The staff were excellent and very helpful. The location is ideal and a short walk from Vauxhall travel stations. The atmosphere at night in the pub was great (live football). Dinner was excellent (calamari starter and burger main).

The noise at the back of the hotel was a bit loud and could hear staff out the back during their breaks.

The staff there was very nice and helpful. The interior design was very much to our liking. The food and drinks were always lovely and quickly at our table.

Not having a toilet brush for a week was pretty annoying and although the staff cleaned the toilets, when you are not alone in the room you need to be able to clean it throughout the day. One of our rooms (on the top floor) was kind of small and it was very hot in there at the end of the day which could hardly be changed because of the small window.

The property was so cosy and warm as soon as we walked in the door of the pub. The pub area was beautifully decorated and although there were people watching the football, it was so calm and pleasant. But may I just say it’s your team of wonderful staff that make this place exceptional. I was very flustered and nervous about an interview at the US embassy, and one of the young ladies was ever so kind and thoughtful and waited for my uber with me as I was on a crutch and struggling with being overwhelmed. They even boxed me up a to go breakfast as I was too nervous to eat at the time. Absolutely wonderful people.

The location is excellent with very convenient transportation options.The bed in the room was comfortable, allowing me to fully relax and rest. The hotel's decor is also very cozy, giving it a warm, home-like atmosphere. The breakfast was particularly impressive, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. What stood out the most was the owner's friendliness and hospitality. He was incredibly helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. I was very satisfied with my experience here, and I would definitely choose this hotel again in the future.

After check in they were perfect

Check in was the worst I have had Turned up at 2.15 after travelling for 3 hours I was greeted by, you can't Check in till 3pm I asked if it came available earlier could you let me know, answer NO its 3pm We ordered a drink of coffee and sat next to reception, at 3.10 when the male receptionist left shift, and not checking us in a lovely lady came on shift and took us to our room, The 2 guys on shift upto 3pm was shocking, we was going to have Sunday lunch but didn't due to the above and be be honest if they had be working the day after, we would have left and found another hotel, thankfully they didn't and the service from the other staff was excellent, I hope the owner sees this, they shouldn't be working for you,

Location was perfect, there are two underground stations a short walk away(Nine Elms and Vauxhall), both lines get you into the central areas of London. Staff were ALL very friendly and helpful, special mention to Lauren, Michelle and Kass!. Well stocked bar with a good selection of beers and spirits. Lots of TV's in the bar/restaurant area, with good all-round coverage, so we expect this would be brilliant during a sporting event or similar.

Breakfast was a small set portion, but should be ample for most travellers. Pillows were a little uncomfortable (lumpy). Bathroom fan was silent, not sure if it extracted any air though.

The hotel was central to many places , in particular within walking distance of the American Embassy . Staff were helpful and friendly, eager to ensure my comfort. The room was very comfortable though small . The bathroom was excellent ,modern and spotlessly clean. There was good choice of food available at bar all day and the included breakfast was excellent.

The Wi-Fi kept dropping which was very difficult as I needed to remain connected for planning my trip. The tv was not a smart tv so limited choice of entertainment .

I liked the location. It wasn't up in the middle of the tourist district, but it was located close enough to several places. My friend and I wanted to walk everywhere... we wanted to see the roads and houses off the beaten path and get exercise. The breakfast set up in the morning was the best. It's a pub restaurant (practically to yourself) with many full breakfast choices vs. a buffet style. Many good employees. Cheers to Cass, Como, Luke, and the two ladies whose names I forgot, as well as a nightshift man named Bright.

I didn't like all of the massive english garden flowers all over the walls, which were not to my taste ( but I was aware of that when I viewed the photos) There was some sketchy WiFi up on the 3rd floor room where we stayed. Noise factor (this didn't bother us)... but it is near an elementary school of loudly playing kids and has the happy neighborhood drinkers at night. ( If you would like to join them, they were all friendly ) Closes down at 12 AM. Narrow stairs like you would expect in an old building.. no elevator.. no lift. So if you are in bad physical shape, you may fuss. PS: I DID NOT SEE ANY OF THE FILTH THAT I READ A COUPLE PEOPE WRITE (They posted about DIRT AND HAIRS) I was a guest and not paid to write any of this.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, and made me feel safe and at ease in a part of London I was not familiar with - Kas, the lady who checked us in the day before, and the gentlemen behind the bars - all wonderful. The place was clean and everything ran smoothly

The room was very small and, though I didn’t have the heating on, a bit hot for me - I would have opened the skylight above the bed (the only window in the room,) which would have solved that problem for me, but it was raining. The shower wasn’t great, Having said that, I would stay again if I was travelling alone.
