This is a family run hotel and everything was done with so much love and warmth. I learnt a lot about its history from the owners whom took so much pride and effort to give their guests a great experience. Breakfast was delicious any well presented. Thank you to all staff for being so accommodating and welcoming. I will return as the manor has so much character and a beautiful setting and immaculate.

Nothing negative to report but would be grateful for some charging ports in room if possible and perhaps to update the TV services on offer.

surprised to find that “ continental “ items like juice would not be included if you had the full English option. Price on the web site for breakfast was lower than the actual price charged

Seemed to be short staffed , the same lady seemed to be booking in, reception, waitress and serving in the bar Gave the impression the place was struggling

The property was lovely, well located and the rooms were clean. There was available parking in the grounds and staff were attentive and accommodating.

There was no bedsheet on my bed just a mattress cover and duvet. There is no independent heating /cooling system just a rickety fan in the room, for a superior double room, I was expecting more than that. Check out at 11am is too early, it should be 12pm.

The surroundings are beautiful, watching the wild parakeets in the morning flying around the grounds, quiet and peaceful. Vee and Louie were absolutely amazing and so attentive to our needs. Thank you for making our stay a wonderful one!

Curtains broke, cobwebs and no fridge for room.

We stayed at the Manor to celebrate my wife’s birthday at Chapter One restaurant which is a 10 minute drive away. We were in two minds whether to drive or get a cab but decided to drive and have a few drinks when we got back having been told that the bar would be open until 11pm. we arrived back around 9:50 only to find the bar was closed. We appreciate that there was a wedding on but it did spoil our night a little and somewhat defeated the main reason we stayed here in the first place (we only live a 30 minute drive away but obviously wasn’t going to drink and drive).

Beautiful manor house, ground were lovely. Fan available in room due to hot weather. Staff were polite and helpful.

No staff around for check out, would help if there was a box to drop off the key.

Fantastic hotel, the staff go above and beyond, lovely comfortable rooms.

Stayed here 5 times now, there is nothing to dislike

Surroundins, ample parking and prompt response from staff.

No Lift in the building so I had to carry my suitcase to the top floor myself.
