We loved our clean and simple all of the decor was, for the price we felt it was great value for money. The decor touches in the rooms are nice as well, multiple easy to access wall plugs (on both sides of the bed), hair dryer, dimmable lights, blackout curtains, etc. The front desk team also went out of their way to help me celebrate my birthday, which was very sweet with a little note left in our room! The diner was fantastic as well, and each meal (we ate there 3 times) exceeded our expectations - definitely don't underestimate your need to make a reservation, it can get VERY busy! While we were there, the hostess, Paulina, was an absolute star -- she, along with the rest of the staff, were so attentive, and the food was incredible. We can wait to visit again!

We loved the fact rooms are air conditioned, but we did find it a bit difficult to get the room cool enough for us, even on a cool day - and the windows don't open. Other than this, our stay was brilliant :) Otherwise a few tips -- there are no elevators (from what we could see) so just be aware you may need to carry your bags up a flight of stairs or two, if you're not given a room on the ground floor. The room was extremely comfortable and clean, but the mirror placement in our room was far from the window & didn't have great lighting, so if you need to do makeup, etc. it was a bit tricky.

Spotlessly clean, cool decor, Dyson hairdryer and ghd’s in the room! Nice dark rooms, quiet, comfortable bed, great shower. We had a great meal at the diner too.

My one and only criticism is that the bar had run out of a lot of drinks. We first asked for Prosecco of which they had none, then asked for lemonade and Diet Coke and they also had neither of those. At dinner there were 2 dishes they’d run out of and I couldn’t get the green juice at breakfast because they’d run out of that too. It didn’t affect our stay but just something to note, hopefully this doesn’t happen often.

Good location for what we wanted. Easy to find. Plenty of parking (with lots of car charging points if that's your thing). Decor was lovely. Bed was comfortable. Free tea and coffee were available at reception. Diner was good for dinner. Overall, I would go back!

There was nothing to complain about, really, just some minor inconveniences: I didn't like the sink - it was outside of the bathroom, too low for me and the tap dribbled after switching it off (it looked good, though). The hot water tap in the corridor was out of order and no kettle in the room. There were no mugs at the reception drink point whenever I wanted one (maybe because of the hot water tap). I was told when checking out that there were hairdryer diffuser attachments available from reception (Dyson hair dryer with concentrator nozzle and GHD straightners are in the room...straight hair is catered for without having to ask). Breakfast in the diner was disappointing.

The location is great for access to Oxford and Cotswold. The staff were pleasant and treated us well. There is a restaurant right at the hotel which serves truly American style menu which the kids really enjoyed. The accessories are top notch with Dyson hairdryer. There is ample parking and the accessibility is quite easy. There is a gas station right next to it where you can shop from however there is a free water station at the hotel.

The only thing worth pointing out is that we were 8 guests with 2 family rooms (effectively 4 rooms which are intertwined). At the check in however we initially got keys to only 1 family room. We realized almost after 30 minutes that we couldn't really have been offered such a small space so went back and enquired. It is then that we received keys to the other family room. I think this could have been avoided by a more attentive staff. We could have ended paying for an extra family room without using it.

Had a great night's sleep. Bed was super comfortable and so were the pillows which I normally struggle with in hotels. And rooms must be soundproof. Couldn't hear a thing! Great size bed and room was spacious. Staff were so kind. All wishing me happy birthday at the diner and motel. Dinner and breakfast came with a sparkler which was a lovely gesture! The tv wasn't working so the lady from reception came upstairs to fix it for me. Staff were so friendly and welcoming. Appreciated the hot/cold filtered water tap right outside my room. No dirty kettles here! The Dyson supersonic and GHD's were a nice touch.

Probably a personal gripe but wasn't keen on having the sink outside the bathroom. Made a mess by the front door every time I used the taps so had to keep wiping the floor. Not a major issue, just preference. Not sure if this is standard in every room or just the one I was in.

Oh my word, for the price paid it was unbelievable! All staff so nice, room spotless and the shower brilliant. So many plusses to the usual chain hotel we always stopped at. Hair conditioner for one, body lotion, great, add on a Dyson hairdryer AND straightners. The the room temerature control.is excellent, oh my gosh, the charge is so below its worth.

The "half a job Bob' beverage supply. You get tea bags, Mollies coffee bags (very nice too I have to say), but no milk, no kettle. There is a communal hot/cold water thing on each floor. However, we like an early morning cuppa in bed to start the day. Are other residents (not to mention the staff) ready for the sight of me with bed hair, bleary eyes and nightie, in the foyer getting the milk and hot water as ours on first floor didn't function as early as us somehow. I apologise for all who saw me. Would we stay again? Certainly, but with a travel kettle. X

The location is great if you're planning a roadtrip in the Oxfordshire/Cotswolds. The structure is located just ca 30 km from Oxford and it's really easy to get there. The staff was amazing and the room was clean, very comfortable, with cutting-edge accessories (GHD hair straighteners and Dyson hair dryer, recharchable, eco-friendly soaps). Since we stayed there two separate nights, they kindly reserved us the same room. On each floor you can find hot and cold water dispenser. In front of the motel you can find a diner, which also serves breakfast from 8 a.m. and there is also a petrol station, with a little food market.

The room was comfortable, shower lovely, and decor very nice. Really loved the addition of the Dyson hair dryer and GHD straightener - which came in very handy! And really appreciated how clean and tidy the room was and how crisp the bed linen was. At the diner - the food was fantastic! We tried the eggs benedict, yoghurt and berries, french toast, avocado toast and the kids breakfasts were great too. Coffee was nice, and the service was great. Couldn', fault it.

There was nothing to be unhappy with and the diner. My only suggestion for the hotel rooms was that there were no places to put towels once used (like, a hook etc), and no seating in our room, just a bench along the wall. But for a family room, it would be nice to have a small table and chair/s for the kids to sit at. However, we really enjoyed our stay!

The Motel is wonderful, great shower, beautiful décor and so comfortable. My room had the most fantastic view. It is definitely one of the best hotel room stays I have ever had when travelling for work which I do often.

I really do not like the food at the diner. It is greasy and after eating there twice now it is clear that the food is cooked and then warmed up when ordered. It does not taste freshly cooked at all. Unfortunately there is nothing else around unless you want to drive to a restaurant. It is also doesn't open until 8ish means breakfast is not possible for most people who need to work. I also don't like the fact that there is no kettle in the room and you have to go into the corridor for hot water.

Rooms were gorgeous and spacious, garden and reception were also lovely. Good cocktails and very friendly staff. The bed was very comfortable, and shower was wonderful.

Dark lighting in the bathroom and mirrors! How are we supposed to do hair and makeup? Also the shower took a long time to drain. There were stains on the carpet in the hallways. Hot / cold water in the hallways so had to leave the room in the morning - I like the efficiency but who wants to get dressed to wander in a common area to get hot water for coffee in the morning?!
