The location was ideal, and the accommodation was even better than I expected. The room was comfortable and spacious, the bathroom had an actual bath and was much better than a typical en suite, and the fridge and microwave in the room made my whole weekend much easier being able to store and heat my own food. It was a really great room and well worth the price.

Remembering the door codes was a tad confusing, I had to keep my phone with me so I could re-check the message with the codes. The batteries in the NOW remote were low and I didn't bring any batteries of my own, so I had to keep swapping the batteries between the main TV remote and the NOW remote to watch TV. But those were only very minor inconveniences.

The room was very comfortable and the bathroom was great, similar to a mini wetroom and it also had a fantastic double shower. The beds were nice and there was also a fridge in the room which was a really good bonus. A shared kitchen with cooking facilities and utensils was also available for use. The staff were super friendly, welcoming us on arrival and showing us around and always happy to help. A great place to stay which I cannot fault. Highly recommended.

Sent instructions on how to enter online and an easy process. Plenty of parking. Streaming TV was good. Nice sized room, comfortable bed and a chair and table, work surface was nice. Everything that you needed in the bathroom. Fridge in room is a real bonus. Shared kitchen though I never saw anyone else there when using the microwave. It was super clean throughout.

No toilet paper, luckily I always carry one with me.

Room basic but comfortable. Really liked the addition of a microwave. Almost never get that in hotel rooms. Bed comfortable and good sized TV. Checkin process easy as code sent to you on day of checkin.

Thin walls. Could hear people having sex in the next room at 3am on the first night. No door on shower. Meant that the bathroom floor got saturated every time I had a shower.

The room was a decent size, great shower and the facilities in the room like the microwave and fridge was a great idea. It was also clean and tidy and the bed was comfy.

The bed could of done with another pillow each and the floorboards was a little loose and squeaky and we didn't want to move around too much so we didn't upset or annoy the people below us.

Location, Good size car park Great communication, Very easy "check in" sent code to the accommodation, no need for key/card. Clean room Reasonable price for a large local festival in comparison to other hotels etc nearby would absolutely stay again in future!

Excellent staff beyond expectation: Gary and Lisa always try to give me quiet rooms! I was given a free upgrade! A staff even offered to take away my kitchen rubbish bag when it was full! smart TV I put on all sort of ambience videos (e.g., study, nature, relaxing, sleeping etc.) on YouTube. Microwaves and washer/dryer

Bathrooms (not very clean and need refurbishment) and thin walls. I can’t really complain though paying this rate.

Lovely stay at the hotel only let down with our room was, no mugs or spoons, and was only 1 towel in the bathroom.

Didn't like the fact you could hear the neighbouring residents being loud! All night!! And also going in and out there rooms constantly. Making me and my partners anniversary night not as good as we had expected and planned.

Room very clean and bed comfortable, good night sleep had every night. Bathroom clean with a great shower! Use of the washing machine and tumble drier, what a result!

Having kitchen facilities in the room was perfect for my needs. Accommodation was quiet and for a nightshift worker is what I needed. We'll located for EMA airport. Good comms with the staff too. Spacious free off the road parking, free WiFi, and easy self check in.

Noise due to close proximity to the main road but was only an issue when window had to be opened in hot weather.
