Friendly staff, very clean, great sized room and good for price. Also kids and myself loved Kim's Chickens

Family A lovely hotel. The females on reception were lovely and the gentleman Cameron (hoping I got his name right) was an absolute gem. He was not only great with the adults but was so friendly with the kids, so thank you for your services. Also a massive shout out to the cleaning staff really did a wonderful job on the rooms, so thank you to you guys too. Hotel was 1 minute walk away from the beech leaving you plenty to do. There are so many cafes, shops etc around the hotel that you have no worries in accessing things. All in all a very good experience staying at the hotel. Totally recommended

Unfortunately there were some loud guests who were not very curtious towards others early hours but of course this isn't the hotel's fault. One other thing I would like to suggest is a lift as it was a little for my mum with health issues walking up those steps to the second floor. I do also feel the breakfast was a little expensive but as there are so many other local cafes around it wasn't difficult to get a budgeted breakfast.

Love the hotel it the only place I will stay at in great Yarmouth it like home from home and great value for money nothing to much for anyone there beds are so comfortable I had a view that overlooked the garden and it was lovely to wake up to the sounds of the chickens and seeing them the breakfast buffet offers more then most places around with the chef/s offering to do poached and scrambled egg

My only criticism would be the waitress and waiter in the morning they shouldn't be working together as they rather chat they sever and clear tables

Brilliant location, had a lovely stay with my daughter. The staff were so lovely and welcoming, couldnt of been more helpful. The rooms were well kept and clean, and breakfast was good with a nice choice, again the staff in the restaurant were absolute stars. Always a space to park aswell.

Only complaint was the noisy plumbing above us in the evening. Hotel was a little dated could of done with air conditioning or perhaps take a fan in the summer.

Very conveniently situated small hotel and extremely welcoming and helpful reception staff. Entrance carpets etc very clean. Didn't use the restaurant so can't review that. Good amount of tea, coffee etc in room.

Parking was tricky as, although some parking on site, not much. Lots of noise from outside and within the hotel -doors banging etc. Nice traditional little seaside town hotel but in need of some tlc. Light bulbs out, lamp not working, tap washers needed replacing

Staff are lovely and could not do enough for you whilst there, from the reception staff to the chef to the night porter to house keeping. Room was clean, presented well and a very good size (enough room for a 4yr old to run about). Bar and garden were spacious also and always clean and tidy. Food on premises was also lovely. Everything was also very well priced and reasonable for a hotel so close to the pier, beach and seaside attractions. A great hotel, we will be back.

The staff here were really lovely and helpful. Checking in and out was really easy with no problems. The location of the hotel was great, 5 minutes from the seafront and only a short walk into town.

There wasn’t anything I really disliked about my stay. Some parts of the hotel could maybe do with a refresh, like a new coat of paint in places but it wasn’t bad enough to ruin my stay. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.

Pleasant and friendly reception team, helpful in their knowledge of the area and activities. Room was nice, fresh, very little wear and tare which was nice

The restaurant was empty and when we asked the staff is this a quiet night, staff member replied "it's always like this" which did make us a bit apprehensive as to why its always empty, because of this, we went elsewhere for breakfasts

Everything all the staff very welcoming, friendly and helpful the hotel was very clean and good sized rooms the garden very good clean and very well kept. The restaurant was very good clean. food was outstanding and large portions staff very helpful and polite and welcoming

Alot of steps down into the restaurant the stair lift made stairs feel very narrow.

The location was great, short walk to the seafront. All the staff were very friendly and attended any needs with great customer service. Had dinner on one occasion and breakfast once and the food was good. Would recommend this hotel.

There was no hotel parking but all surrounding on street parking was free, it was just finding a space!
