuite, no exhaust fans in bathrooms.

Very spacious apartment with full facilities. Beds are comfortable and general cleanliness is good. Location is good, quiet surrounding and not far from city center, just 15- 20 minutes bus ride. The host is friendly and responsive, no problem in communication, got our car park access and apartment keys the moment we arrives without waiting.

The dining seats leather surface is cracking up, these will scratch the back of your tight if you are wearing a short and sit on that. Owner pls get them replaced. Water heater is the boiler type, my daughter ran out from the bathroom half way with shampoo on the hair due ran out of hot water, the cold side is freezing cold due to the winter season, we have to wait 1 hr before the rest of us can take shower.

Th location, On the waterfront, was tremendous. On the 6th floor, we had city and harbor views out of all windows. The parking was FREE, for our 4 nights, also, the Edinburgh bus service was just outside the complex. The cleanest city busses, I've ever ridden on. It was much easier than driving to the city attractions. The hosts were helpful and responded quickly to our situations.

Like most buildings in the UK, no building amenities, like pool/Spa or exercise facility. Other than that. no issues.

Second time we’ve stayed at the apartment and it was great. Kitchen well kitted out and spotless rooms throughout. Spacious rooms and secure parking for 2 cars with lift directly from the garage. Excellent communications with Richard and his wife who met us at the apartment. 10 min walk to the tram. Loads of great pubs and restaurants around about and an asda.

Nothing… will definitely be back.

Good location, just outside the centre but there is a bus stop 2minutes away with frequent buses which takes only 15minutes to centre. Beautiful area and views. Spacious apartment. Very friendly staff. Ample parking spaces.

Flat needs major refurbishment, broken shower and floors. Not all heaters were working.

Great location just outside of the city but with good transport links into the city centre. Secure parking and building was secure. Felt safe throughout.

Not enough sofa space for 5 people, some beds comfortable others very hard. When we left we got stuck in the car park as the exit was closed and we had to leave the keys in the apartment which meant we no longer had the garage key fob to get out. Luckily we escaped as someone else let themselves in.

Slightly out of the way at Newhaven but it's only a mile to Leith so no real issue and bus stop was near to go to Leith or into Edinburgh. Asda was 800 yards away which was great as the flat is self catering. Flat is large with 3 bedrooms and one room has bunk beds so excellent for younger families or family reunions etc. Plenty of utensils and plates etc as well as dishwasher.

Could do with a little bit of TLC such as the loose floor tiles in en-suite, grouting where drill holes were and general bits of wear and tear that you would expect with a holiday let - nothing major.

Lovely location near the coast. We knew it was not city centre but didn’t mind as we had a car. Very spacious apartment and very secure with free parking included. Hosts were very friendly and communication was good. Bedrooms were all a good size and the apartment was clean and well equipped.

The apartment was lovely but could do with a bit of maintenance. Some of the room doors were sticking and wouldn’t shut properly and some of the bathroom tiles were cracked. The apartment was clean but there was mould in the washing machine and the silicone in the shower needs replacing.

A lovely top floor apartment with lots of space. Comfortable beds. Plenty of towels. Friendly personal check-in. Walkable to Edinburgh in about 50mins. 🙂

The property is a little tired in places but this didn't affect our stay. Minimal toiletries. Couldn't connect to wifi. A mirror with a wall socket close by would be good. More wine glasses needed!

Very good value for money for a spacious flat and free parking . Quiet at night .

There were only four/ five seats (sofa , footstool and a chair) for a family of seven adults although we could all sit around the table . The hot water tank takes time to heat up so baths/ showers needed to be staggered over a couple of hours for seven of us .
