This was my second stay at Moxy and I will continue to stay here every time I need to overnight at Heathrow. The rooms are fantastic for the price you pay and there is a great vibe downstairs around the bar. Basic meals are served and are good size. There is a bus stop directly outside the hotel so it is easy to get to Heathrow on the bus at any time of day or night.

The only downside on this stay was the poor attitude of the staff working the bar, who were more interested in talking amongst themselves than serving customers. This was very frustrating.

This was my third stay at Moxy Heathrow so I was familiar with the hotel. This stay was for 5 nights as basically everything in central London was sold out or astronomically priced. The hotel has a great vibe downstairs in the bar area with funky music etc. The rooms are big enough for a couple and the beds are very comfortable. Great hot powerful shower and free tea and coffee downstairs all day. It is perfectly located for Heathrow with a bus stop right out the front to get to and from all terminals. We stayed here as a base for a London long weekend. It took an hour each way to get to and from London on buses and the tube.

The price was very high for this stay but that was market forces at play as London was fully booked. Our room did not get serviced the first 2 days as we misunderstood the do not disturb sign due to its funkiness. It would be much easier if the hotel used traditional do not disturb signs. Just 2 tea bags per day left in the room however unlimited tea and coffee is available downstairs.

The family room I booked exceeded my expectations as the size and facilities were very good. visible securely both inside and out the hotel which gave me the sense of easy. Also spent time with the family paying pool, table tennis, table soccer and more....would stay here again.

Your staff to check in where too few when I crowd of people came to check in at once, at one point you only had one person at check in and about 30 people waiting to check in....this is not good. Also had only one person servicing at the bar with the other person getting the drinks...don't understand way you can not have them both serving and getting drinks?? that's a bit odd.

Loved the atmosphere, cool decoration, and the games in the lobby. Welcome drink was cute too. Bar is open late and there's plenty of nice places to sit. Despite saying there was no room service they still made my bed, gave me fresh towels, and refilled my room's coffee bar with sugar and tea. Location is great and near the airport. Cabs/Uber were totally available which was a fear of mine coming from the states where getting a ride can be hard sometimes. I was able to get an uber and checkout of the hotel in less than 10 minutes at 5am.

Breakfast wasn't included and I feel like a discount could've been added to draw me in as a new guest. It was £12 if I paid in advance or £15 the morning of breakfast. I didn't even go because I felt it was a bit pricey and I knew I'd be heading out anyway. Since they told me I wouldn't have room service I left all my stuff strung out around the room. Come back to see someone had been in my room. This is nice of them to freshen up the space, but I wish I would've known someone would be in. Think that needs to be clarified better.

Cleanliness and room was really nice .

Well I shouldn’t mention it but I requested for early check in around 10:30 am as I travelled from a long journey and need to get fresh in room but I was not able to check inn before 15:00. I know it’s a kind of time being given to all customer but when I booked this hotel so it took my early check for arrival time which I mentioned during check inn which was 10:30 around . Then after that I got an email that early check in can’t be possible . So I belive the company shouldn’t take the joking for that time . It’s unnecessary miscommunication I belive . I choice that hotel as when I was doing my booking , I was able to accept with the early chick in time but when I reached hotel so I was not allowed .

I always love staying at Moxy Hotels and needed a one night stay due to a long layover at Heathrow and was so happy to know there was a Moxy available there. Check-in staff was wonderful and offered me a delicious welcome drink and was fast in providing me my room key. The decor was gorgeous as always and the room so comfortable and impeccable as every other stay at a Moxy I have experienced. The Hopper Bus stopping at the property directly from Terminal 3 was SUCH AN ADDED BONUS! WONDERFUL! Also the staff that responded to my message prior to arrival explaining ALL my options to get to the property from Heathrow Terminal 3 (not just the Hopper option) was SO THOROUGH and quick with their response that it really set the tone for my fantastic stay. THANK YOU!!!

Clean, tidy room with helpful staff.

Not a property issue however, I was asked to provide photo ID and did not have any on me. Check in said to me that this would have been notified on the booking. I checked my booking details from booking.com and was unable to find any such stipulation. The check in staff managed to overcome this minor blip but it put me in a dispassion for a moment. Booking.com need to either stipulate to the customer they need to take photo ID Or, communicate to the vendor that this is not stipulated on the booking confirmation.

This was a nice change from the normal Holiday Inn Express type places we stay in. Cool decor and the family room was well set up with the divided space. Toiletries were provided and there was a coffee machine and kettle in the room, along with two flat screen TVs to keep the teens amused. There are a few shops nearby to get supplies and snacks if you are in for the evening after a day sight seeing.

For some reason they only gave us 2 towels for the 4 of us, and when we requested more could only give us one extra as they were out of clean ones! seemed very strange for a hotel to be out of essential linens. we did, however get a full set for our second night. Not really knowing the area, we booked this hotel as it was close to Heathrow airport, thinking we could use the nearby tube and train facilities. The hotel, however was a bit further away from the airport to make use of this and getting into central London took a bus and tube trip, which was about an hour in total, so about the same as if we’d just caught the train to London from where we lived! 😆 But we know better for next time.

Spacious family rooms. Efficient check-in. Provide recommendations to other nearby restaurants/bars etc as well as their own. Decor more interesting than other budget hotels and games area in bar helps keep kids (and adults) entertained while waiting for food (or to get some movement in between flights). We stayed before an early flight and took an uber to the Terminal (we also took an uber to the hotel from where we were staying in London, it cost about the same as taking the Heathrow Express which would have entailed about 4 connections, more than we needed with small children and lots of bags). We had read comments about the rooms being too hot but didn't find that to be the case, there are air conditioners which can be set to cool but we didn't need it (although we did switch to this hotel as the other hotel we had booked had lots of reviews saying their heating didn't work at all and rooms were freezing, we need to be warm).

The lifts close really quickly - send someone in to hold the door while you bring in all your cases etc. The bar didn't have lemonade of any variety (only caffeinated soft drinks), although it sounded like they had just run out. Bar/food staff are also check-in staff so there can be a bit of a wait if lots of people come in at once, but we were having fun in the games area by then and they give you a buzzer to know when your foods ready so you don't have to sit around waiting.
