easy to find and good location. parking was easy. breakfast was good and staff very friendly. rooms small but comfortable and well equipped.

noisy guests. people stomping past our room at all hours talking loudly and not a care for others. price was too high for the offering but not really the fault of the hotel. this is the fault of booking . com because they allow scam adverts - I booked a stay in sept 22 for may 23 and paid £153 for another location. 3 days before, other location cancels and says they have been flooded. they then re advertise my booking for £600 and booking . con allowed this. shocking!! so high price was due to late notice booking and not the fault of the hotel.

The breakfast slot is too short. One has to be up early for breakfast considering that most guests would have attended functions previous night, and returned to the hotel in the early hours.... giving them little sleep.

Extend the breakfast slot to at least 10:30 am. The carpet had stains Some guests were slamming doors, notices should be placed within the rooms to notify guests to have consideration for other guests

Breakfast was good with friendly staff. Bed in my room had a knackered mattress on 1 side, like a set of whales had beached and made a porno together. Also my shower head was broken and fell on my head while in use the first night, so moving forward I had to hose my self down for fear of being discovered unconscious, naked and next to the whale bed. General staff are good folks. Overall it’s not a bad experience.

The room was nice and clean. Comfy beds. Lovely sized garden at the back with seats and tables. The lady who served breakfast was absolutely lovely, made us extra toast very polite and cheery.

No air conditioning in the room. And it was a very, very hot night. Sink in bathroom was too small, struggled brushing our teeth over it. Extra pillows would have been a bonus.

The staff was exceptionally polite and the room and facilities were clean, I would recommend this hotel to anyone value for money, clean, excellent customer service, location, parking, my entire experience was amazing and Cranford Hotel is my go to hotel where I will always book as I am from Birmingham and my stay was so comfortable, I had amazing sleep in ages, everyone is friendly and kind such amazing staff, hopefully, next time they can upgrade to King suite and give abit of discount that would be generous of them. Anyone reading this review no need to look else where trust Cranford Hotel you will not regret your stay.

The breakfast was really good and served by a lovely lady who would do everything she could to make sure you were happy. Well done to her. The other staff were welcoming and friendly but could do more to make their customers feel safe. The bedroom was clean and tidy with a good en-suit. There was plenty of parking at the front of the hotel which was safe and well lit. The overhaul feel of the hotel was comforting and homly.

The room was above the reception and on the front which was both noisy and too well lit by the outside lighting. There was a lot of noise during the night with people coming and going, banging of both fire and reception doors. Music playing from cars parked on the front and people either talking loudly or shouting for what ever reason. There wasn`t a phone or a fridge in the room. The beds were just awful so lumpy, could do with some new ones.

Very convenient location for train station and travelling to/from London. Staff friendly and helpful. Open 24 hours a day. Inclusion of breakfast each morning useful for the day ahead.

Good friendly staff. A surperb breakfast. A very comfy bed. Very clean. Great location. If im attending an event at Excel again will definitely check the cranford first for availability.

Reasonal price and clean.

A bit noisy if the vehicle passes by and we can hear ringing from reception desk next to our room. No fan in summer. A small fan could make us more comfortable.

Nice people, good breakfast. They gave us a better room the day after we arrived. I have used this hotel for more than 20 years, and I will always recommend Cranford Hotel. If you want a good hotel for a good price. Will be back in a couple of months ❤️💪🏻
