I stayed for 3 days in Aug 2024 , the room was really neat and clean, very friendly and helpful staff. The location is amazing , the bus stop is right in front of the hotel and there were good few halal food options around the hotel. Specially loved their outdoor sitting area. Will definitely be staying again

I had booked for 1 week but ended up checking out earlier as got invited by a friend to come and stay with her for the rest of the days and the staff were not aware of the policy regarding cancellation of remaining days of booking and specially the refund policy. In the end though the things got sorted so no biggie.

Some great touches: automatic movement-sensor night-light under the bed, and the low-light switch for the bathroom at night. Funky but inclusive bar/restaurant, with good self-purchase food and drink options (although the prosecco at the bar was £10.50 per 200ml as opposed to £7.90 from the self-service fridge adjacent... ).

The early morning shuttle bus to Heathrow was a bit hairy getting on to, as by the time it came around to the Moxy, it was almost full up, and the driver said he couldn't take any more luggage. All was well in the end (for us at the head of the queue, at least), and I know it's not the Moxy's problem but it made for a stressful end to a great stay.

We liked the trademark funky Moxy decor, the friendly staff (they let us book into our room early) and the location. There's a bus stop right outside the front door - you catch a No.111 or 105 to get to Heathrow Bus Station - as well as a Tesco Express and places in the vicinity to get takeaways. The hotel itself has a bar, restaurant, does breakfast and sells snacks. It also has a gym. And the rooms are soundproofed, which is good given how close you are to the airport. Overall, very happy with our stay.

The hotel was very close to Heathrow and bus routes to head into the city. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful, giving great recommendations and answering any and all questions we had.

The only downside is that while being very close to the bus stops and tube stations to head into the city, it will still take you over an hour to get there due to being so far outside of London. If you aren't well versed in taking the bus and trains, you might find the commute overwhelming and anxiety inducing.

The minute I booked the hotel and asked few queries the staff able to replied me effectively. I have asked about the room, transportation from Heathrow Airport, halal food restaurant eyc. I booked 1 twin sharing bed and one family room! The family room has a big space and 2 big hi tech TV! It’s only 10-15 minutes to Heathrow Airport. The check in also very easy and the room was very comfy and quiet. The booking for our taxi to Heathrow also easier as we booked from the hotel kiosk.

Great location and clean in general around the whole facilities. The room itself was spotless and even when the cleaner came in whilst I was out, they cleaned everything again to make it feel as if I walked in like the first night. Great work

To be honest, nothing too negative. Only one small gripe is that it states you offer a 24/7 bar but, it's a limited bar in terms of what they can do you. The gentleman who served me in the evening was very polite and apologised that he couldn't offer what I had asked for but it wasn't a big deal. Maybe just needs to be worded different

All the staff were professional and polite, the room was spotlessly clean, Shower lovely and hot with plenty of power, The bed was very comfortable, and as for the Breakfast buffet, I have to admit i went overboard a bit but didn't need to eat again that day, great range on offer

Pillows went to go flat very quickly, Its not the Moxys fault, but I pulled up onto the last Podpoint charging station, and the bleeding thing didn't work, contacted them and they said it was awaiting an engineer to come out to it, I also noticed a few other EV plugged in but the charging station was not flashing green, seems pod point have a bit of an issue

Modern feel . Some staff very helpful and one team leader was a bit grumpy (obviously did not want to be there) which pulled the score down. It was clean, not sure about the dog policy (especially large dogs )

Bed was hard , had to ask for extra pillows (told to come back as to busy) bed was hard. Most things self serve . Food (Basic options) and drinks way over priced. Most people I saw walking down street to buy takeout. No fridge in room . We stayed 3 nights and I think place is designed for overnight stopover for airport , not vacation. Took us more than 60min to get into London via public transport each day.

The lobby, reception area is very unusual compared to other hotels in a good way. Lots of different seating areas, low lighting, games area including pool & table tennis. It is a place you can spend time in instead of dashing off to get to your room

The light under the bed 😩. This particular light does not have a switch & goes on and off for no apparent reason. The first hour of turning the other lights out it seemed to be on more often than not & it woke me up frequently throughout the night. Whilst awake i googled reviews & this is a regular problem however, my daughter was in another room & had no issues.

fantastic hotel reception, a huge area with seating, inludes a pool table, table tennis and some retro arcade machines, why cant every other hotel have a lobby like this.... the gym is very good too.... loved using the boxing for a few days...... i will be coming back here to stay for sure ahead of my next flight from heathrow.....im excited already!

the rooms are very small and so are the bathrooms, i would recommend a small open cupboard behind the rooms doors there is a space there!) so that you can hang clothes on a rail....parking prices are also decent and not a complete rippoff like most other hotels in the area, also for those working there are lots of seating and breakout areas.
