Location, Location, Location!!! about 10 secs from entrance to underground and or 1 min to bus station and you go everywhere you want. good coffee shop is on the ground floor and in the morning you can buy good coffee and croissant. Also there is a washing machine, but bring with you Washing Powder.

The porcess of booking... You cant pay just via booking site. The host send you a link to PayPal and there you can pay... so it is a little bit suspicious... But finally it's ok. The bed is a little bit narrow. I mean for 2 people is ok, but I think the minimum wide should be 160 cm and here 140 I think.

Apartment is right next to Vauxhall underground and overground rail services so is perfect for getting out and about. Also fairly easy and pleasant walk (about 25-30 mins) to Westminster and surrounding areas. Staff member was at apartment when we arrived and talked us through features of apartment and resolved a very minor issue that they identified. Would definitely stay here again. Apartment air-conditioning was welcome as outside temperatures were in high 30s. Despite being near a busy road junction there was no traffic noise.

Location is very good (next to metro, buses, bridge, shops etc.), equipment is modern and comfortable, great washing/drying machine, super view, clean. Overall, it offers a confy stay, you just need to bring some ear plugs and stg to cover your eyes if light would wake you up.

Traffic noise from the road can be disturbing (all ambulance passes by), but one can get used to it; there were no proper curtains in the bedroom to close out light, so better take stg with you to cover your ears and eyes. The bed could be better, is rather small for 2 persons, not too stabil (when you turn it moves a bit so the screws could be fixed), the matrasse is too soft.

Booked the deluxe flat. It was super clean, spacious and well equipped. It's in a good location right next to the tube station, bus station and across the road from the overground. There are restaurants very close and a Tesco and Sainsburys. Checkin and checkout were very easy. Overall I was very happy with the flat and would definitely come back here, it was also good value for money when I booked.

The booking process was not good. The company cancelled my booking.com card payment and contacted me through chat with a PayPal link and bank details for payment, asking for an extra £250 deposit - I had to ring booking.com because I honestly thought it was fraud. It obviously wasn't and booking.com confirmed it was OK, but it's not a good process for the customer. The only other thing was the hallway stank of cigarette smoke which means someone is likely smoking in one of the other flats which I doubt is allowed.

The apartment was very comfortable for two people - modern, clean and pretty good equipped. Our apartment had a balcony with view to the Thames, which was really nice! The location is really good. Although not right in the city center, but 2 minutes walk from the Vauxhall underground station (and calmer than the center...).

We had to wait a bit until someone came to hand us the keys, but then he was very nice and provided very detailed information about the apartment. We lacked some hangers for coats and clothes and it could have been nice to have more basic ingredients (like salt, oil, etc.) in the kitchen.

The location was perfect. Lots of variety in cuisine. Crossing the bridge makes sightseeing tourist attractions walkable. Nice space, apartment had ample room for me and my son. Very quite neighbors. Great balcony view. Living room, kitchen and bedrooms were clean. Very prompt staff/email replies for arrival meet up.

Ensuite bathroom shower has black mold. Tiles and doorframe need bleached & cleaned. Shower head had hard water chalk and also severely needs cleaned. (Cleaning fee/service could easily remedy this problem) Bedrooms are on the street side of the apartment. The traffic and sirens were very loud all thru the night, moreso than NYC. Older building issues, so take earplugs.

The Host was able to check us in early which was excellent as we had a long drive. Location was lovely and the view of the Thames River was hypnotic and charming. We ate at 2 restaurants in the facilities and the food was excellent. Rooms were warm and good size. I will give max for 'value for money' as I seen the property prices for 2 bedroom apartments - WOW!

Directions were not clear. Taxi or GPS should aim for Tesco Express at St George Wharf. Its the best place to unload by the buildings concierge (5 minutes free). Its was a bit noisy with emergency services sirens but that's London "know what I mean" haha.

The location was excellent, exactly what we needed, with strategic transport interchanges for tube, bus and train directly outside the building. The views from the apartment were amazing and we were treated to splendid dawns and sunsets over the city. The kitchen appliances are of good quality that met and exceeded our expectations based on our experience elsewhere. The support from the host organisation was efficient when required. It is worth noting that, notwithstanding the location, traffic noise was not an issue.

We would have appreciated a slightly more prompt hand over of the keys when we arrived; fortunately we were also provided with a key code that enabled us to wait in the lobby out of the wind. A quick response was provided when we called to seek assistance. We would have also appreciated a greater selection of crockery - something easily remedied - as the provision was limited. The selection of pots and pans was more than adequate but an appropriate non-serrated kitchen knife for vegetable preparation would have made our lives (as vegetarians) a lot easier!

Great location with ready access to the Tube and Trains. Also to Uber Boats on Themes. Good amenities including kitchen, dishwasher and washing machine. Clean and tidy apartment with two separate air-conditioning for badroom and lounge/kitchen. Secure access to the building and roomy lift.

Busy and noisy location. Apartment is quite small. Bathroom was small and had no room in the shower/bath to keep soap/shampoo etc. Window covering insufficient to stop the light filtering in which could be an issue in summer when days are longer.

Host were very efficient. They made all necessary efforts to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. We had an issue with aircondition and reported while we were out. It was resolved before we returned.
