Hotel is great if you need a cheap price placed to stay in london and super close for transport links!

Central heating in our room was on and the radiators weren’t working so we couldn’t manually shut it off. Couldn’t sleep great due to the heat. Had to go and spend a couple of hours downstairs asleep on the big sofa in the lounge which was pretty comfortable honestly!

The urgency to correct issues. The breakfast options. Friendlyness. When requesting more amounts of certain things, facilitated bringing to the room. Comfort. Warmth of the place and ability to request for heating off in room. Understanding of situations. Support and answers when needed. Nice environment. The option to stay longer for additional fee if needed. Furnishings. Hair dryer. Room size.

Water leak onto me and the bed from above guest. Toilet seat that you sit on was too small for the toilet and moved so uncomfortable using. Toilet not great at flushing. Audio Description locked on TV. About 3 different WiFi logins for the place so had to receive 3 passwords and none of them were strong enough to properly work from the hotel room. Noise of the extraction fan an being unable to turn off when just wanting to use the toilet in the middle of the night. The fan near bed having a pull cord that doesn't function.

Would've liked the bed or mattress a little firmer and more comfortable. The bathroom rail either had rust on it or some other brown patches, didn't dare try and see what that was. The floor needs a good clean with carpet washing and floor boards make noises.

Efficient reception and good hearty breakfast. Amazed to find room refreshed on first day. Plenty of parking and nice location opposite a large park with boating lake!

Shared toilet and shower rooms are tired and one shower only scalding hot water I could not moderate so had to abandon or risk severe burns! Another shower in another room was fine. Room sink and showers slow to drain risking flooding.

It was not far from Central or 02 which is why I came and it had free parking. Bed's where comfy and room was decent size.

The toilet was too close to the wall so you have to sit side way's and on the second night a van was robbed in the car park and the hotel staff said it has happened before, which made me contemplate staying another night.

the hotel location is ideal for shops, restaurants, buses and the underground trains. in addition, valentine park is just opposite the hotel and is convenient for leisure walking and boating in the lakes. Excellent overall especially for children. The staff at the hotel are very courteous and helpful and provide excellent breakfast. good value for money.

We had 2 rooms and the biggest with ensuite needed better/more pillows. The smallest single double room had multiply huge big soft pillows. Pillows needed upgrading in our room.

The room I upgraded was good. The all you can eat breakfast was top notch. The local shops and restaurants were easily located. The directions from the staff were helpful

Checkout could be a little later than 11. Breakfast could of been on later than 9

Everything was excellent and friendly. Very helpful, breakfast was really good 😊 Faces a beautiful park ,10 minutes from tube , I would be very happy to book again ,and I would like to say thank you to all the staff

The breakfast was delicious and beyond what I expected. The bed was very comfortable. I received a clean towel every day.

Toiletries weren't provided. The shower was out-of-order for several days. It was noisier than I had expected.
