A very nice greeting and up to room 7 a lovely spacious room with a great view of the coast everything you required was in the room coffeemaker kettle towels toiletries a large TV and a nice comfortable bed Tracey was an excellent host and full of information about the area . Breakfast was also very good we particularly liked the poached eggs and bacon on sourdough bread best although the full English was also very good a great week and excellent Hosting by a always cheerful Tracey 👍 PS The en-suite was very nice and spotlessly clean 👏

The stairs they aren’t horrendous but for a overweight ex smoker they were a challenge my poor wife suffered carrying me up to bed at night 🤣😂

Comfortable bed. Big TV with Netflix, Disney + and iplayer. Coffee machine as well as kettle. Central location for old town and nearby for bars, not noisy on an evening. Floorstanding fan. Breakfast filling with lots of choice (recommend the cheese omelete). Nice views from the windows. Staff friendly and helpful. Check out time 11am. But baggage storage available if departing after that time.

Vocal seagulls on the opposite roof. Property not on ground floor, front door to street, but winding stairs to rooms. No lift available.

Our stay at Hastings was lovely, we only stayed for a couple of days and the property was beyond expectations. The staff were extremely helpful and very engaging. The breakfast was made to a high standard would highly recommend the crepes with sugar and lemon. Parking was okay but had to be careful of the times on the sea front. Easily accessible and couple of fish and chips of a 30 second walk. The beds were immaculate and thoroughly good nights sleep. 10-15 minute walk to the arcade, cafes, aquarium and highly recommend a restaurant called the BOK shop. The battle of Hastings and Pevensy Castle was a 30 minute drive which I also recommend.

Everything. We felt home the first second on - Tracey was very sweet, the breakfast fabulous, the rooms cozy, the whole B&B was very lovely, you will feel very welcome there. The location was perfect, everything you need is just around - and we liked the "Old Town" - part of Hastings actually the most. You can park for free close to the B&B, there is a shortcut that takes you there in about 5-10 minutes.

The location was excellent, right by the beach front and also the old town where there are lots of pubs, restaurants and shops to explore. The room we had was right at top and had a sea view. The room was spotless and comfy with everything we needed. Toiletries provided and tea and coffee etc. The host Tracey was excellent and so friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was provided and had lots of choice and tasted great.

Tracey, owner, offers very good value for money at this BandB in the Old Town area of Hastings. Very good communication prior to our arrival with local information regarding car parks etc. We were in room 7, right at the top, and it had a bird's eye view of the beach and town below. Very comfy bed, small fridge for guest use, nice welcome tray, Roku stick for the large TV. Fluffy white towels and 2 bathrobes. The breakfast options were great, especially as it is included in the room rate, and home cooked by Tracey. We will definitely return

If you have mobility issues, there are no ground floor rooms, so be mindful that the stairs are quite steep.

A tired and old building but that didn't matter. Everything was so comfy cosy. Breakfast was great. The room was lovely. Tracey and her husband were so very accommodating. Lots of stairs up to the room so maybe you should consider this if you struggle with stairs. Hair dryers available in rooms so one thing less to pack. Sky TV and the bathrooms have all you need...shampoo, conditioner and body wash, again, less to pack if you want to travel a bit lighter. Overall...a great stay practicality on the Beach Front. Lots to do and plenty of places to go. Couldn't ask for more. Will be back!

It was a good.

Cozy, great location, great breakfast and great host. Surrounded by plenty of local eateries, pubs & cafes. Across the road from the beach, Fisherman’s village and other attractions. Hastings town centre is 5min walk away.

Nothing I ‘didn’t like’. It is an older building, but remarkably well set up. Occupies 2nd & 3rd floor, so the steps give your legs exercise. Potential parking limitations were never an issue with on-street and nearby off-street options.

The B&B is located right in the heart of the Hastings old town, perfect for a tourist like me. The room was very tidy and comfortable with excellent facilities. Although the bathroom was shared, it was spotless. Tracy also cooks an excellent breakfast and I'm sure there's something on her menu that suits everyone's taste.

Not much wrong at all. I guess being on the top floor and over 6'4" meant I had to duck a few times, but I'm used to that!

ideal location with a fantastic views over the sea, very homely with lovely finishing touches. The bedrooms are too a high standard for a B&B, bedding etc very comfortable and clean. Tracey the host is amazing she can’t do enough for you. wrote what you would like for breakfast on the board and you received everything you asked for in the morning. breakfast to have very high quality and lots to choose from.

nothing… as it is an old building there are lots of stairs, this did not bother me or my partner at all… but could be a problem for people with less mobility
