We stayed for one month at Ilford Luxury Apartments and was exceptionally happy with our apartment which was a one bedroom flat. The check in was quite easy with the staff at the office being very helpful. We were lucky to get an early check in. The apartment was very clean and spacious. A couple of minor issues were quickly attended by the office staff. The apartment was cleaned and supplied with fresh linen and toilet rolls every third day during our stay. The distance to the Ilford tube station is about 5 to 8 minutes depending on the speed. Plenty of shops around.

not really a complaint but the Wi-Fi signal in the sitting/ dinning area was weak despite the efforts of a technican. He however helped me with a LAN connection. The bathroom does not have any shelves to keep your toiletries. This could be easily resolved by the management.

Before we started our trip it was hard to get in contact with someone about picking up the keys. We were arriving on a Sunday, when the business that normally hands out the keys was closed (there is no one on the actual accommodation site, it's all automated codes). We tried sending a couple of messages in booking.com, but they were not answered. However, after ringing the accommodation's phone number, their staff member was very helpful, and arranged us to meet someone at the reception of a near by hotel. That person was very helpful and getting in from there was easy. The accommodation is nice and modern, with all the amenities described. The area is quite and peaceful. There are a large range of stop in the Ilford shopping center (about 500m walk away) and the Elizabeth Line train station is also the same distance nearby.

The rooms did not have great sound proofing, you could occasionally hear other people talking, but while were were their all the other guest were quite, so not a real problem.

Well overall good, this was our second stay at the property. Initially we were not happy with the apartment that was given to us, but after bit of protest from our side next morning we were moved to bigger/better apartment. Happy that the management understood the request, although the customer service was not up to mark initially.

Customer Service was not great, anyone who has booked 2nd time and going to stay for a extended period should be given some priority. I booked the place about 4-5 months back and kept on requesting that the flat should be similar to the one we stayed before. End of the day all was resolved amicably.

Loved the apartment and location!!! It was very clean and adequate provisions made for cooking. The location was great since its barely 5 minutes from the town centre. Most shops one needs is readily available e.g Tesco, Iceland Lidl for groceries, There is an elevator in the apartment building making it easy to cart heavy bags and shopping to the apartment

I wish the shower was enclosed since the bathroom would be flooded after every bath. It made taking a bath a chore every day since we had to clean the flooded bathroom after every bath. I also wish the cleaning crew came more frequently if not to clean at least to change the bath towels and replace the floor towels

Surpassed my expectation. Location, accessibility and closeness to shops was very apt! Nothing was lacking in the flat. Kitchen was well equipped I was so impressed. The cleaners were available and were generous with their supplies. It was a perfect stay that made me stay for another week.....and another week.....Left and came back for another 17 days. I will recommend to anybody......Excellent value for money l must say.

Loved basically everything...but as an advice, it would be nice to provide a stand for keep bathing soap/shampoo while you shower. Noticed there was none in the last room l stayed in...

The location was very convenient. Just 10min walk from Illford Station. The elevator was a life saver as we had big luggage with kid and assigned at an upper floor apartment. Apartment was new with all basic needs. 24/7 local grocery shop just across the road. Many good restaurants nearby. Bus stoppage is around the corner. Quite and well maintained building. Weekly twice house keeping service is provided.

Nothing much except few suggestions. 1. A wall mirror would be great if added in the room. 2. A frying pan should be added in utensils for quick cook/fry. 3. House keeping service requires a little bit improvement/supervision.

Spacious apartment, separate kitchen with big fridge and even a washing machine. Air-conditioning. Supermarket right across the street. Good train connections to the city. A big park within 5 Minuten walking distance with childrens playground, café and a lot of space. Internet worked well. Sofa bed has a good size. Linen, towels and kitchen supplies for dishwashing were supplied. We did overall enjoy our stay.

The apartment is lacking a bit of charm as there are no accessories. Also, the kitchen could use a little more equipment. Cutting board, spatula, etc. But the essentials are there. Hooks for coats in the hallway and for towels in bathroom would have been nice. Bed linen did not really fit the bed and did not stay in place. No regular TV programm. The floor was not really clean, but everything else was.

Clean and comfortable apartment a short walk from the tube. All kitchen amenities provided, comfortable beds, plenty of shops nearby. The apartments are serviced, ours was cleaned once during our stay.

The heating is based on two AC systems, we managed to get one to work, but not the other. Did not call the manager, as we quite enjoy a cooler room when sleeping, but it might be a problem for families travelling with young children.

- close to the train station (around 20 minutes away from Liverpool Street) - nice area around (24h supermarket, restautarants, bars, parks) - TV, clima and washing machine available - no keys necessary

- CheckIn was not at the adress, which was given by booking - it was most of the time very loud outside of the room - very thin walls
