There are plenty of parking spaces.Easy check-in. Good location. Nice basic room. However ... the key card lock malfunction after the first night, and as a result, we were upgraded to a garden view room. Bigger and better and no extra cost, as you would imagine. Can't complain. Winding little corridors, you could get lost. The gym is literally non-existent. Just a couple running machines and one pulley machine. Could do with a rack of free weights and a bench, barbell to. Breakfast served until 09.30 only. If it was up until 11, I might consider including it in my stay

Got a room upgrade; the upgraded room was huge - too huge in fact, but not complaining. The hotel is generally clean, parking isn't troublesome, bathroom was huge and spotless.

Limited in-room dining and dining in general. The bathroom was spotless but it seemed there was some back-seepage from the bathtub drain and thus an unpleasant smell. I didn't complain but instead put the rubber stopper in the bathroom drain which stopped the smell. The location is iffy if you are taking the train - a bit too far to walk from either the Bromley North or South train stations. If you're driving it should be fine.

The hotel was conveniently located with free onsite parking which was the main reason for booking this hotel. It’s nice to stay in an independent hotel rather than a chain. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was great value & lots to choose from. Nice to have some green outside space.

Inside the hotel is a bit of a maze, with lots of split levels & steps, this could be an issue if you have mobility problems. There seemed to be only one lift which the staff use with their laundry trolleys, so when you’re trying to leave with your bags to checkout you can find you need to wait a while for the lift to be available. The cocktails were not good, they would be better off not offering any but stick to wine & beer.

Staff helpful especially with our Saturday departure time/wish for breakfast. Parking easy. Food good.

Inadequate lighting in bathroom especially if using a razor/wet shave. Loo roll holder positioned to catch all drips from the wash basin. Central tap on wash basis makes it hard to wash with two hands to the face, Aircon controls need clearer and easy to read controls to operate easily. Shame about start time for weekend breakfast - whilst the food bags arranged to collect at reception were fine they are not the same as a normal breakfast

All staffs were very helpful and polite, nothing was too much for them. Especially Cameron, thank you so much for help making us feel comfortable. To all the staffs that help during the wedding reception on April 11th 2023. I am impressed with your teamwork,working at a very high standard to keep us happy. You all should be proud of yourself. Thank you to the Chief and manager. The meals were divine.

The room we stayed in was too small for two sharing, otherwise, the stay Was comfortable.

Tremendous helpful and friendly staff. Super clean rooms. Everything felt new and freshly decorated. The well-kept garden was a lovely oasis of green and calm. Great breakfast and dinner. The dining room is beautiful. This hotel far exceeded my expectations. I look forward to visiting again.

It was a little noisy at the weekend because of the wedding guests. However, the hotel is big enough to take a room far away from the conga lines and bouquet tossing. It would be nice if the hotel had a swimming pool.

My second stay and the staff member on the Reception desk remembered me and my story! So that was totally delightful. I was also put in a room suited to my needs (minimal stairs) and discovered a lovely refurbished room with really nice thick carpet. I'm hoping to return to Bromley and wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Thank you :-)

My one and only criticism is the coffee machine used for breakfast - it would have been good to have fresh brewed coffee. Other than that it was all very good.

On first impressions of the hotel, the staff on the front desk were very friendly and helpful at check-in. Our room was very clean. It was a little compact, but we had everything we needed for a single nights stay. Some areas of the room could do with updating as parts looking a little tired in a few places. However, as mentioned, nice and clean. The only negative thing I could say is that the inside of the windows needed cleaning. The breakfast buffet had a nice selection of cereal, fruit, and pastries. Also a good selection for a full English. Had to wait for quite a while for a tea or coffee as there were not any clean mugs available. Good job I had had a cup of tea in my room. Would had asked staff but they were very busy running around and couldn't seem to get anyone's attention. The food was nice and the atmosphere was friendly and the room was nice and bright from the natural light, an enjoyable room for breakfast.

We arrived early, and our room wasn't ready, but we had done the online check in anyway. We needed to be at the 02 arena by 1pm. The staff on reception couldn't of been more helpful arranging a taxi to collect us and take us to the venue. We knew we wouldn't be back to the hotel until after midnight. We were assured this wouldnt be an issue and we would be able to collect our key cards then. We arrived back a little after 02.30am and the chap on reception was fab also and very helpful and friendly. When we visit the area again would definitely book this hotel.again and would be happy to recommend to anyone.

The room was comfortable and very clean, and the room staff cleaned it thoroughly each day. Both heating and air conditioning worked well and were adjustable, and the window could be opened. Fresh, glass-bottled water was given each day, and further supplies were available on request. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a good, varied choice of hot and cold food and drink. All staff we met, without exception, were pleasant, polite, helpful and professional. Every request was met quickly. I pointed out a minor trip hazard (loose carpet strip) and this was immediately repaired.

The room was small and was largely taken up by the bed. In the evenings the dining room was chilly (weather was very cold and there were very few diners, in a 180-cover restaurant). The dinner menu was exactly the same each night, and during our five night stay this became a little boring.
