The suite was lovely as a free upgrade. The layout and communual spaces were very good. The spa facilities was great. Bed very comfy. Really appreciate the free drink at the bar gift on arrival. The reception team were lovely. The spa staff were polite. The other restaurant staff were amazingly polite.

The moron at breakfast. Absolutely zero people skills. I was expected to shiver as were others because he was hot in hus work. Its rhe floppy haired older guy who clearly is in the wrong job. His work ethic was good but he would put me off staying again. If he was one of my staff, I would have dismissed him for how he spoke to a customer! The TV in the suite could not been seen from the bed.

Overall food was very good but the restaurant was not large enough for the amount of people dining. We were told to find a table which was difficult as there was none available. The check-in staff should of asked people to wait in a Queue until a table became available but we were given a tray and told find somewhere in the lounge to sit. Staff were not very friendly in the restaurant.

The hotel lobby Wc s were not kept clean and tidy late on when a wedding was taking place . Appreciate this was down to wedding guest but should be checked hourly like most establishment s.

I have been using the hotel for a few months now and can’t fault it, when the price is right no other hotel matches it. From staying in suites to superior room and standard, they are all great. The coffee pods in the room are a great shout, the leisure facilities are ideal, it’s never too busy, bar area is nice, soaps and shampoos are great, flavoured water is a touch. Lastly the staff are outstanding, very professional. To sum it up, it’s a proper hotel with all the touches.

Nothing. Not my problem but it is starting to look a little tired around some of the rooms and bathrooms.

The hotel and staff were amazing, very friendly and nothing was a trouble, excellent service through out our stay, our suit was amazing spacious and clean, I'd highly recommend also had a little decking area wich was perfect to sit out and enjoy also while relaxing. I carnt fault the hotel, nor the suite we has, was perfect, even the room service, as he orded got delivered and Brought into our lounging area. Was perfect from start to finish, beating seating areas in side and out also. Couldn't fault the hotel, the staff every one was helpful and very welcoming. Should be a 5 star hotel.. exceptional quality.

Wasn't anything I didn't like about the hotel was all perfect 👌 only down fall was jacuzzi bath didn't work, or the TV in the bathroom, but apart from that it was just amazing.

The room was a good size, the bed was huge and comfortable to sleep in. The mirror in the bathroom was noted by my wife to be excellent. The complimentary soft drinks in the fridge were a nice unexpected touch. The 3 course dinner was lovely with plenty of menu choices. Breakfast was fantastic, every option was possible. I had a cooked breakfast then peaches with yoghurt, a couple of pastries and I would have had pancakes from the machine but I was full by that point. The coffee machine was great, as was the one in our room. The pool and spa facilities were brilliant, I thoroughly enjoyed using them.

These are possibly nit picking examples however you did ask. The light as you first entered our room above the wardrobe didn’t work so I used my phone light to find the iron. There were no biscuits with the tea and coffee which my wife noticed. There was a bit of sealant on the Bath that could have done with being renewed. Again being picky in all honesty and none of the above did anything to diminish my stay

Reception and bar area, evening meal was good, room was a great size but the bathroom light was very dim and did not assist with shaving (unless a light was out above the mirrors (room 264).

The smell on the landing heading towards room 264, it could have done with ventilating due to water leak in roof, the low light in the bathroom, the bath looked a little tired and the aircon needs looking at as the room was quite hot, enough to make you want to get out sooner rather than later

Staff were very friendly & helpful, service couldn't be faulted. The location was so convenient & grounds were nice & tidy. Room was clean, with a window that could be opened & allow the room to cool down. 1st time we've had self service pancakes, lovely.

We were travelling with our dog & ended up in a room quite far away from the exit. It made for a very long quick walk to get him out when he needed to go. The room was a bit too warm for us.

I was chosen as Guest of the Day! Was given a room upgrade which was gorgeous and huge, given a discount for dinner and a free breakfast

If I hadn’t of been chosen for Guest of the Day, I would have had to pay for parking in the hotel’s own car park for the evening. I am unsure as to when hotels started to charge for parking onsite but it is not acceptable. Guests pay enough to stay at the hotel as it is, what with food and use of any facilities they have

Staff was very helpful, my partner needed scissors for her dress fewhours before check in, was sorted instantly, we needed ice for our own wine,sorted with no fuss, I needed my racing tickets printed, sorted no fuss, staff were excellent!

Breakfast could have been a bit better, I did not like been given a child's plate to eat of, insinuating that if I was given a bigger plate I'd eat too much, well that's how it felt. 😋, hash browns were bad ,

The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were very accommodating and use of leisure facilities was a great bonus. We had a dog friendly room with a cute doggy welcome pack on arrival. I ended up booking an extra day.

My only complaint would be the heat in the room as no air conditioning and the towel rail stays on permanently. Although the staff supplied a fan on request.
