Pretty much everything, my room was great, spacious and very comfortable with a river view. Wonderful after travelling a long way. Good hot showers and lovely toiletries. Lovely welcome at reception and really well located although over the river and fairly close to Vauxhall as nearest Tube. I also ate in the restaurant and food was fantastic but a little expensive for my budget as a lone traveller. The restaurant staff where particularly lovely and went out of there way to make me feel welcome in a room full of couples enjoying date night :-)

There is an external glass live up to the restaurant on the 15th floor, I don't like heights but the restaurant staff came to personally take me a back way up to the restaurant. The food is delicious.

One of the best nights i spent in my life❤️thank you for the amazing host . The cleanliss of the hotel was super, it's location was spectacular next to bigben and the southbank. We walked to london and tower bridge. London needs to be explorated by foot. There was also embankment grocery next to the hotel that serves halal food.

The room was extremly comfortable with a superb view of London (Big Ben). Check in was excellent and we were upgraded without asking.

Breakfast was very expensive so we didn't eat at the hotel. Also the top floor bar was nice but we thought that only being allowed to go onto the terrace if you smoked a cigar was outdated and very elitist. Ridiculous really that someone could by the £5,000 bottle of wine but if they didnt smoke they could not use the balcony!

The Albert Embankment was near my conference facility, with good bus transportation to downtown. The room was small be had everything one needs (except TV - not working in the whole hotel, but who needs TV today?). The breakfast was very good with a wide buffet selection. The POTUS restaurant has a short menu but well-cooked food. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The view of the Thames, Parliament, and Big Ben was excellent.

Mainly the location - good for me or for Lambeth Palace (or MI6, I guess) but not near the high tourist spots. Not a large variety of restaurants (but a few good ones) nearby and almost no shops.

Very nice view of the Thames river, staff were very nice and welcoming, room were also nice and clean. There is vey nice restaurant at the roof top that also have different shows in the evening - we had there nice dinner

The Hotel is located Infront of the Thames where we had a very nice view (after we had to ask to change room as we received a room for disability) of the Thames river however was bit far from the center and was about 18 min walk for the underground (after you had very long day walking, it felt bit of a distance). Breakfast was nice but anything that was not part of the English or Americam breakfast we were asked fro extra charge (would not expect that from such hotel and for the price we paid)

the hotel is located on the south side of the river. it is a 15 minute walk to the Oval cricket. when we checked in we were advised that the TV system was unavailable. we were offered free breakfast by way of an apology. this was a generous offer and we were very appreciative. the rooms are small but nicely furnished with an excellent bathroom. all staff very efficient. we didn't use the hotel restaurants. there is an excellent Portuguese restaurant along the road that we like to use when in this area.

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 12nn. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Excellent hotel with excellent location located at the city center; main attractions like Big Ben and Buckingham Palace, supermarket ,shops,restaurants bars are within walking distance. The morning breakfast service was lovely and had a selection of sweet and savoury foods to indulge in, as well as fresh fruits and juices. I would like to mention the ladies from POTUS Bar & Restaurant; Jenny, Anna, and Madalena who made our breakfast even more enjoyable. Would definetely recommend this hotel to everybody!

We stayed in a king double room, which was spacious, modern, many amenities ( robes slippers, iron, har dryer, mini fridge etc.), wonderful iconic views of Thames from balcony and importantly clean. This was a surprise for my fiancés birthday and had arranged for a surprise celebration package. The staff were all very friendly and most accommodating in providing this and presented this wonderfully in the room to my partners delight. The property is also very well located and a short 8min walk to Vauxhall tube station so central london is very accessible, taxis to central are approximately £15-20. however also very walkable should you wish to travel on foot to experience london.

I cannot really say anything here, as from our experience everything was high quality as expected but cannot comment on other facilities or services I.e gym or breakfast as we didn’t utilise these but the bar and restaurant itself was lovely.

Lovely comfortable and quiet room. Newly refurbished or just very well maintained - either way, felt luxurious. Comfortable beds - we slept really well.

It was a bit further to walk to the South Bank (Globe theatre area) than I had expected. Shame the room wasn't ready when we arrived - but we were an hour earlier than standard check in time, so wasn't an issue.

The breakfast was all-inclusive and excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was easily within walking distance of Parliament and other attractions.

Access for disabled individuals was a bit challenging and the handicapped accessible shower (my primary reason for booking) had a shower seat that was difficult to use and potentially dangerous for the user due to its small size. The room was comfortable enough but w bit tight for a wheelchair user. The double doors upon exit of the elevator proved to be challenging as there was insufficient space to maneuver the wheelchair. If these were fire doors, they were at time kept open. defeating their purpose. Perhaps installing automatic doors on floors with handicapped accessible rooms would be helpful. That way, the doors would open automatically when a guest in a wheelchair approaches and would remain closed at all other times.
