really great apartments local to the town centre Don’t be put off by the outside . The facilities were brilliant , much attention to detail with for every eventuality / Toothbrush / toothpaste / dressing gown / towels / hand towels / face wipes / milk . wifi worked great , the place was spotlessly clean . Staff were brilliant at being on hand to sort out any issues on the other end of the phone and responded quickly and efficiently. Fantastic Tv and has everything you need entertainment wise . The only thing I would change from the whole stay is to invest in real hotel pillows and mattress toppers to make the bed more comfortable . If they get the comfort of the bed and the pillows right and invest in some real quality ones with Quality mattress and toppers and Quilt covers the place would be absolutely top notch and there wouldn’t ever be a single complaint to be made . Also accommodated to my disability and offered me the room with no stairs to climb . If I was to give any constructive feedback here it would be to try and think a little more inclusively to your potential customers with those with disabilities in mind for example change the Steps to a ramp outside and try and make a room with a rainforest shower for those that can’t enjoy the jacuzzis baths and install a stair lift . All in good time and if the company continues to operate the way it is it will do very well and maybe in the future they can expand and think about incorporating these things . overall no complaints just constructive feedback to go that absolute extra mile :)

pillows , mattress and quilt cover

The decor was excellent and the hot tub spa bath was large and also had a TV. The room has a kitchen with coffee etc. I I'd go wow when I walked in no expense spared. High quality linen on bed and high quality pillows and duvet. I feel the host would come straight away if needed he responded to my texts to check I was sorted. He needed photo I'd and understandable as he has a lovely place. Self check in and communication was excellent. Very close to town Centre 5 min walk. Parking on front. Small shops, fuel sainsbury near. I checked out at 9 and you can see cleaners getting ready with new towels etc so clearly on the cleaning side. On cleanliness you know when you go to places you always find something. It's a habit to look isn't it... it was like brand new. If your planning a romantic trip or tike away from it but want to save money then this place is ideal with the kitchen oven microwave. Romance - the bath is BIG Chill.... the host has a fully loaded media fire TV wall with all the mivie channels netflix etc that is another added touch. Great value for money. Penthouse feel high quality in a one bedroom in Huddersfield. Really impressive.

You have to look for it, it's basically a block of terrace flats refurbished to a vv high standard and has no signage so I thought it was a house. Only for clarity fire alarm went off but I was able to reset host answers Mobile 24 7. Don't let this put you off but at least you know you can reset and host had booked engineer.

Upon arrival the outside of the building was very to date and modern. The property owner accommodated every need we had despite us arriving at a very unsociable time. We bought the romantic package and they out did themselves with all the little touches. The room was immaculate and the attention to little details was amazing, from all the toiletries, flannels, hamper of towels, robes, slippers and luxurious bed that I had the best night sleep I have ever had in. Me and my partner were sad to leave. The decorations were very tasteful to.. I would live here. The controllable mood lighting in every room was a great touch. The housekeeper was so friendly and offered to replenish anything we needed. We actually extended our stay and the owner was more than accommodating. Will 100% be returning in the future.... And the bath though.. I have no words except for I want one.

Nothing! Everything was perfect.

It was a very lovely apartment we stayed in, it was well-cleaned and cozy. good lightning in the apartment, the cleaner was very lovely and polite. It was all as shown in the advertised photos and was a lovely experience. The Jacuzzi bath was a cool feature and could squeeze two people in.

The Internet was down on arrival which I had to sort myself.. wasn't a big deal may be worth having the local router rebooted every X amount of days to prevent future downtimes. The room was very, very warm and there was no AC, there was however, a fan that didn't cool very much and was extremely loud(Also had exposed wires and was quite abused). The owner seemed like a nice bloke via text and did help me through the rebooting process, This is just all constructive feedback and overall I did enjoy the stay.

I like the simplisity of the room. Having to mood lighting, tv with the bathroom and so on. Bed was comfortable and had a nice wooden design behind as a head board. Bathroom is really nice and size was great. TV in main room was good quality and lights in room were easy to control.

The was very little room. Couldn't really open the fridge due to the "living area" couch. Room felt alittle over prices after choosing the most expensive option I could as a last minuite room. I saw pictures of other room which looked alot more luxuary and romantic.

We loved everything about our stay but the 2 things we found truly amazing was the mood lighting (really does help you relax) & the hot tub bath, was also amazed to see the built in tv so was able to watch TV whilst in the hottub 😁. Would love to know what was giving the beautiful aroma as that was also another amazing thing about the place the smell and cleanliness.

If we had to choose something we didn't like, it would just have to be the simple fact that we can't have that property all the time. It was truly faultless, and we enjoyed every second.

As soon as you walk in, your view completely changes as it’s quite classy inside in comparison to the road it is on. Lovely decor, given us some ideas! Easy to get in and the staff direct you over the phone so you don’t have an awkward meet. Lots of food and takeaway places local. The spa bath was absolutely gorgeous and big enough for 4 people! Has everything you need, even bath robes. Very impressed!

Parking was on street and it was extremely busy so had to park over the road and brave the cross during rush hour. They knocked on the door at bang on 11am to rush us out saying they had booked the room out immediately after. It is also situated on a very busy main road and I was approached on 2 separate occasions in the street by homeless/drug addicts asking for money or for me to buy them alcohol.

The apartment was amazing very well set out and the amenities were fantastic. Very clean and well presented.

One issue was that the location outside looked very rough due to the properties on either side. The road is very busy and parking was sometimes an issue. If I had one bit of advice it would be for the money we would have expected a kind size bed. The bed was a small double. The room was more than big enough to have a king-size bed in it. Everything else was perfect.

It's a short walk away from the town centre, and although it's on a busy road, the room was nice and quiet and couldn't hear any road noise. The apartment was so clean and well thought out. Really nice quality. I loved the bed, so comfy. A sofa. The kitchen area is lovely. And the whirlpool bath a lovely touch. There were also towels and robes. Couldn't have asked for more really.
