We were in town for a family funeral and after travelling all night from England we had arrived very early. Shane was so accommodating and understood our reason for arriving so early. We said we’d head into town and wait for the proper check in time. He said we could have breakfast there (excellent by the way) and by the time we had finished he had sorted a room and even turned off the music to the corridor so that we could get our heads down after travelling for nearly a day. The other staff members, who’s names I don’t know, couldn’t have been more helpful ie lending us his own phone charger and supplying an umbrella for my us on the day of the funeral. You should be so proud of yourselves guys. Never been treated so well in any hotel I’ve ever been in

This was a last minute booking. Booked Friday night stayed Saturday. Brilliant wee spot for the town within walking distance. We were in the apartment type rooms with the mini kitchen. Didn't use the kitchen other than the fridge to keep drinks cold. The bathroom is tiny but did the job and was spotless! The bedrooms were spotless too and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. We had a great night's sleep. The reception staff were very friendly and kind. Nothing was a bother. We didn't take the breakfast offer so can't rate the food. We cant recommend this place highly enough it was great value for money and the next time we decide to stay in Enniskillen, we would have no hesitation in booking here again!

Could do with a few more plug sockets in the bedroom we were in we could only find a single socket.

Room was amazing. Loved having a fridge. Breakfast was plentiful with everything anyone could want. Staff overall were so nice and remained that way even though they were so busy in the breakfast room. Shane on reception was so pleasant and happy. The staff alone would make me want to return.

The stability of the beds - although very comfortable, they tend to move if lent against and for someone with mobility issues, not good. Apart from that, there was nothing.

Clean and modern with friendly staff Paid to upgrade to bigger room with more space, ghds, robes etc. This would suit folk who want to pack light, lounge while others get ready. Room spotless Easy parking which was free. Carpark and paths salted as was icy and free de-icer available in foyer.

Room freezing when we arrived, freezing outside but no heating on. Did warm up eventually but a warm room on arrival would have been lovely considering the weather. Could smell cooked food from about 7am, really off putting. Hair on the mushrooms at breakfast, so didn't eat them.

The Staff were very friendly and genuinely eager to help with anything. The room had everything we needed without needing to phone and ask. The beds were very comfy and location was good. Giving a special shout out to Shane on reception. He was so helpful and friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Also all the breakfast staff. They gave us such a warm welcome every morning and again so helpful. Would love to go back.

Breakfast was lovely but maybe a bit more choice. The pillows in room were quite flat but this happens nearly all hotels. For a motel I think the Belmore Court is excellent value for money.

All the facilties in the room that we could have needed (iron and ironing board, hairdryer, fridge, espresso maker, kettle and most importantly for me, a fan). The couple of members of staff that we encountered were lovely (Shane on reception when we checked in and Denise in the breakfast room). They came across as very friendly but not falsely so and were very informative and helpful. Whoever is responsible for hiring and firing certainly got it right with them.

Bit noisy with the windows open but that's not the hotels fault so there was nothing that they can do anything about that we didn't like.

We decided to go for the upgrade as it was our last night of our trip around Ireland & wanted to have a relaxing time in Enniskillen before we drove home the next day. The room was very spacious with a very large TV and a separate coffee machine as well as the kettle with an extra large bed that was so comfortable it helped us to get a great night's sleep. We didn't go for breakfast as we wanted an early start in the morning for our drive home. The staff were great & welcoming when we arrived 7 our room was ready for us to go to right away. I would recommend this Hotel if you are visiting Enniskillen as it's got a good location just 10 minutes walk to the Town centre & good sized comfortable rooms

We could not fault the Hotel or the rooms as they were of a good standard & very clean.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Staff were very friendly and nice. Accommodation was perfect, room was great along with facilities. Didn’t book a breakfast for the morning but went in to have a cup of coffee and the layout was impressive with a wide selection of breakfast options available. Very close to the town, ten minute walk so the location was perfect. No noise at night, very quiet. Everything was nice and clean.

The location was excellent, with plenty of parking space. The room was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The kitchen was well equipped.

The free wifi wasn't perfect. No shower cap in the bathroom, although the website said this was included. Had to go to reception for some decaff coffee. The breakfast seemed pricey, especially if you did not want a cooked breakfast every day.

The staff were especially friendly and welcoming. They offered lots of help and information regarding directions and recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. The room exceeded our expectations and had every convenience one could ask for and more... The breakfast was freshly made and the server was cheerful.

It was quite difficult to find the entrance to the parking lot.
