The location of the hotel is excellent - 50 meters from the main street with shops and restaurants. The room was big and clean. The breakfast was in a bag /they don't have a restaurant/, but it was varied and good. There was a kettle for hot water, coffee and tea in the room. The TV had over 200 channels.

The room was kind of empty - no wardrobe or rack for suitcases. No picture or any decorative element. I know the name of the hotel is BUDGET, but it looked very similar.

The hotel was situated right next to bromley shopping centre so its the perfect centralised location for a little weekend shopping especially those who need a base for children or elderly parents. My room was large and spacious with enough charging and powerpoints. The free wifi is adequate for browsing and emails maybe not for streaming. The area was quite peaceful at night so no noises .

The sofa bed was super hard and uncomfortable, our heating was hard to regulate temperature. One dodgy lift that sounded like it the rope or mechanism would give way at anytime. Thr oroce for a budget hotel could be slightly lower especially without breakfast. Rooms need suitcase rack .

it’s location in relation to the town centre and to the NCP car park is 2nd to none . The corridors are very wide and our room was very adequate

I was pleasantly surprised to see each bedside had a power socket with 2 USB ports at its side as in most hotels we’ve stayed in there isn’t any bedside power sockets (this is why I carry a 6m charge lead for my phone). However the power socket at my bedside needs replacing as both USB ports weren’t working . Aldo one of the plug sockets where the kettle was didn’t work properly! An power socket overal may be needed in room 321

The location was great - near the rail station and the venue I was attending. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful especially Jess. I thought that the breakfast in a bag was good value and my room was quiet as it was at the back of the hotel. My room was clean and had what I needed. It mist have seemed a bit basic but It was what I required.

I can't think of anything - it described itself as a budget hotel so I wasn't sure quite what to expect but it was more than I expected.

Location was great for me. Air con and a hospitality tray was a big bonus for a budget hotel. It was a very comfortable stay overall and I would definitely stay here again

Having a 5 night stay the inconsistency of housekeeping was noticable but not an issue, annoying though was not having a plug in the sink, and the accomodation could not provide one.

Situation in centre of town. NCP car park alongside, easy to access. Very quiet. Courteous and helpful staff.

Stay was two nights. Room was not serviced after our first night. We were not told that you had to hang the 'make up my room' card on the outside doorknob. When we returned late at night after theatre in London this was a bit of a shock. However, we said we were ok with making up the bed, and reception staff immediately provided us with fresh towels and tea and coffee replacements.

The location is excellent, although there's no parking. Kinga, on the desk, was exceptionally helpful and went above and beyond to assist us at the beginning and throughout our stay. She is an excellent example of how a receptionist should represent their company as the first point of contact. The room we had was the one we requested and was really quiet, so we both slept well.

We really liked everything about our stay and accommodation. The hotel was next to the train station, so it was very easy to get to the center of London. There were night buses as well. The staff was very helpful and overall it was a very satisfying experience!

This is an ultra-budget hotel in the heart of Bromley which I used at the last moment when my intended accommodation for the night was not available. It does what it promises. I had a simple well-ventilated room with a comfortable bed, a first class bath and shower and a kettle with some tea and coffee. It was all that was on offer and it was all that I wanted. I had breakfast at a local coffee bar. Totally satisfied with my night.
