room was fine, double bed and 2 singles..plenty of space. bathroom massive shower a bit dodgy had to have hot water fully on and cold a tiny bit on and it kept going hot n cold when under it which was not great but we coped. room was so so hot but hotel gave us a fan so that was sorted, window in very small. could do with a light above mirror at dressing table or lamp that can be moved so light can be on mirror to see doing make up etc. tv needs dish/signal looked at as tv was very pixelated, hotel gave us new tv but it is not the tv at all just the signal food is brilliant, breakfast/lunch and dinner all fantastic service is excellent from reception desk/cleaners/bar staff and waiting staff all so helpful and friendly...especially Gary in the restaurant...he is brilliant, nothing is too much bother to him...great cappuccinos Gary.

lighting in room at mirror area or lamp to be able to move around and point at mirror. tv signal we were told off by security on the friday evening for having glasses outside in seating area, we did say we were residents and not part of the party and would be only having the one and bring them in but he wasnt happy at all, can see where he was coming from tho but we already had them outside and it was early on.

Great location near a park. Big car park with easy access to motorway and South Glasgow. Outside benches for socialising and relaxing were great. House staff really friendly; produced extra coat hangers and iron straight away. Reception and bar staff also very friendly. Residents bar open late. This was great to sit and socialise with family after our party had concluded. Windows easy to open full

Old style keys used on rooms were a little klunky. No air conditioning, but considering it was Glasgow not overly surprised!

Room was big with lots of storage, bathroom was nice and big too lots of fresh towels , some staff are lovely and helpful however certain areas of the hotel need extra staff ! Over all nice Hotel but is in need of being refurbished.

The carpets in the room were uneven and starting to fray needs a bit of a refurbishment. The staff were helpful however the breakfast is continental with a lack of options, tea and coffee should be made fresh for each guest and the breakfast manager needs some work on his manners. Very impolite and Rude at times , doesn’t work well under pressure, could do with some training and people skills. We do understand that you have to pay extra for a cooked breakfast but if you are paying for something you should be able to amend it how you like it , his response to this was (it comes as it comes , no changes) .

In general, we were pleasantly surprised by the place. The staff was absolutely incredible; very helpful and extremely nice (and funny ;) ). The buffet breakfast was better than we expected, and the room was small but comfortable. Even though the hotel is not in the city centre, the connection is amazing as the bus stop is right in front of the hotel and it takes about 15-20 min to get to the centre.

The price is definitely high but I guess it was still lower than the average price of a hotel in Glasgow. The room was generally clean and there was cleaning service every day, however, the hotel would definitely benefit from a bit of a fresh up.

Great location and exteriors. Excellent support - helped me to shift to a room with better WiFi; helped take my luggage upstairs; helped with a free breakfast as an add-on when I booked directly with them; supplied extra sachets of tea and milk when I requested; fantastic staff at reception and at breakfast

The hotel would have been great had it had a lift; rooms were good but some of the rooms had poor TV signal reception. in one of the stays, I found that there was an underwear and a pair of socks on the chair that had NOT been cleared away when I was asked to check in - but the staff immediately responded to clear it away. Lastly, what modern hotels DON'T HAVE A ROOM TELEPHONE?

Location is right next to a bus stop, very convenient and easy to find. My friend and I have a tradition of asking for a wierd little request wherever we book, and this time we decided on asking them to hide a rock somewhere in the room. After some friendly banter with the lady at reception, we found the rock. It was beautiful. thank you staff, youre very cool and awesome

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The front desk arranged for an early morning taxi to get us to the train station. The restaurant staff was also especially friendly considering that we arrived near closing time from the airport. Our dinner was great and did not feel at all rushed.

The property was just a little further from the airport and the train station than I expected. But, that was my fault for not checking location beforehand. I am not sure it would be a good location for the sightseer in Glasgow, but was excellent for someone just passing through to another city.

Hotel is in an excellent location for bus into the city. The hotel is waiting for a refurbishment but is still pretty comfortable. The staff are so helpful and friendly and are doing a marvellous job considering how short staffed the hotel is at the moment (as are most hotels and hospitality venues just now) so be patient! The rooms are cleaned daily, bedding and towels are spotless. Its a busy hotel so seem to have loyal customers returning. Lovely park accross from the hotel if you want a stroll. Luccianos italian restaurant is a short taxi ride away in Burnside if you want a change of food...book it!

To be fair theres no lift but staff will help with cases. Some problems occured during our stay, but again I think once the refurbishment happens it will make a big difference.

Very friendly staff. The room was big with everything we needed. Excellent value for money!

Electric sockets were covered by bed pillows because there should be only one double / king size bed but they’d put extra two single beds as well, so using the sockets was very dangerous. Their bar and restaurant work short hours and not every day and there’s nothing nearby to eat or drink nearby.

The staff was very kind, they were available at all hours. A very good breakfast with many food choices, they got me soy milk although I didn't ask for it in advance and it really helped to start the day.

It was very difficult to get the shower water to the desired temperature, and every now and then the temperature would change for a few seconds and then return to previous, probably as a result of other people using the shower at the same time. Also, the piece of metal holding toilet paper in place was broken. All in all the shower facilities were not awful, just a bit uncomfortable and annoying. There was a very nice "breakfast corner" in the room with a teapot, but I couldn't find an electricity socket nearby and had to put the teapot elsewhere to heat the water.
