For the price I guess would be very hard to find something better. Good place close to Ilford, but in a very quiet area. The staff was amazingly kind and is always trying to sort out any requirement (thanks a lot to Houssem, the handsome guy at reception). The only caveat would be I missed the swimming pool. Hope they build one very soon ;D. Seriously, this is a very recommended place, specially these months with better prices.

This is a really nice hotel in a busy part of Ilford. It's 1.5 miles to the nearest metro station, close to the library, mall, and market.

It's noisy here. The floors of the hotel creak, and I can hear the other residents doors slamming.

Great hotel if you want just a place to sleep like i did. You get what you pay for. There even is breakfast included even though I didn't require that for my stay. People are nice.

The breakfast was not bad , I don't live in London so I couldn't have ideal how far it was it took me 1 hour by taxi to get there. It was okay but the kids was tired because of the long drive.

At least something should be done after bathing if water is on the floor something should be provided to clean to avoid fall. The tolite roll should be replaced after use and old tolite roll not use for long should be taken away one was in the room I stay too dirty to use

Size of the room was good, bathroom was clean, shower good, had a slight problem with the plug in the sink, overall pleased with the environment.

The only major fault was the WI-FI: it was very intermittent, although when it was working it was fast enough to stream movies etc, and would suddenly drop connection at vital times; I could tolerate it and it didn't ruin my stay but if ireliable internet is a necessity during your stay this may be a "deal breaker" for you.

The kitchen and room weren't very clean. There was no key provided for the second door of the flat. There wasn't any toilet paper provided for one night of the stay.

The room was clean and tidy! The hotel was easily accessible. The continental breakfast was not looking great though - Can do better in terms of breakfast presentation. The staff members were nice and polite - Parking facilities available which are great.

Their deposit in card. Usually people bring cash money but they urge you to find card for deposit. Or they supposed to write while booking on the site. It caused stress. Moreover they dont have any change. Why they dont keep changes why guests must bring money without change?

Our room was good, clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast was fabulous!

Staff was not friendly boardering on rude. Checking in at a different location was not professional, not sure why they do that?

The price that I have paid for the property was very good value for money. for the price that I paid I was expecting something less. I also liked the impression that it made as from outside of the property it doesn’t look like much however the impression it made on me it was really good.
